Abstract

The purpose of the present research is to study relationship between SERVANT LEADERSHIP and the quality of employees’ work life in the Curative Service Organization in Tehran in 2009. The method of research is descriptive and correlational. The research population comprises all 255 staff who work in the Curative Service Organization in Tehran. For determining the sample size, 154 persons were randomly chosen using Kergecy and Morgan Statistics Table. Sampling was done randomly using an interval method matched with the population size. The research tool was a questionnaire. In addition, to gather research data, the library and field work methods were applied. In order to analyze the data, the indexes of descriptive statistics as well as inferential statistics were computed through applying SPSS Software.
