Abstract:

Objective About half of the human genome is covered by repetitive sequences. These sequences have a large share in the other mammalian genomes, therefore studying this part of the genome can provide researchers valuable information on evolution. The aim of this study was to sequencing and assembly the whole genome of Iranian Bactrian camels to identify transposable Elements and their distribution in the genome of this species. In addition, the results of Iranian Bactrian camels were compared with non-Iranian Bactrian camels and dromedary camels. Materials and methods In this study, the whole genome of six Iranian Bactrian camels was sequenced to transposable Elements identification. Iranian Bactrian camel whole genome sequenced using Illumina HiSeq 2000 system in paired-end. FastQC and Trimmomatic software were used to quality control and quality filtering of raw sequencing reads, respectively. CLC Genomics Workbench (CLC Bio, Aarhus, Denmark) was used to de novo assembly of trimmed reads. Also, we used the RepeatMasker program to search for transposable Elements using a homology-based method. Results Results of the assembling of sequenced genomes showed that the genome size in these samples ranged from 1. 9 to 1. 97 Gb. In the present study, the percentage of transposable Elements for six Iranian Bactrian camels was 29. 89% on average of the whole genome. The percentage of LINE sequences for the Iranian Bactrian camel was 17. 58% on average. So, these sequences were considered as the largest group of transposable Elements in the Bactrian camel in this study. SINE Elements showed a lower number in comparison with LINEs. So that, only 3. 45% of the total Bactria camel genome length was dedicated to the SINEs. In accordance with the results of Iranian dromedary camels, no Alu element was identified in the genome of Iranian Bactrian camels. Conclusion Shortage of genomic and biological information about camels is one of the inhibiting factors in advancing the breeding goals and programs. Although this study is not enough alone, it can be a step towards starting the production of genomic data for camels. Continuing this kind of study and integrating biological and genomic information will provide the ground for the start of modern breeding in Iranian camels.

Abstract:

The aim of the current research was to identify the characteristics of the four Elements in order to provide a problem-oriented curriculum model in the elementary school mathematics course. There were 19 participants and the sampling was done purposefully. The data collection tools are semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. The problem-oriented curriculum template was designed using the characteristics of the Elements and with the method of qualitative content analysis in the elementary school mathematics course. The identified features were validated by fuzzy Delphi method and Shannon's entropy method was used for data processing. Based on the results of the analysis, 7 main categories including the characteristics of goals at three levels of cognitive, attitudinal, skill, content, evaluation, teaching-learning strategy and 46 sub-categories were identified.                                                                                                                                                                In the fuzzy Delphi section, all features were confirmed by obtaining a de-fuzzified value greater than 0.7. The results of Shannon's entropy determined that the characteristics of starting teaching with a challenging question, creating a suitable educational environment, continuously monitoring the quality of learning strategies and communicating with students' talents have attracted the most attention and obtained the highest ranks and had a higher importance factor than other characteristics

Abstract:

Curriculum as the backbone of the educational system is one of the important factors in creating fundamental changes in the higher education system; The purpose of this research is to explain the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education model from the Islamic point of view and  the Leader, so that it can be used to examine the curriculum of architecture education in terms of the realization of entrepreneurship components in students. The method of the current research is a mixed exploratory one, which in the qualitative part, by examining the views of the Leader in his articles, books and speeches, descriptive propositions of his thought regarding the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education were extracted with the implication research method. In the quantitative part, the data was analyzed using structural equation method and using SPSS20 and smart PLS software. The findings showed that the model of entrepreneurship from the Leader'spoint of view can be divided into four main pillars: vision, knowledge, skill and business. And each of these main pillars overlaps with the model of effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in architecture curriculum. In this way, architecture higher education centers can, in addition to creating entrepreneurship curricula in the field of architecture, by identifying the potentials in the curricula of this field, strengthen the strengths and eliminate the weaknesses in them. This model, while providing the conditions for the realization of entrepreneurship education in academic fields, provides the context for the implementation of a local model in the light of Islamic orders.

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to determine the sedimentary environment of alluvial terraces south of Khorramabad to Poldokhter using structural Elements and limiting surfaces. In line with this goal, 4 sections were identified and studied. The cuttings are located at distances between 60 and 80 kilometers south of Khorram Abad towards Poldokhter. The studies conducted on these sections lead to the identification of 10 rock facies, including 4 gravelly rock facies (Gm, Gms, Gp, Gt), 4 sandy rock facies (Sm, Sp, St, Sh) and 2 rock facies. Flower (Fsm, Fm), 13 structural Elements including (GB, HS, C/S, LHF, LCS, CVs, DIs, TCS, OF, CH, SB, SHF, LIS) and 6 limiting levels of rank 1 to 6 became. According to rock faces, limiting surfaces and structural Elements under channel environments, channel bars, point bar, wide cuts (crevasse splay), natural embankments (levee).) and flood plain sub-environment were determined for the alluvial terraces south of Khorramabad to Poldokhtar. Structural Elements CH, GB, C/S, LHF, SHF were observed in the studied alluvial barracks in abundance, which indicates a river environment with low twist for the studied alluvial terraces, which alternates between at times, it was attacked by strong and destructive floods, and the coexistence of flood channels indicates that they are periodic.

Abstract:

One of the challenges in translating literary texts is the cultural Elements, and this is especially important in the translation of dramatic literature due to the use of drama, i.e., performance on stage. Among the approaches to translation that take into account the purpose of translation and the function of the text in the target language, and give a special place to the audience's understanding in the translation of dramatic texts, is the Skopos theory. This research aims to extract the cultural Elements in the play „The Man Outside“ based on the division of cultural Elements into two categories of tangible cultural Elements and intangible cultural Elements, and according to them, evaluate the performance of the translator from the perspective of Skopos theory. The result of this research shows that although Golshiri's translation has been used in theatrical performances, his transfer of tangible cultural Elements is not in line with the goal of the play, which is performance on stage.

Abstract:

In modern law, the unconscionability of contracts has become a basis for vast intervention of government in contracts law. Upon this basis, some protective rules were legislated for protection of the consumers' rights and preventing misuse of stronger economic situations and anti-competitive actions. Although, the Elements of contractual unconscionability are not as clear as it necessitates. These legal systems have pursued different approaches. The American Law has presented the general theory of the unconscionability of contracts. In some legal systems of European countries, the applicable and operative system has a special place in which precise and particular examples of the unconscionable contracts are considered. On the other hand, the Iranian law has not dealt with the Elements of this case. Thus, studying various rules, one can merely achieve few of these examples. It is required for the Iranian legislator to take a certain position for stabilizing the concept of contractual unconscionability, determining the obvious regulations, Elements and examples thereof.

Abstract:

Critics often do not provide similar definitions to literature and those they give put emphasis on Elements which separates literature from other arts. Every literary work is consisted of five Elements, namely, sentiments, imaginations, thoughts, music and style Sentiments provide artistic immortality and ever freshness to a literary work, imagination is a vehicle which carries sentiment and makes the reading process inexhaustible. Thought is a second hidden in the inner folds of the great literary works and can always bloom against all decadence. Music or the magic of speech, gives adornment to the literary language, and vigor to the other Elements and the style interwoven the other element in a work of art and distinguishes it from the other literary works. However, it is traditionally depicted that, style is the author because every author has his/her own stylistic features. The present paper is an elaborated attempt in analyzing these Elements.
