Abstract

From the beginning of the European integration, with establishment of Steel and Coal Society in 1952, till EUROPEAN UNION shaping, the role of this international institution is of the most debatable issues in the international relations affairs. Shortage of traditional and rational theories in explanation of this issue increased the mentioned conflict much more and could not help to resolve the problem. Their overemphasis on military powers and statism, automatically caused the marginalization of EUROPEAN UNION from the analytical perspective or in the best possible situation they started to analyze the effectiveness role of the individual member states of this institution.Concerning the CONSTRUCTIVISM critical theories based on the rational theories and giving different images from the international system and its relative variables, this article will explain the role of the EUROPEAN UNION and the effective elements on it from the CONSTRUCTIVISM point of view.
