In this study, SBA-15-PAMAM mesoporous nano-adsorbent was synthesized, characterized and applied for adsorption of acid dyes (acid blue 62 (AB62) and acid red 266 (AR266)) from aqueous Media. Adsorption of AB62 and AR266 on SBA-15 ordered mesoporous silica, polyamidoamine functionalized SBA-15 (SBA-15-PAMAM), has been investigated. To evaluate the synthesized adsorbent constructional, FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy), TEM transmission electron microscopy images and XRD (X-ray diffraction) methods were utilized. To investigate and compare the adsorption of two acid dyes with each other, the chemical structure and molecular mass of two acid dyes on the synthesized nano-adsorbent is compared with each other. The acid blue 62 dye with the structure of Anthrachinon (MW=422.43) and the acid red 266 dye with the structure of Azo (MW=467.78) is compared with each other. To appraise the proficiency of this nano-adsorbent for adsrption of two acidic dyes from aqueous media, the efficacy of significant parameters comprising pH (2-10), adsorbent dosage (0.01-0.1 g), dye concentration (200-600 mg g-1), contact time (10-120 min) and temperature (25-45 oC) was investigated. The Langmuir, Freundlich, Tempkin and Dubin Radushkevich isotherms were perused. The empirical data were best demonstrated by the langmuir isotherm model with utmost adsorption valence of (1428.57 mg g-1) for dye AB62, and (1111.11 mg g-1) for dye AR266 at pH 2 and 25 °C, in absolute agreement with the empirical data (R2>0.9933) for dye AB62 and (R2>0.9914) for dye AR266. It was concluded that SBA-15-PAMAM adsorbent could be applied as a significant adsorbent for acidic dyes removal.

A LARGE NUMBER OF BARBITURIC ACID DERIVATIVES HAVE BEEN WIDELY USED AS SEDATIVE, HYPNOTIC, ANTISPASMODIC, ANTICONVULSANT AND LOCAL ANAESTHETIC DRUGS AS WELL AS IN ANTITUMOR, ANTICANCER AND ANTIOSTEOPOROSIS TREATMENTS [1-5]. IN THIS RESEARCH, WE REPORT SYNTHESIS OF SOME NEW AZO DYES CONTAINIG OF BARBITORATE RINGS.4-AMINO HIPPURIC ACID WAS DIAZOTISED AND COUPLED WITH BARBITORIC ACID AND 2-THIOBARBITORIC ACID. THEN, THE PRODUCT REACTED WITH AROMATIC ALDEHYDE, SODIUM ACETATE AND ACETIC ANHYDRIDE AND OXAZOLONE RING WAS FORMED.SOLVATOCHROMIC BEHAVIOR OF THESE DYES WERE STUDIED IN THE ETOH, DMSO AND DMF. THE STRUCTURES OF PRODUCTS WERE CONFIRMED BY FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR AND MASS SPECTRA.

چکیده: 

از سال 1956 تا کنون استفاده از رنگزاهای راکتیو در صنعت نساجی به دلیل پیوندهای کووالانسی با پارچه و در نتیجه ایجاد ثبات شستشویی بالا، روند رو به افزایشی داشته است. در طی این زمان هدف عمده مطالعات بر روی سنتز رنگزاهای راکتیوی با گروه های واکنش پذیر بوده است که اولا میزان واکنش پذیری این گروه ها به اندازه کافی برای تشکیل پیوند کووالانس با پارچه باشد و ثانیا میزان واکنش پذیری آنقدر زیاد نباشد که سبب آبکافت رنگزا در طی فرآیند رنگرزی گردد. زیرا، آبکافت رنگزاها در طی فرآیند رنگرزی و ورود آنها به محیط زیست سبب ایجاد نگرانی زیست محیطی می شود. تا کنون برای ایجاد تعادل در میزان واکنش پذیری گروه های واکنش پذیر تغییراتی در ساختار رنگزاهای راکتیو از جمله تغییر در نوع گروه واکنش پذیر (تری آزین، دی آزین، دی کلرو کوئینوکزالین، فسفونیک اسید و سولفاتو اتیل سولفون)، تعداد گروه های واکنش پذیر (یک عاملی و چند عاملی) و نوع گروه اتصال دهنده بین گروه های واکنش پذیر و رنگ ساز اعمال گردیده است. در بین گروه های واکنش پذیر رنگزاهای راکتیو، گروه های مونوکلروترآزین و وینیل سولفون دارای اهمیت بیشتری هستند و رنگزاهای راکتیو دو عاملی و سه عاملی تجاری با خصوصیت رنگرزی خوب به صنعت معرفی شده اند. در این مقاله، مروری از پیشرفت رنگزاهای راکتیو سنتز و تجاری شده از ابتدا تا به امروز گردآوری شده است و تمرکز این مقاله بیشتر بر روی گروه های واکنش پذیر موجود در رنگزاهای راکتیو است. با مروری بر مقالات و ثبت اختراعات مطالعه شده می توان متوجه شد که هنوز هم در این نوع رنگزاها فضا برای پیشرفت فراهم است.

