Abstract

Purpose: The current research was conducted with the aim of prioritizing and providing a model of factors affecting Virtual Education styles. Materials and Methods: This study was applied in terms of purpose and mixed (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of execution method. The research community in the qualitative part was Virtual Education Experts, and according to the principle of theoretical saturation, 20 people were selected from among them using available sampling method. The research population in the quantitative section were the Employees of Razavi Khorasan Social Security Organization in 2019, and according to Cochran's formula, 281 people were selected from among them by cluster sampling method. The data were collected by questionnaire, semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire, the content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by Experts' opinion and its construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis method and its total reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method of 0. 94. The data of the qualitative section were analyzed using open, central and selective coding methods, and the data of the quantitative section were analyzed using the Friedman test and structural equation modeling methods in SPSS-19 and LISREL-8. 8 software. Findings: The findings of the qualitative section showed that Virtual Education styles had 17 indicators, 5 concepts and 2 categories. Two categories included the content of organizational software (with two concepts of software quality and software quantity) and saving in Virtual Education (with three concepts of saving time, saving space and saving money). The findings of the quantitative section showed that, respectively, software quantity, time saving, economic saving, space saving and software quality played a greater role in Virtual Education. The model of factors affecting Virtual Education styles had a good fit, and the content of organizational software and savings in Virtual Education had a significant effect on Virtual Education (P<0. 05). Conclusion: According to the results of the current research, it is necessary to design and implement programs to improve Virtual Education styles by improving software quantity, time saving, economic saving, space saving and software quality.
