Abstract

After to acquiring power in 2013 emphasis "Dé tente Policy" with the United States of America of his Foreign policy. Form Rouhani view is necessary Iran's Foreign policy toward detente with America lead because the country's need for foreign investment to solve economic problems and dominate America (as a global hegemony) companies and global economic institutions. Dé tente was considered the most important Rouhani strategic plan as the center and focus of Western countries, especially the United States of America. This paper attempts to examine Rouhani's Foreign policy of the causes opponents and Advocates in the level infra-regional and international toward US. This is the question this article: Iran's policy of detente toward America is facing what opportunities and obstacles? The hypothesis is as follows: Rouhani's dé tente with America solve the nuclear issue, sanctions, enhance the prestige and improve Iran's image in the international system but this policy has been challenged because of distrust between political elites of the two countries and the different actors of conflicts of interest by establishing relations between Iran and America.
