چکیده: 

در این پژوهش، تاثیر دما و مقدار نیترات بیسموت بر ویژگی های ساختاری، مغناطیسی و فوتوکاتالیزوری نانوذرات چندفروئی فریت بیسموت تهیه شده به روش سیترات نیترات بررسی شده اند. ویژگی های ساختاری و مغناطیسی به وسیله پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD)، طیف سنجی تبدیل فوریه فروسرخ (FTIR) و مغناطیس سنج نمونه ارتعاشی در دمای اتاق بررسی شد. تحلیل الگوهای XRD و داده های FTIR نشان داد که فاز خالص فریت بیسموت فقط با ثابت ماندن مقدار مول نیترات بیسموت در محلول و در دمای oC650 به دست می آید. براساس نتایج مغناطیسی و فوتوکاتالیزوری نیز روشن شد که حضور فازهای ناخالصی سبب بوجود آمدن رفتار فرومغناطیسی قوی در نمونه ها می شود، اما تاثیر منفی بر ویژگی های فوتوکاتالیزوری فریت بیسموت دارد.

Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) are an important class of highly porous hybrid materials. A bismuth-based MOF was prepared under solvothermal conditions via the self-assembly of primary building blocks at 100 ° C for 3 h. Bismuth oxide nanoparticles (Bi2O3 NPs) were prepared by calcination and thermal decomposition of a bismuth-based MOF at 550 ° C for 5 h for the first time. The nanocomposite was prepared by poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as a polymer matrix and bismuth oxide NPs as fillers. The bismuth oxide nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier Transform InfraRed (FT-IR) for determination of functional groups, X-Ray powder Diffraction (XRD) for evaluation of crystal structure, Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) for investigation of size and size distribution, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) for the presentation of morphology and size, and Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) for determination of chemical composition. Based on the results, the bismuth oxide nanoparticles were observed with spherical morphology and the particle size of 60 nm. The bismuth oxide nanocomposites were evaluated by X-ray dosimeter test in comparison to lead and aluminum and air adsorbents for X-ray shielding, Diffuse Reflection Spectroscopy (DRS) for UltraViolet (UV) blocking, and antibacterial activity against Salmonella bacterial. Based on the results, the X-ray shielding is 31. 9% compared with the lead with a thickness of 0. 25 mm and 81. 53% compared with aluminum with a thickness of 3 mm for the bismuth oxide nanocomposite. This nanocomposite has 70% UV blocking with antibacterial activity and it can have a good potential for biomedical and industrial applications.

TWO NEW BIBR3 SUPRAMOLECULAR COMPLEXES, [BI(2-BPMP)BR2.06CL0.94] (1) AND [BI(4- H2BPMP)BR4.29CL0.71]·H2O (2) {2-BPMP = N,N’-BIS (2-PYRIDYLMETHYL) PIPERAZINE AND 4-BPMP = N,N’-BIS (4-PYRIDYLMETHYL) PIPERAZINE} WERE PREPARED BY REACTION OF BISMUTH (III) CHLORIDE AND POTASSIUM BROMIDE WITH TWO ORGANIC NITROGEN DONOR BASED LIGANDS UNDER THERMAL GRADIENT CONDITIONS USING THE BRANCHED TUBE METHOD. COMPOUNDS 1-2 WERE STRUCTURALLY CHARACTERIZED BY SINGLE-CRYSTAL X-RAY DIFFRACTION. IN THE MONOMERIC COMPLEX 1 THE BISMUTH ATOMS ARE COORDINATED BY TWO PYRIDYL AND PIPERAZINE NITROGEN ATOMS OF A 2-BPMP LIGAND, AND BY THREE HALOGEN ATOMS. COMPOUND 2 IS ALSO MONOMERIC BUT IS BONDED TO ONLY ONE PYRIDYL NITROGEN ATOM. IN BOTH COMPOUNDS EXTENSIVE HYDROGEN-BONDING INTERACTIONS LEAD TO THE FORMATION OF SUPRAMOLECULAR NETWORKS, IN COMPOUND 2 THE HYDROGEN BONDS ARE AUGMENTED BY P-P STACKING INTERACTIONS. THE THERMAL STABILITIES OF BOTH COMPOUNDS WERE STUDIED BY THERMAL GRAVIMETRIC (TG) AND DIFFERENTIAL THERMAL ANALYSES (DTA). THERMAL DECOMPOSITION OF THE NANO SIZED PARTICLES OF 1,2 IN AIR ATMOSPHERE PRODUCED BIOBR NANOPARTICLES.

B1-x LaxFeO3 (x=0.0, 0.025) crystallites were prepared by chemical solution route. XRD analysis confirmed the phase formation of the materials. Thermal characterization was done by DSC-TGA to confirm crystallization and thermal behavior for phase development. Morphological studies by FESEM showed the agglomerated nature of the ferrite and EDX analysis confirmed the degree of doping. FTIR studies were done to determine the molecular signature of both undoped and doped sample.

