Abstract: 

In this paper, vorticity CONFINEMENT parameters are successfully developed for compressible flows. The first new CONFINEMENT parameter is proportional to spectral radii of the flux Jacobian matrix. Therefore, the CONFINEMENT parameter implicitly contains the local conditions of the flow field. This new method is named as lambda vorticity CONFINEMENT method. In order to gain confidence in the applicability of vorticity CONFINEMENT, it would be ideal to completely eliminate constant coefficients from CONFINEMENT parameters. Because these constant coefficients should be determined for every problem by trial and error and it takes a long time. In the next part of this paper, a suitable relation is introduced for the vorticity CONFINEMENT parameter that doesn't need any constant coefficient. This new method is named as adaptive vorticity CONFINEMENT method. Then the capability of these new methods is compared with the other vorticity CONFINEMENT methods for solving shock-vortex interaction and three dimensional moving vortex problems.

Abstract: 

Imprisonment in cyberspace is one of the most important events of this age. In many cases, the information, scientific, educational, and financial information of individuals is detained in cyberspace in such a way that detention prevents owners of the work from using their information, which raises the question of whether detention is a Allow virtual space? If not, what is its Imperative rules and status? Does imprisonment, in all cases, result in sanctity and guarantees? Imprisonment in cyberspace sometimes results in sanction, but in some cases only a warrant or only a sanction and the necessity of removing it, although there may be instances of neither sanction nor warrant. In this research, some of the issues which are discussed are reasons such as the wisdom to seize the property of others without the consent of the vicar, prohibition of consuming property wrongfully, the rule of “ ala al-yad” and the rule of sanctity related to dignity, guarantee and ignorance, negation of warranties reasons on the permissible assumption.

Abstract:

The effect of the negative energy states was mitigated by maximizing the energy with respect to a relevant parameter while at the same time minimizing it with respect to another parameter in the wave function. The Cornell potential and a power-law scalar and vector potentials were used in our calculations for the quark CONFINEMENT. Cares were taken to avoid the Klein paradox by the dominance of the scalar component over the vector part.

In this paper, variable CONFINEMENT parameters were successfully developed for compressible vorticity CONFINEMENT. Three variable CONFINEMENT parameters, that have velocity dimension, were defined, based on three artificial dissipation schemes. The resulting CONFINEMENT parameters are functions of the spectral radii of the Jacobian matrices and the Jacobian matrices themselves.Therefore, the CONFINEMENT parameter implicitly contains the grid size and other local fluid properties. Preliminary results for moving vortices showed that the new CONFINEMENT parameters allow the capture of vortical layers that, effectively, do not decay in time, like Hu et al.'s CONFINEMENT. Calculations of the supersonic base flow and supersonic shear layer showed good agreement with experimental and analytical data, especially for the variable CUSP CONFINEMENT parameter. When variable CONFINEMENT parameters are used, the tuning constant is equal to, or larger than, the equivalent value of the constant CONFINEMENT (Hu et al.). This means that the tuning constant varies in a range smaller than that of the Hu et al. constant CONFINEMENT, especially for the CUSP CONFINEMENT parameter.

Abstract: 

Abestention right in marriage is one of the legal rights for the wife which is recognized in Shia Jurisprudence and Civil Law which means that in case of due marriage portion the wife can refrain from her duties beyond the husband until receive the whole of marriage portion. The matter which this article attempts to deal with, is whether, despite the husband's insolvency of paying the marriage portion, the wife still has a lien.Hereof, three theories of the total Islamic jurists decisions, have inferred (extinction of lien theory, non-extinction of lien theory, and the differentiation theory between knowledge and ignorance of the wife regarding the husband's insolvency). Although, Article 1085 of the Civil Law and No.708 of Supreme Court Precedent are in accordance with the second view, which is famous Shia Jurisprudence, but this research, has considered the third idea as justice and fairness, because of the action rule and authentication of the implicit extinction of lien for the wife who is aware of the insolvency of husband, and according to some contemporary Jurisprudence, believe that the first paying of installment in case of ignorance of wife while the court of justice judge on Payment by Instalment of Marriage Portion, extinction of lien is more compatible with religion, family Interest and community.

