Abstract

Objectives: This study investigated the LIFESTYLE of a group of Baqiyatallah Medical Sciences University's personel.Material and Methods: At this stage a total of 50 subjects were selected from Baqiyatallah Medical Sciences University's personel. Instrument was included: A) a researcher maden questionnaire included questions about individuals and their LIFESTYLE. B) psychological aspects were assessed by SCL-90-R and, C) GHQ.Results: This study showed that 50 employees, 17(%34) Female and 33(66%) Male with a mean age of 36.1 were evaluated. 44 (88%) were married. Most of men and women were overweight. Women were more overweight than men. In average, subjects lost 2 hours and 15 minets in traffic, everyday, while they can excersize just one hour every week. Half of them like to start nongoverment job after retirement. The results of GHQ showed that 30% of subjects indicated scores higher than the cut off point. Conclusion: The results of the present study indicated that some of the subjects needs car and training.
