چکیده: 

The lack of Quranic approaches in the production of Quran-based humanities is still felt, despite the predominance of the philosophical approach in critical approaches to modern humanities, which has become very common in the Islamic world and in Iran for several decades. It seems that the Capacity of the method of thematic exegesis (al-Tafsīr al-mawdū'ī, Arabic: التفسیر الموضوعیّ) in this regard, can be used to bring the Holy Quran into the field of humanities. Thematic exegesis, according to whether its subject is inside or outside the Qur'an, has several functions in criticizing the structure of modern knowledge and scientific research, as well as the production of Islamic humanities. It is possible to make use of thematic exegesis of the inside of the Holy Book of Quran in order to “fundamental criticism” of the general fundamentals of humanities -the fundamentals of epistemology, axiology, ontology and anthropology- and it is also possible to use thematic exegesis for constructing and producing foundation of humanities obtained from the Holy Quran. It is used by thematic interpretation exegesis of the outside of the Holy Book of Quran -such as Shahīd (martyr) Sadr’s interrogational approach- to answer the problems of humanities and this process faces challenges such as the complexity and multiplicity of the “subject” of the humanities that exist in modern terminology of this field. It can be used in order to solve this issue in some cases to know the process of the change of the components of the modern of the conceptual history’s approach and also by analyzing the issue into several components can be shown that the components are not necessarily a product of the modern era and can be followed up in the Holy Quran and can be found up in the Holy Quran. The perspective of the Holy Quran, after that, regarding the modern subject in the desired field by the “combining” of the results obtained based on the thematic interpretation.

AbstractPurpose: The velocity of change in the surrounding world has forced them to identify those factors which impact their change Capacity. The present study was conducted to identify and prioritize influential factors on organizational change Capacity.Methodology: In terms of purpose, this was explorative and applied research. Its population included ten familiar experts with research subjects in a research and training center. By reviewing the literature on change Capacity, relevant, influential factors were identified, and they were concurred by the fuzzy Delphi technique, and then they were ranked. After recognizing influential factors, a pair comparisons questionnaire was distributed among ten experts, and after gathering the questionnaires, effecting factors were ranked using the Expert Choice11 Software package and AHP technique.Findings: Results show that organizational culture, structure, and style of leadership were the main factors that impacted change Capacity.Conclusion: The influential factors can be divided into three categories: environmental, content, and structural elements. Environmental factors include environment and innovation; content factors include team working, intellectual capital, leadership, political behavior, and human resource management; Structural elements include strategy, structure, organizational policies, information technology, knowledge management, and technology. Value: This is the first time in the literature that the influential variables affecting the change Capacity were recognized and categorized in a conceptual classification that has not been seen in the previous research.

It is difficult to disagree with the general argument that successful health reform requires a significant degree of policy Capacity or that all players in the policy game need to move beyond self-interested advocacy. However, an overly broad definition of policy Capacity is a problem. More important perhaps, health reform inevitably requires not just policy Capacity but political leadership and compromise.

Energy-only electricity markets and energy+Capacity markets have both been experienced in the real world, and each has advantages and shortcomings. Still, there are lots of arguments supporting each of the two designs. Furthermore, the energy+Capacity market has different known forms itself, and several Capacity mechanisms have been introduced in the literature and most of them have been tried in the real world. It is evident that the electricity market design in each country is customized to fit its socio-economic aspects. The main purpose of this paper is to look closely at Iran Electricity Market (IREMA) and assess the pros and cons of its main design in using the Capacity mechanism. To this end, the history of IREMA evolution and the specific design of the Capacity mechanism in this market is meticulously surveyed. The theoretical and practical principles that led IREMA founders to choose the EnCa mechanism are discussed. Also, positive/negative impacts of the Capacity mechanism are analyzed.

مقدمه: اندازه گیری حداکثر ظرفیت هوازی، اهمیت زیادی در ایجاد تناسب و تطابق فیزیولوژیک بین کارگر و کار دارد. این مطالعه با هدف برآورد ظرفیت هوازی و ظرفیت کار فیزیکی کارگران بخش گالوانیزه شرکت نورد لوله سمنان و نیز تعیین فراوانی نسبی کارگران دارای شغل متناسب با ظرفیت کار فیزیکی انجام شده است.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 50 نفر از کارگران مرد بخش گالوانیزه شرکت نورد لوله سمنان به روش تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از روش شاهنواز و تاکسورت (tuxworth d shahnavaz) برای اندازه گیری حداکثر ظرفیت هوازی این افراد استفاده شد. داده های به دستامده پس از ورود به نرم افزارSPSS به کمک آزمون های آماری t مستقل و ضریب همبستگی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.نتایج: میانگین حداکثر ظرفیت هوازی کارگران مورد مطالعه 2.88±0.33 لیتر در دقیقه و میانگین ظرفیت کار فیزیکی آنها 4.76±0.54 کیلوکالری بر دقیقه برآورد گردید. ارتباط معناداری بین ظرفیت هوازی با شاخص توده بدن و بین ظرفیت هوازی (برحسب میلی لیتر برکیلوگرم بر دقیقه) با سن وجود داشت. نتایج نشان داد که 36% از کارگران در طول شیفت کاری برای انجام وظایف شغلی، انرژی بیشتری از ظرفیت کار فیزیکی خود مصرف می کردند.نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به طبقه بندی سازمان بین المللی کار، میانگین ظرفیت کار فیزیکی کارگران مورد مطالعه، در رده میزان انرژی مصرفی در کار سبک قرار می گیرد. بنابراین به طور متوسط این کارگران دارای توانایی جسمانی انجام کارهای سبک یا کمتر هستند. بیش از یک سوم این کارگران نیز نیازمند تعدیل وظایف شغلی با تغییر شغل خود به شغلی با مصرف انرژی کمتر هستند.

The primary objective of this paper is to enhance the water-vapor-adsorption Capacity of multiwallcarbon-nanotube (MWCNT) from nitrogen gas by grafting sulfonic acid groups and doping palladium nanoparticles into the adsorbent. MWCNT has been selected to be modified because of having homogeneous adsorption energy compared to silica gel. As a result, it is capable of creating isotherm having sharp rising zone which is an important feature for gas dehydration application. For this purpose, MWCNT functionalized by hydroxyl groups (MWCNT-OH) was utilized to produce MWCNT functionalized by sulfonic acid groups (MWCNT-OSO3H), MWCNT-OH doped by palladium nanoparticles (MWCNT-OH-Pd) and MWCNT-OSO3H doped by palladium nanoparticles (MWCNTOSO3H-Pd). Thermal and mass stability, Fourier-transformation infrared and atomic absorption analyses supported the fact that the functional groups and palladium nanoparticles were placed successfully throughout the carbon nanotubes. Then, the water-vapor adsorption isotherms of MWCNT-OH, MWCNT-OSO3H, MWCNT-OH-Pd and MWCNT-OSO3H-Pd were obtained at two temperatures of 15 and 24oC. The water-vapor adsorption experiments revealed that by substituting sulfonic acid groups for the hydroxyl ones the adsorption of water vapor was enhanced only for higher gas humidity. However, by intercalating palladium nanoparticles into MWCNT-OSO3H the Capacity for water-vapor adsorption was improved for lower gas humidity as well. The obtained isotherms followed the isotherms type of V which is prevailing in water-vapor adsorption systems.
