Abstract

Background: Burnout is one of the most important factors in the reduced PRODUCTIVITY in the organizations that involved the physical and mental signs. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between JOB STRESS and burnout with PRODUCTIVITY in pilots.Material and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional survey was conducted among 150 selected pilots by random cluster sampling. To acquire the necessary data, questionnaires on El raise the JOB STRESS and Maslach JOB BURNOUT and PRODUCTIVITY were used. For data analysis the Pearson's coefficient of correlation and regression were used.Results: Results showed the meaningful relation between the PRODUCTIVITY with JOB STRESS, the emotional exhaustion and the depersonalization. The emotional exhaustion and inadequacy were great share predictor PRODUCTIVITY.Conclusion: There was the meaningful relation between the JOB STRESS and burnout with PRODUCTIVITY. Also we found that the life learning skill could be increased the PRODUCTIVITY.
