Purpose: The present research aimed at finding an answer to the question of the process of influence of Cyberspace on Iranian Poetry in the future, and the influence of Cyberspace on various aspects of poetry such as content, its audience, the poet, the media that published the poem, the process of composing the poem, the rights of the author, and Globalization of the Iranian poetry. Method: The Delphi technique was used to carry out this research. A group of experts comprising professors in the fields of Communication and Literature was selected. The expert’s opinions were collected and analyzed through an in-depth interview, a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and by the execution of three stages of Delphi rounds. Findings: Accordingly, considering the content, the experts predicted that due to the impact of Cyberspace, the quality of the poetry will be reduced and consequently, the language of poetry will become simpler and close to prose and it will only reflect the daily events of life. Regarding the audience, they concluded that the audience’s selection power will be increased, however, we can differentiate between the public and professional audience. With respect to the sender, there will be no phenomenon of multi authors, and regarding the channel, the experts agreed upon Media Convergence besides, the poets’ agency in publishing their own poems will be increased. Conclusion: Experts believe that the spread of communication technologies will make censorship ineffective. This is the only case in which the group believes in the impact of technology on the future of poetry. The group of experts did not reach a consensus regarding the impact of technology on the phenomena such as publication of author’s poems as one’s original work and the Globalization of Iranian poetry, thus, analyzed these items in the framework of the human agency.

Information technology provides better medical services and so appropriate conditions for misuse of personal information. Medical information is an important part of sensitive computer data. For the growing of information technology. Protection of patient`s privacy in Cyberspace has become one of the main matters of medical law. To this end. The rules are set out in international documents including the right to choose beneficiaries at the information gathering stage. Observance of data security. transparency and access to data and accuracy in data retention. The necessity of related processing and the prohibition of disclosure of data at the stage of information use and finally. the need to eliminate or prohibit transboundary data transfer at the end of the patient status process, however the constitution and some of laws emphasize to privacy and non-disclosure of patients but E-commerce law and cybercrime law generally refer to the protection of such information and without regard to the above sequence and order. Merely refer to the principles of subject satisfaction. Legal collection. as well as data dilatation. The principle of data accuracy and their elimination. Punishments were not sufficient to ensure compliance with the above principles. It is necessary to comply with the precise criteria mentioned above together with appropriate them.

Cyberspace has now become a part of the daily lives of more than 67 Iranian users,this study aims to gain a better understanding of the impact of Web 2 technologies on society and the actions of Iranian users in Cyberspace. Methodologically, this research is of secondary analysis type, and the studied sample is 732 articles published in social sciences in the period of 2002 to 2021. The findings of this study show that Web 2 technologies weaken the religious and national identities and family values of Iranian users. These technologies also increase social relations, social capital and political participation of Iranian users. On the other hand, "emergent social problems and phenomena" have arisen in Cyberspace, such as Internet addiction, cyber crime, virtual mourning, virtual pilgrimage, etc.

The emergence of the “ Cyberspace” and the simultaneous expansion of information and communication industries have brought about huge changes in classical concepts and social and cultural structures. One of the works that has studied this subject and issues of Cyberspace in Iran has been the book Cyberspace; The Society and Culture by Seyed Abolhassan Firouzabadi, who is the head of the Iranian National Center of Cyberspace and one of the key Iranian policymakers for the Internet in Iran. This article has endeavored to review and introduce this work and then tap into the fundamental discussions on the Cyberspace, culture and power to re-review and re-read it and bring examples to show this book needs theoretical and methodological improvements. On the surface, the book lacks a complete content list and a final conclusion section; works cited are dated, and there are some word usages. The book also suffers from a lack of scrutiny, and structurally speaking, the book is fragmented and loosely.

During the past years, Cyberspace has become of the main issues of governments, and cryptocurrencies has been recognized as a sensitive area in need of policy in all countries of the world .This article, looking for: "What should be the pattern of regulating the virtual space, especially the phenomenon of cryptocurrencies in Iran, considering the legal status of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace and the comparative experience of China?" In this regard, by using library resources, the relationship between governance and regulation of virtual space has been described first, and then the concept of governance and regulation of cryptocurrencies have been discussed. In the following, we will compare the structure, duties and actions of China in the regulation of Cyberspace, especially cryptocurrencies, with the actions of Iran, because the institution and structure of the regulation of Cyberspace in China and Iran have similarities, including the fact that both of them use a supra-governmental structure to regulate Cyberspace. The results show that firstly, the legal position of the Iran's Cyberspace Supreme Council in specialized issues of Cyberspace such as cryptocurrencies, which have different dimensions, should be as a regulator of the regulators . Secondly, the multi-dimensionality of the issue of cryptocurrencies and the interference of different areas of money, finance, energy, industry and trade doubles the need for a national coordination headquarters, which has not been given serious attention so far.

