Abstract: 

The forty's decade of IRAN`s contemporary economic history is known as the golden decade of industrial growth and privatization. One of the industries that had a great progress, as well as the global technology, in this decade was the glass industry. At the end of the decade, The Qazvin Glass Factory eventually became one of the three large Iranian glass factories, which played a role in economic developments. This inductive research, tries to have a survey at the case of the Qazvin Glass Factory, as an example, to answer the question that after the economic crisis of the 3ths, how the government and private sector cooperate to build a glorious decade for the country`s economy. It seems that the new decision makers have realized that the way to rescue is to create a coherent map of the general economy and make opportunities for economic investors. For this reason, they have paved the way for the growth of nongovernmental industries by reforming the rules by recruiting decent people. In the meantime, optimistic and well-trained people use the conditions and played their role as an entrepreneur as well aspossible. In this research, we appliedAnalytical-descriptive method, relying to historical documents, oral history and library resources.

Abstract: 

This experiment was conducted in National Institute of Ornamental Plants for extending vase life of Anturium andranum cv. CLIMAX cut flowers. The experiment was done based on Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications and three cut flowers per replicate. Treatments included Volk oil emulsion wax coating (10, 20 and 30 percent), Thyme oil (100, 150 and 250 ppm), Salicylic acid (200, 400 and 600 ppm) and Aloe vera gel as wax coating (2.5, 5 and 7.5 percent). Sucrose (5 percent) was added to all of the treatments. After treatments some quantitative and qualitative traits were measured. Results showed that vase life of cut flowers increased significantly in volk oil wax coating by 10 percent (27.33 days) compared to control (17.88 days), the lowest vase life was found using Thyme oil treatment. The flowers which were treated with 2.5 percent of Aloe vera gel had the highest solution uptake compared to control. Treatment with thyme oil of 150 ppm caused the highest ion leakage (69.5 percent) compared to the others. The lowest ion leakage (10.71 percent) was obtained in Aloe vera gel treatment of 7.5 percent.

Abstract: 

Despite the complex and distressed conditions governing the centers of educational decision making and scholastic settings, the managers of education system face numerous challenges and changes in directing and leading the educational system of Iran. The imminent changes have a considerable influence on the schools and on the activities school principals. While it is expected that in the investigation and analysis of these challenges and changes, there should be a proper use of theory and the capability of university-scientific system in theorization, there is a complete dearth of that in practice. Nevertheless, comparative studies show that to overcome such a complex and distressed situation, effective educational leaders try to build a systematic and strategic mental model or framework, make use of the capabilities of the university-scientific system, completely understand the world in which they are placed and act, and aim at an effective improvement of the status quo. The present article tries to introduce some of the most important challenges and concerns in Iran’s educational management through a brief analysis of the current situation in the education management. Moreover, this study concentrates on an explanation of the existing theoretical gap through a theoretical approach and the requirements of the present world.

Abstract: 

Narratology is one of the modern methods in the analysis of literary works which was first applied on Russian fairytales by Russian critique Vladimir Propp. Propp's ideas in the book "The structural analysis of the tale" had an important influence on the narrative theory. Nearly all the French structuralists have been influenced by Propp and some even tried to complete and correct his theories. Being a real story, "Hasanak_ e_ Vazir" doesn't correspond to the theories of Propp and others. But considering Beihaghi's time of narration, it's structural points and also paying attention to the point that the protagonists of the story have surpassed the limits of a real character and their deeds and sayings call for the reader's pondering, this story has the capacity for structural and morphological analysis. The writer tries to study: 1) the way the story begins 2) getting familiar with the protagonists and the antagonists 3) the cause and effects or actions and reactions. 4) The way information is given to the reader or the chronological relations between the story's events. 5) CLIMAX. 6) The conclusions out of Beihaghi's narration.

Abstract: 