The following modified preprint of a chapter in the forthcoming book by Guillermo VelardePioneers on Inertial CONFINEMENT Fusion Energywith personal comments, is presented here as an example about the long years difficult developments towards the aim for producing unlimited, safe and clean nuclear energy in the same way as it is the energy source of the sun. There are arguments that the most recent developments with the plasma block ignition using petawatt-picosecond laser pulses may leas to a fusion power station with a highly simplified operation such that the cost of electricity may be three or more times lower than any energy source on earth, opening the golden age with dramatic consequences for human life and environment. Applied sciences in all fields, economics and politics may be stimulated just by considering these consequences though these new results on inertial fusion energy (IEE) need to be further examined and developed on a broad basis.

Abstract: 

2Objective: The COVID-19 home CONFINEMENT orders disrupted the traditional balance of residential use, as dwellings that were previously occupied for limited hours had to accommodate a broader range of daily activities. This shift exposed incompatibilities within traditional residential dynamics. This study aims to explore these dynamics and contribute to the development of residential adaptability in similar future scenarios. Method: Given the extended study period on residential living during home CONFINEMENT and the need for an inductive approach grounded in residents' lived experiences, this study adopted a qualitative methodology. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with a homogeneous sample of 14 architects and specialists active during the CONFINEMENT phases. Thematic analysis was conducted using MAXQDA software, involving open and axial coding to identify key themes. To ensure reliability, content validity was assessed through an analytical hierarchy process (AHP), which confirmed and prioritized the qualitative themes in alignment with the research objectives. Results: Residents' adaptation mechanisms during home CONFINEMENT were driven by two primary objectives: "preventing the spread of disease" (preventive) and "facilitating habitation" (facilitative). The preventive category includes "spatial hierarchy need," "spatial layout and circulation reconfiguration," and "increased significance of service areas," with "spatial hierarchy need" being the most prominent, referenced in 61% of the initial qualitative data and holding 49% relative importance in post-pandemic analysis. The facilitative category comprises six groups: "replacing the city within the home," "humanizing the dwelling," "need for expansive open spaces," "technology utilization," "sensitivity to details," and "flexibility need." Among these, "flexibility need" emerged as the most critical, with a 26% frequency in the data and over 32% relative importance in subsequent analysis, followed by the "need for expansive open spaces," which had a 25.5% frequency and about 29% relative importance. Conclusions: The study's narrative is divided into two categories: preventive and facilitative. The preventive mechanism reveals a behavioral-spatial pattern encompassing three key themes: establishing a "hygienic hierarchy," "improving spatial layout and circulation," and implementing "cleaning and containment" measures to block contamination. The facilitative mechanism includes themes such as "replacing the city within the home," "humanizing the dwelling," and "sensitivity to details," which sequentially led to an increased "need for expansive open spaces" and "greater flexibility." Additionally, the growing use of "technology" helped mitigate the limitations of the home in terms of flexibility and space.

Abstract: 

One of the most important difficulties of the vorticity CONFINEMENT method is the need for manual adjustment of CONFINEMENT parameter. In other word, user must adjust the parameter for each new problem. The small values deactivate this method and high values lead to non-physical results. Many attempts have been made by researchers to overcome this problem, but the dependence on manual adjustment has not been resolved. One way to conquer this problem is to reduce the effect of the CONFINEMENT parameter on the final solution. At the present study, reducing the sensitivity of the vorticity CONFINEMENT method to CONFINEMENT parameter variations has been proposed by combining this method with FCT scheme for various limiters. In order to validate the proposed method, the problem of single vortex has been investigated. At first stage, the effect of changes in the CONFINEMENT parameter on the final results has been compared for central difference scheme against the FCT scheme (using different limiters). Then, the best way to combine the FCT scheme and the vorticity CONFINEMENT method is discussed. It has been shown that, the best results were obtained using the minmod limiter at the middle step.
