Abstract

 This study aimed to assess the situation from the perspective of the residents of the housing projects. This study applied research; descriptive study was done by field. Research tools to assess the situation Mehr housing project questionnaire was used. Data analysis was performed using the software spss19. The results showed that the factors and indicators used to measure and assess the Mehr housing project in the city of Dezful four factors were identified. This indicator allows agents to economic, environmental and social-cultural respectively
