Abstract: 

In concluding electronic contracts, many of legal issues imaginable in the real world can be posed; such that the same judgments can be made in both physical and electronic cases and just the appearance may sometimes differ. Despite this, sometimes new cases are put forth that could not have occurred in the real world and their occurrence, due to the intrinsic characteristics of cyberspace, is restricted to electronic contracts. One of the cases in which just the appearance has changed and traditional judgments still apply for electronic instances, is misrepresentation.

Abstract: 

The present research has investigated the difference between achievement and ACCOMPLISHMENT aspects in Kalhori based on the minimalist approach of Mc Donald (2008). According to this approach, the internal subject plays a central role in the aspectual interpretation of achievement and ACCOMPLISHMENT predicates. Likewise, the presence and interpretation of event structure (ES) and object-to-event mapping (OTE) features play a decisive role in derivation of aspectual predicates. The analysis of the research data showed that in Kalhori, achievement and ACCOMPLISHMENT predicates having internal subjects with the OTE feature [-q], have a minimal aspectual interpretation domain; and the final subevent feature [fe] It is not included in the interpretation range. However, internal subjects with the feature [+q] in the achievement and ACCOMPLISHMENT predicates, cause an extensive  domain  of aspectual interpretation and also cause interpretation of the final subevent feature [fe].Therefore, it was found that in Kalhori that the presence of the feature [+q] on the internal subject is a necessary condition for telicity of achievement and ACCOMPLISHMENT predicates. In addition, in Kalhori, the difference between achievement and ACCOMPLISHMENT aspects was determined in this way that in the achievements the initial subevent feature [ie] on the aspectaul group has not dominance and c-command over the feature of the initial subevent feature [fe]. But, in the ACCOMPLISHMENTs, the initial subevent feature [ie] on the aspectaul group has dominance and c-command over the final subevent feature [fe], which is placed on VP.This situation refers to the time spent between the beginning and the end of the ACCOMPLISHMENT events, which unlike the achievement events the beginning and end are simultaneous.In fact ,in the ACCOMPLISHMENT predicates between two points of initial event and final event occurs the passage of time,according to this ,there is a dominance and c-command between the initial subevent feature [ie] and the final subevent feature [fe]. But in the achievement predicates between two points of initial event and final event not occur the spend of time,so it is not a dominance and c-command between two features of the initial subevent and the final subevent.

Abstract: 

This research is to investigate the reasons and the causes of the lack of full implementation of Electronic government in preservation of plants organization. Whereas in this organization, Electronic government equipments acceptably exist but Electronic government is not completely exploited. And therefore, a significant part of activities of the organization which is related to governmental dimension and administrative parts are continuing their tasks in a traditional manner.In order to investigation of this issue, after consulting with the professors, the "3-branches model" was selected to analyze the organization and detect causes and factors which make challenge in the path of implementing of Electronic government, till It can be caused presenting new ways and suggestions in order to eliminate the obstacles against implementing of Electronic government. Hence, three Hypotheses based on branches of "3-branches model", are designed and assessed. For testing of Hypotheses, questionnaire and for analyzing of them, T-Student method, SPSS, Excel software have been used. Finally, all three theories are verified, that this informs the lack or incomplete existence of considered factors. At the end, in order to solving the problems, for each of discovered obstacles in the organization, practical approaches are explained.

Abstract: 

Organization perspective attempts to visualize a better future so that managers and personnel are mobilized to accomplish it. But managers and personnel face a very long and difficult road to accomplish the defined targets and ideals expressed in perspective. In this regard the governmental organization along with private organizations has established their message, mission, targets, strategies and operational plans and has taken necessary measures for better execution. The main aim of this article is recognition, ranking and analysis of strategic management challenges in governmental organizations to accomplish organization perspective targets. Therefore a questionnaire with 26 open and closed questions in four general categories (organization difficulties and obstacles, managerial, individual and issues related to strategic planning) was designed and distributed among experts and top managers. Finally after recognition and ranking, suggestions for better execution of long term strategies introduced to accomplish perspective targets in governmental organizations.