Nowadays, through advanced technologies and tools such as smartphones and laptops, many people are familiar with the virtual space and the Internet, a world much wider than the real world that breaks the time and place restrictions and makes interactions and communications of people out of the material dimension and broadens the sense of freedom.; For instance, people chat about subjects in Cyberspace that they never say in real life. Cyberspace has many positive and negative dimensions, and this article examines one of its negative dimensions, namely learning criminal behavior through differential associations in Cyberspace. The idea of ​​the article is derived from Edwin Sutherland's differential association theory, with the difference that Cyberspace associations have more intense effects than real space associations. Utilizing the descriptive-analytical method, this research tried to answer the question of how and by what process criminal behaviors are learned in the virtual world. And what is the difference between learning virtual and real criminal behaviors? The main hypothesis of the research is that Sutherland's theory of differential associations can be generalized and extended to Cyberspace, and perhaps, in today's modern world, learning virtual criminal behavior is more significant than learning in the real environment, since by stimulating the sense of hearing and sight in the form of images, speech, and writing, Cyberspace simultaneously increases the learning rate and becomes a criminal environment, causing the spread of criminal behavior in the real world

Making contracts has undergone great changes through popularity and perfection enjoyed by means of communication such as telephone, fax, and the internet. One of the hottest preoccupations of the scholars is the marriage contract. Touching upon the ideas proposed by the lawyers and jurisconsults of all Islamic schools, the present paper discusses the problems of the marriage contract in the Cyberspace. While some of the problems including nonconformity of offer and acceptance, nullity of marriage without words, validity of declaration of will through writing, and possibility ignorance and deceive are considered inadequate to repudiate the contract, some factors are necessary for the contract.

The anarchical status of Cyberspace brings about deep effects on countries’ interests and national security. A large number of anonymous global players threaten the interests or even the vital infrastructures of their counterparts on a daily basis. This has made the states around the world to think about finding a real approach to decrease such damages, threats, etc. in the Cyberspace. And the Deterrence Strategy, as an efficient tool in dealing with such a significant issue, is the outcome of this long endeavor. The current essay aims to discover the effectiveness of Deterrence Strategy in Cyberspace and those conditions it is in need of to be regarded as a most efficient deterring tool. The findings here in this essay prove that the Deterrence Strategy cannot have the same performance in Cyberspace as it had during the Cold War. However, at the same time, they establish that the Deterrence Strategy enjoys great potentials through which it protects the countries’ interests and national security. Great defense capability, the power of identifying the invaders, and the capability of conducting harsh retaliatory acts are the main three components that make this strategy effective. However, it is worth saying that among all those components, the ‘ identification’ factor plays the most fundamental role in making the Deterrence Strategy effective in Cyberspace. The reason is that an unbeaten identifying process guarantees the effectiveness and usefulness of retaliatory acts. Furthermore, such a triumph will force the real threat to be wiped out forever. The findings also show that the Deterrence Strategy is something imperfect without the presence of retaliatory acts. In fact, such a shortcoming allows the potential invaders to revise their plans in order to resume their attacks against their rivals in Cyberspace.

The Cyberspace with its attractive and captivating technologies is penetrating without minute resistance among the administrative elite, folks and all the society pillars. Due to empowerment and power building attributes of the cyber space all the vital infrastructure of the country are adopting cyber technologies at high pace both at surface and nature levels. This rapid and unconcerned tendency for employment of cyber technologies will lead to the formation of challenges and obstacles in the way of internal soundness of the Islamic society. The present study using combinational method, firstly explores through the application of qualitative descriptive analysis and afterwards through collecting and surveying the expert views using structural equations and SmartPLS software, describes the cyber dominance dimensions in two levels of ruling power and Islamic identity. US hegemony in controlling the Cyberspace, ultra-governmental identification and monitoring of the empowerment the society capabilities, cyber threats and invasions, acceptance and trans-national and trans-cultural behavior and life style patterns, trans-national cultural engineering and management as well as decadent and Humanistic culture are the major challenges in the way of the country empowerment in the globalization arena and cyber hegemony.