IN RECENT YEARS INCREASING ATTENTION HAS BEEN FOCUSED ON THE WIDESPREAD USE OF SYNTHETIC DYES, ESPECIALLY IN FOOD AND COSMETICS, BECAUSE OF THEIR POTENTIAL TOXICITY. IN REPUBLIC OF CHINA, THE FIRST GROUP OF 65DYES CAN BE USED IN COSMETICS, THE SECOND GROUP INCLUDING 25 DYES IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED IN MUCOUS COSMETICS. IN THIS STUDY WE EXPECTED TO SEPARATE AND IDENTIFY 25 DYES IN THE SECOND GROUP AS WELL AS AMARANTH (RED NO 2) WHICH WAS EXCLUDED IN USE FOR COSMETICS DUE TO SAFETY CONSIDERATION BY DEVELOPING A HPLC METHOD. ILLEGAL COAL TAR DYES ARE REPORTED TO POSSESS STRONG TOXICITY AND CARCINOGENICITY WHEN ADDED IN MUCOUS COSMETICS. LIPSTICK IS CLASSIFIED INTO THE SECOND CATEGORY BASED ON CHINES NATIONAL STANDARD (CNS) IN MUCOUS COSMETICS, IN ADDITION TO WAX LIPIDS, COLORING DYES ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENTS OF LIPSTICK, THE NEWLY DEVELOPED METHOD WAS USED TO ESTABLISH AN ANALYTICAL METHOD TO SIMPLIFY EXTRACTION AND IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES FOR ANALYZING COLORING DYES IN COMMERCIAL LIPSTICK IN ORDER TO CHECK FOR ILLEGAL COLORING DYES.THE COLORANTS WERE EXTRACTED FROM THE COSMETIC PRODUCTS THROUGH TWO METHOD, ONE OF THEM WAS ADSORPTION OF CONTAMINANTS BY MACS) MAGNETIC ACTIVATED CARBONS) AND MAGNETIC SEPARATION AND ANOTHER ONE WAS LIQUID-LIQUID EXTRACTION THEN RE-EXTRACTED USING A COTTONDYEING PROCESS; THESE TWO METHODS USED FOR PRE-CONCENTRATION AND EXTRACTION OF COLORING DYES BOTH GREATLY IMPROVED ANALYTICAL EFFICIENCY AND PRECISION AND THE LIMIT OF DETECTION, FURTHERMORE TBA-BR WAS SELECTED AS ION-PAIR REAGENT IN THIS STUDY. RESULTS SHOWED THAT CAPACITY FACTORS OF DYES WERE IMPROVED WITH INCREASING TBA-BR CONCENTRATION WHICH THE OPTIMUM CONCENTRATION OF TBA-BR WAS FOUND TO BE 0.01 M. IN THIS STUDY WE USED HPLC WITH OPTIMAL CONDITIONS USING C18 COLUMN WITH THE MOBILE PHASE USING 0.07 M AMMONIUM ACETATE SOLUTION IN0.01 TETRABUTYLAMMONIUM BROMIDE /METHANOL/ACETONITRILE55: 35: 10 AND COLORANTS WHICH WERE ANALYZED BY HPLC FOLLOWED BY DAD DETECTOR. A WAVELENGTH AT 520 NM WAS FOUND TO BE MOST FAVORABLE FOR THE DETECTION OF RED COLOR, A MAJOR COLOR WIDELY APPLIED ON LIPSTICKS AND A WAVELENGTH AT 254 NM, WHICH BELONGED TO UV ABSORBANCE WAVELENGTH NORMALLY ABSORBED BY COAL TAR DYES, WAS USED TO DETECT THE COLOR OTHER THAN RED SUCH AS GREEN, ORANGE, YELLOW, BLACK, AND PURPLE IN COLOR. BY APPLYING THIS HPLC METHOD ALONG WITH THE ABOVE-MENTIONED PROCEDURE, WATER SOLUBLE COAL TAR DYE CONSTITUENTS CAN BE SATISFACTORILY SEPARATED WITH OTHER PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED PROFITS.