THE ORGAN OPLATINUM (IV) COMPLEXES [PT(X)2ME2(TBU2BPY)] AND [PTME(X)2(PPY)PPH3] (TBU2BPY = 4,4-DI-TERTBUTYL-2,2-BIPYRIDINE, PPY = DEPROTONATED 2–PHENYLPYRIDINE AND X = CL, BR, I) ARE SYNTHESIZED BY THE REACTION OF [PTME2(TBU2BPY)] AND [PTME(PPY)PPH3] WITH BISMUTH TRIHALIDES AS A SOURCE OF HALIDE INSTEAD OF NO FAVORABLE REAGENTS X2. THE REACTION OF [PTME(PPY)PPH3] WITH BII3 WAS MONITORED USING UV-VIS SPECTROSCOPY AND A MECHANISM FOR ACTIVATION OF BI-X BONDS IS PROPOSED. A THEORETICAL STUDY IS PRESENTED AND SHOWN THAT THE OXIDATIVE ADDITION OF EITHER OF BIX3 TO THE PT(II) COMPLEXES IS ENDERGONIC FOR ALL BISMUTH HALIDES.IN A COMPARATIVE WORK, THE REACTION [PTME2(P–P)] COMPLEXES, P-P=DPPM OR DPPE, WITH BISMUTH TRIHALIDES WAS STUDIED AND PROPOSED TO PROCEED THROUGH BISMUTH–HALIDE OXIDATIVE ADDITION AND BISMUTH–CARBON REDUCTIVE ELIMINATION REACTIONS TO YIELD A MIXTURE OF THE PLATINUM (II) COMPLEXES [PTMEX(P–P)] AND [PT(X)2(P–P)]. THESE REACTIONS, WHICH ARE THE FIRST EXAMPLES OF ADDITION OF BISMUTH TRIHALIDES TO ORGAN OPLATINUM (II) COMPLEXES, WERE MONITORED USING 31P NMR AND UV-VIS SPECTROSCOPY AND A MECHANISM IS PROPOSED FOR THE REACTION. THE NATURE OF HALIDE HAS AN EFFECT ON THE RATES OF OXIDATIVE ADDITION OF BIX3 TO PT (II) COMPLEXES; THE PROCESS BECOMES SLOWER AS THE HALIDE BECOMES LARGER.

Colloidal bismuth salysilate and some of the other insoluble bismuth salts are effective drugs in treatment of ulcer of stomach and duodenum and also diarrhea. One of the bismuth effects is the effect on the gastrointestinal absorption of tetrasyc- line, calcium and specially Iran. Content of food, and decreasing the gastrointestinal absorption of these compounds. The reason for that is well known as chelating of bismuth with these compounds. Even though bismuth has medical uses, it is reported that have many side effects on patients with chronic gastrointestinal problems,causing psychological effects with usage of bismuth as reported in Australia  & France. These patients are suffering from dysfunctional muscle movement, depression, nervousness fallowing with some mental side effects. Tremors dysphasia, the aim of the study was to investigate the toxicity effects of bismuth. For this reason, during two short periods of 5 and 15 days, and two long periods of 30 and 60 days, different amounts of bismuth nitrate have injected in prêt mum to male rats and factors related to Iron metabolism were analyzed. The results obtained in this project show that the amount of ceruloplasmin between 12.98 and 19.7% and the amount of serum iron show the minimum decrease rather than the control group which is 10.9% and 27.4% and hemoglobin shows the minimum 19.27% and 6.8% decrease on the control group and the decrease of hematocrit of 14.65 and 19.7% and TIBC 5.09% and 16.3% show increase rather than control group, on the other hand, it shows the minimum decrease of serum copper in comparison with control group which is 10.45% and 27.45% and it relates to daily prescribed bismuth nitrate of 80 µmol/kg body weight, during 15days and 50 µmol/kg body weight during 30 days in order, rather than control group. The long term usage of bismuth compounds results in disturbance in Iran Metabolism and causes anemia.

This paper presents a methodology, based on the taguchi parameter design approach, for the optimization of process parameters for bismuth recovery from aqueous solutions. The process parameters considered are [Bi3+], [NaCl], temperature, and cathodic current density. In addition, cell voltage and current efficiency as two responses have been considered. An orthogonal array L9, the signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio, and the analysis of variance were used to analyze the effect of selected process parameters and their levels. From a metallurgical point of view, the separation and recovery of bismuth from a bismuth glance concentrate through leaching, purification and electrowining of chloride solutions were carried out. The optimum conditions for the selected parameter values were found as [Bi3+] (75 g/L), [NaCl] (25 g/L), temperature (65oC) and current density (100 A/m2). Finally, a mathematical model has been proposed and the results of a confirmatory run are reported to verify the results, which indicate that this methodology is more efficient in optimizing the process parameters.
