Abstract

In this article, policy and economic instability have been taken into special consideration as obstacles of FOREIGN INVESTMENT in Iran. Mean while, the author has attempted to pay attention to cultural, social, political, economical, and historical obstacles of labour restrict law, the problematic status of currency, confirms registration legal, the limitation of foreign resources supports and the problem of 81 principle of Constitution are considered as the important obstacles for FOREIGN INVESTMENT attraction.Lack of sufficient consideration for FOREIGN INVESTMENT leads to increasing of criminal events statistics and social pathogeneses, reduction of the age of the social injured, street women, girls trafficking, homelessness, unemployment, addiction, and even brain drain, which eventually threatens the social and national security fabric.
