The focus of this study is primarily on “the discrepancy in mentality as an important factor affecting family problems and divorce”. For this purpose, some minor studies were conducted each of which experimentally examined different aspects of mental discrepancy in Iranian families. Almost all of these studies showed that permanent disputes and divorces resulted from the differences in their world-views, thinkings, and impressions in their mutual affairs. At last, the theory of Homogamy with two major revisions were used to explain the reasons and causes of family problems and divorce which were confirmed in minor studies and cases.

Providing Cultural Atlas is a way of analyzing the Cultural phenomenon in the field of Cultural policy- making. In developed countries such as France, USA, England and Russia the Cultural and anthropological databases are continually used in Cultural engineering of the countries and its results are presented in their Cultural Atlas. This of course requires a Cultural reading in the framework of Cultural indexes and specifications. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effect of providing Cultural Atlas in policy- making and Cultural engineering of the country. Therefore, the research question is to evaluate the effectiveness of components and conditions of national and regional culture in representing different dimensions of the culture and the role it plays in policy- making and Cultural engineering cycle. The research also evaluates whether it is possible to achieve good results in presenting the model of Cultural engineering in the country through providing the Iranian Cultural Atlas. It is, therefore, possible to get the Cultural differences in the country’s Cultural geography dimensions as developed by Geert Hofstede. In this research, the dimensions and components of Iranian Cultural Atlas, which is supposed to be the basis for Cultural impact assessment and evaluation of social impacts, are explained based on the documentation review, alongside the meta- analysis of national and international researches.Through explaining the essentials of statistics and studies such as Hofstede and Globe, this research indicates that consideration of these elements can change the domain of Cultural impact assessment and evaluation of social impacts in Iran and also can open new dimensions in addition to providing a new definition of Cultural Atlas.

AbstractContext and purpose. The purpose of this research is to design a model for the development of Cultural and creative industries through economic tools and mechanisms and the integration of creative and Cultural economy.Methodology/approach. In the current study, the qualitative method of grounded theory was used and the in-depth interview technique was used to collect information. The sampling method of the research was purposeful and snowball methods with theoretical saturation criteria and interviews with 20 experts in the field of creative and Cultural industries. open, axial and selective coding processes was used to data analysis, and after that, the grounded theory emerging from the data was presented in the form of a story and visual model, and based on them, definition and classification were carried out for the application of the development of creative and Cultural industries. Findings and conclusions. The results have shown that training and empowerment of Cultural and creative industries and culture building in the field of Cultural and creative industries act as intervening conditions to encourage business owners to create Cultural and creative jobs, and these three-dimensional conditions in interaction together have caused the development of Cultural and creative industries and the dynamics of the economy and moving towards the creative economy, and the consequence of that is the creative ecosystem approach to economic benefits and economic profitability and Cultural development.Originality/innovation.
