The effect of organizational voice on organizational health with the mediating role of NAJA social responsibility

Abstract

 This study investigates the effects of social responsibility and Organizational voice on organizational health in the staff of the Disciplinary Command of Kurdistan Province. The research is applied in terms of purpose, and structural equation model of correlation in terms of methodology. The statistical population of this study was the police command center of Kurdistan province which 144 people were selected by stratified random sampling using Morgan table. In order to collect research data, standard questionnaires of Organizational voice (Hames et al., 2012), organizational health (Lowe, 2000) and educational responsibility (Carroll, 1991) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by professors and experts and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method as 93%, 92% and 96%, respectively. To analyze the data, a two-step approach was used. The first step was factor analysis by principal components method and the second step was structural equation modeling using SPSS and Amos software. The results showed that the voice of employees and social responsibility can explain organizational health in the disciplinary command of Kurdistan province; this means that the more Organizational voice and social responsibility of employees in the organization, the healthier the organization will be.