Fandoghlu forest with an area of 4378 ha is located at the end of Western Elburz mountain Chains-northeast of Ardebil, Iran. It has extra importance due to it's high species diversity as well as it's standings the most valuable natural forest in Ardebil region. As for maintenance, restoration and development of forests, accurate sylvicultural studies in forest stands succession is essential, this study was carried out while 5 broad leaved mixed stands (totally 404 ha) were investigated.In order to study succession, besides stands, structural characteristics (such as composition, layering and regeneration), historical materials including, analysis of Fandoglu natural resources comprehensive plan of 1984, conversations with old local people in the region as well as observation of similar sites in astara region came into consideration.according to this investigation Fagus orientalis has a meaningfull role in the forest stands as well as in their natural regeneration, not admitting the belonging of the site to corylus stands. This survey shows that due to increasing abundance of main species such as Fagus, Carpinus, Quercus, Sorbus and Acer a long with decreasing abundance of pioneer species such as Corylus, Crataegus and Mespilus the existing stands are passing the preliminary levels of succession. At the end, according to this study, it can be concluded that these stands are progressing towards a CLIMAX of uneven-aged mixed stands of are passing the preliminary or Quercus castaneifolia.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to identify and detect changes in rainfall extremes as indicators of climate change in Iran. To conduct this research daily rainfall data of 76 synoptic stations were used from 1986 to 2016. The results show that the trend of the number of days with heavy rainfall was about 7 percent of Iran's negative and 93 percent of it was not observed. The trend of successive dry days in 28% of Iran is a positive trend and 37% there is a negative trend. The wet succession days in most areas of Iran are not trendy. The trend of the total amount of rainy days is about 99% of Iran's negative range. The maximum negative slope of Iran's annual precipitation was observed at Masjed-e-Soleiman Station with a slope of-8. 26 and there is a positive trend in the Bandar-e-Anzali. The trend of very wet days is about 78 percent of Iran is negative and about 14 percent is positive and 8 percent of it is trendless. The trend of very wet days in about 70 percent of Iran is negative. The highest wet days are observed in Khorramabad with a gradient of 1. 4 and the highest decreasing trend in Sarpole-Zahab with a gradient of 2. 78. Also, in 22% of Iran's range, there is no particular trend. The trend of one-day' precipitation in about 47% of Iran's negative and in 47% is without trend and 6% of it is positive. The trend of the maximum amount of 5-day precipitation about 73% of Iran is negative and in 2% it is positive and 25% of it is without a trend. The slope of the decreasing trend in Fasa and Masjed Soleiman stations is-2. 4 and-1. 9 respectively.

Abstract: 

Classification of the rangelands condition used by range managers in Iran is based on CLIMAX theory in which the condition is assessed by the deviation from the CLIMAX. Due to the fact that in Iranian rangeland ecosystems the ecological studies which show the degree of CLIMAX based on the floristic composition, was not carried out, the use of the above method has been encountered with difficulties scientifically and experimentally. In this approach, it was tried to propose a method called Pasture Value (PV), in which the floristic composition, quantitative analysis of vegetation and the use of palatability index were used for determination of the rangeland condition and capacity based on Iranian ecological situations.Primarily, results showed that the Pasture Value variations for different classes of the rangelands in northern Iran could have the following trend for a 120 day grazing period per year and can be used for classification accordingly:- For PV>51, the rangeland is excellent, with grazing capacity of 1.5-2 animal unit per hectare.- For 39<PV<51, the rangeland is good, with grazing capacity of 1 animal unit per hectare.- For 26<PV<39, the rangeland is medium, with grazing capacity of 0.75 animal unit per hectare.- For 13<PV<26, the rangeland is poor, with grazing capacity of 0.5 animal unit per hectare.- For 0<PV<13, the rangeland is very poor, with grazing capacity of 0.25 animal unit per hectare.The grazing capacity is 2 percent of Pasture Value in one grazing period per hectare for one animal unit.

Abstract: 

According to the contemplations advanced by Russian formalists as well as scholars such as Lui Shtrus with regards to the concept of construct and its attributes, any change in the construct will influence all constituents of the construct.  These transformations are concerned with the structures of construct in each cycle. As the structures of construct are perfect, the other structures cannot be in a state of complete decline. Looking at the cultural history of Iran from the same perspective, one can see that the structures of construct were perfect in the 4th century. Thus, all smaller structures such as poetry, prose, music, mysticism, medicine and architecture enjoyed a prominent position. The wisdom liberty in poets and mu'tazilites's discussions is the main reason behind the prominence and grandeur of Iranian culture and its macro scale structure in Ferdowsi and Biruni age. The dominance of Ashaari doctrines over the Iranian culture led to the decline of wisdom with the structures of constructs secured by certainty giving way to skepticism arguments and logical propositions replaced by speculative propositions.

Abstract: 

The range conditions explain its health as a management tool. Obviously, the implementation of this important assessment requires the most appropriate study method for each region. In order to select the most appropriate methods of range conditions in Kabirkooh grasslands of Zagros in Iran, five estimation methods (i.e. six-factor, fourfactor, vegetation and soil combination, value of pasture and CLIMAX) were studied in three key and critical areas. In each area, five stations were selected using the randomizedsystematic method. The differences between methods were analyzed using the factorial experiment by the help of the randomized complete blocks design with five replications.The results showed that there were significant differences (p<0.01) between both range conditions’ determination methods and different areas. Regarding Kabirkooh rangelands in current circumstances, four-factor method for semi-arid region is more applicable for the range condition determination. Biomass production and range conditions had a close relationship using Pearson correlation test (p<0.01, r=0.86).

Abstract: 

This essay is a study about the general examining of circumstance of poem-formation, which presents a new message. The aim of this poem, which mainly considers the nature, is combining the philosophical idea of this era called ‘new conception of imagination’. This new literary form is considered as selecting a new view of nature by close watching and mixing it with the imagination power. The main questions that come to mind are as follows: what is this poem? Where does it originate? And are there any other reason and theory involved in the creation of this new form of poem.
