Abstract

The purpose of the present research was to investigate the comparison of FAMILY FUNCTION with MARITAL SATISFACTION among employed and unemployed married women in Tehran. In order to do the research, 200 married women (100 employed and unemployed) participated in this study, and completed two questionnaires (FAD and ENRICH). T.Test and Person Correlation Coefficient were used for analyzing the data. The results showed that there are significant differences (p<0.001) between two groups. Also, the significant differences (p<0.001) were found between FAMILY FUNCTION and MARITAL SATISFACTION.
