INDUSTRIAL WASTE MATERIALS ARE FROM AMONGST THE MOST IMPORTANT WASTE MATERIALS IN DEVELOPED OR DEVELOPING COUNTRIES LIKE IRAN, WHICH REQUIRES PLANNING AND BETTER MANAGEMENT IN THE USAGE AND EXCRETION ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE DUST AS THE MOST SIGNIFICENT WASTE MATERIAL IN ALLOY STEEL MAKING INDUSTRIES, UNIVERSAL PRODUCTION OF 3.7 MILLION TONS ANNUALLY, CONTAINING HEAVY METALS IS PLACED AMONG HAZARDOUS MATERIALS BY THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY .IN THIS ARTICLE, THE EFFECTS OF FIVE REPLACEMENT LEVELS OF 5,10,15,20,25 WEIGHT PERCENT OF CEMENT AND THE CEMENT OF 350,AND PROCESSING WITHIN 7,28 AND 90 DAYS ON COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF THE CONCRETE MIX INCLUDING DUST OR MICROSILLIS WITH A SIMPLE SAMPLE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIVES IS INVESTIGATED. THE MIXTURE PLAN IS DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH IRAN’S “NATIONAL CONCRETE MIXTURE DESIGN METHOD” CODE OF PRACTICE AND CONCRETE MOLD CASTING IS DONE ACCORDING TO ASTMC192.A CONCRETE BREAKER JACK HAMMER IS USED FOR LOADING THE SAMPLE INVESTIGATIONS SHOWS THAT REPLACING CEMENT WITH EAFD OR MICROSILLIS AT LOW PERCENT AND LOW CONTENTS RESULTEND IN HIGHER COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH, AND INCREASING THE PERCENT AND THE CONTENT OF CEMENT MAY RESULT-IN LOWER COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH IN MY SIMPLE SAMPLE.