Abstract: 

Corebanking is a comprehensive and integrated system for responding timely and accurately to customer's demands and reporting their information. This task is done through various communication channels between customers and banks and a common database between all branches in order to staying in competition. For the optimum and strategical usage and utilizing IT in our goals path, we have to use a roadmap to implement new technologies. So far for different fields and usage and control of technologies this strategic roadmaps have been provided. COBIT as an IT governance framework is one of these frameworks which is used for both guide and control of IT in organizations. In this study, we provide a core banking IT governanvce model based on COBIT framework. For this reason we determine the activities required for operation of corebanking by using structural equation modeling and significance of relationship between COBIT processes and activities with the activities needed to achieve core banking. To allocate the sub-process of the COBIT for each of the activities of corebanking we used questionaries and Delphi technic.

Abstract: 

Background and objective: Human in this period in the adaptability to the environment and his/her job is forced to undergo constraints and pressures. If we have extreme job stress, it can create physical, mental, behavioral complications for the individual, and in turn jeopardize his/her health. The objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of physical activity training on worker burnout.Methods: In this semi-experimental study, which was carried out among 200 employees of Electricity Office, City Hall, the Governor and the Department of Education of Agh Ghala county, north of Iran. The employees were selected by random sampling. A three-part questionnaire (Demography, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)) was used for collecting data. Data were analyzed using SPSS16 and descriptive statistics and independent t test, paired t test, Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA test; significant level was considered 0.05 in all analyses.Results: 57.5% of the employees were men and 91% were married. Average age was 38.52±7.86 years. Results showed that the mean of physical activity had increased after the intervention and with the increase in physical activity the mean of lack of job ACCOMPLISHMENT decreased, which in turn shows increase in employees’ job satisfaction. And with the decrease in the mean of depersonalization, employees’ relationship with coworkers and those receiving services improved.Conclusion: Physical activity is one of the ways of reducing depersonalization and lack of ACCOMPLISHMENT among employees.

Abstract: 

This study set out to examine how stereotypes as social psychological phenomena are enacted in everyday discourse. Besides discussing how ingroups and outgroups are formed in mundane talk, it is argued that stereotypes are ideological constructs that are jointly achieved in social contexts. Moreover, it is assumed that the ways in which stereotypes are constructed and discussed in discourse are informed by a number of underlying moral conceptualizations which might justify the potential face-threatening acts and the impoliteness inherent in prejudiced talk targeted to a third party. The study is an ethnographic case study informed by an eclectic approach to the analysis of data so as to shed light on how the expression of thoughts and feelings are constructed as talk in ordinary social interactions unfolds and what these expressions achieve. The analyses revealed that the construction of outgroup stereotypes is a mutual ACCOMPLISHMENT and possibly a face-threatening act moderated by mitigating discourse features

Abstract: 

Background: Job burnout is a prolonged response to chronic emotional and interpersonal stressors. Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate job burnout and identify its effective predictors among health sector employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This cross-sectional study encompassed 1898 employees of the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in the summer of 2020. Logistic regression was used to determine factors associated with job burnout. The required data were collected electronically using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and analyzed with SPSS software version 26 and R4. 0. 2 software. Results: Of 1898 participants, 74. 3% were female. Composite job burnout (CJB), emotional exhaustion (EE), and depersonalization (DP) were the most common at low levels, whereas reduced personal ACCOMPLISHMENT (RPA) was the most frequent at moderate levels. In this regard, factors such as female gender, age groups of 40-49 and ,50 years, and exposure to COVID-19 were the main independent risk factors for job burnout. Conclusions: Reduced personal ACCOMPLISHMENT was moderate despite relatively low levels of job burnout, EE, andDP. Accordingly, effective interventions are suggested to improve different aspects of the work-life with an emphasis on critical situations. Moreover, regarding the significant relationship between job burnout with gender, age, and exposure to COVID-19, it is recommended to increase the employees’,knowledge about job burnout.
