Salvia bracteata is a permanent herb belongs to Lamiaceae family which wildely grows in some regions of Lorestan province. The aerial part of this plant was collected in postflowering stage from montains of North of Alashtar in Lorestan province. The air-dried samples were subjected to hydrodistillation using by Cleavenger apparatus for 2.5h ( in yield of 0.8%).The essential oil was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Forty-six constituents representing 91.7% of the oil were identified. The major components of the oil were a- pinene (31.9%), myrcene(8.6%), limonene(8.1%), b-pinene(6.8%).

The aerial parts of Salvia bracteata were collected in two stages of plant growth (before flowering and full flowering) from Chenareh-marivan (Kurdistan province) in west of Iran .The essential oils were obtained by hydro-distillation method. The oils were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. The yields of essential oils were 0.22% before flowering stage and 0.28% full flowering stage. Before flowering stage 17 compounds and full flowering stage 19 compounds were characterized. In both of stages, b-caryophyllen and c-muurolene devoted the highest rates of the compounds. b-caryophyllen had a decreasing trend from before flowing to flowering so that it changes from 49.6% to 41.6% vs. c-muurolene so the rate of latter compound changed from 18.3% to 22.8%. In samples from Chenareh, Marivan, 17 constituents were common at two stages. (E)-b-ocimene was only before flowering stage and bornyl-acetate, d-elemene, b- bourbonene were found only at full flowering stage.

the main problem of this study is to present model quality outcomes model with corporate customers (case study: Bank Bank). in this research, the researcher tries to answer the question that the results of long-term relations and enhancing the relationship quality of Banks are with corporate customers? the aim of this study is practical and practical and in terms of method, mix (quantitative and qualitative). in order to collect the required data, both library and field methods were used. the data gathering tool is also a survey of documents, interviews and questionnaires. the study population of corporate clients of mellat Bank in tehran, which had set a number of 350 sets and companies affiliated with the cochran formula, the number of 291 senior managers of corporate Bank clients at the level of the tehran branch in this study contributed to this study. analysis of collected data was conducted in two descriptive and inferential methods through spss 16 and smart pls software. at the end of employee behavior, competency and skill of employees, physical facilities, reliability and diversity of services were accepted as model elements of Bank relationship quality outcomes.

Given the limitations of the existing performance evaluation models for organizations with dynamic internal and external conditions, this study aims to provide a flexible performance evaluation model with adaptability to intra-and extra-organizational changes. The present study first forms a database of criteria related to Banking activities. After gathering the experts' opinions, we select 25 general concepts. By using a Fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) and weighted by the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP), we identify nine effective criteria. Creating organizational justice for all colleagues, meeting customer needs as soon as possible, emphasizing proper employee ethics with the customer, and doing research and developing for products and services are the most important criteria. The results show that the proposed flexible model can be used as a tool to extract performance evaluation criteria in accordance with the organization's requirements and utilized in the performance appraisal process. The novelties of the present study are updating the existing criteria in the database based on the results of evaluations and management decisions and changing strategies, using this model to select appropriate criteria in each period of performance evaluation based on organizational conditions.

The optimal use of resources in interest-free Banking, which are implemented in Islamic countries including Iran since long ago, requires an appropriate approach of measuring and evaluating the factor productivity. This study has attempted to measure total factor productivity in an Iranian interest-free operating Bank (Agricultural Bank), resorting to a modified intermediation approach of measuring productivity in defining inputs and outputs, for the period 1992-2001. Results indicate that aggregate quantity index of Bank's outputs has experienced an annual growth rate of 37.2 percent, while the aggregate quantity index of inputs has revealed a growth rate of 19 percent over the period of study. Accordingly, total factor productivity index shows an annual growth rate of 15.2 percent in the study period. This finding indicates that the interest-free Banking operation which has been implemented since 1983 in Iran has experienced considerable productivity improvement in utilizing resources, despite some difficulties which Bank faced in operating the new system.
