As a part of the human society, children have formed the future generation of every country, and the child's interaction with the surrounding environment requires his physical and mental development. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the environment that promotes mental and physical development of the child. In order to check the suitable environment for children, the initiative of the child-friendly city has been taken into consideration. The general purpose of this research is to improve the status of two cities from the perspective of a child-friendly city and to identify the appropriate indicators of a child-friendly city and to make a comparative comparison in the two metropolises of Tehran and Isfahan. The current research is developmental in terms of the combined method and in terms of the goal, and it is based on library and documentary studies, field surveys and interviews. Yeoman-Whitney test was used to analyze the indicators. The results of the evaluation show that in the comparison of the two cities of Tehran and Isfahan in terms of the examined indicators (social and physical, economic, environmental, urban management and leisure), Tehran city in the variable of safety and protection with an average of 3.09 and Isfahan city in Participation and citizenship variables with an average of 3.22 have a favorable level. Although Tehran is in a better condition compared to Isfahan in other indicators, in general, both cities are far apart in terms of standard indicators, and suggestions have been made in this regard.

Considering the fact that the words in the intra-religious attitude are considered in two ways, the first is towards jurisprudential words and the second is a rational and conceptual view focusing on their meanings. we have tried to deal with one of the most important issues of intra-religious attitude with a rational approach by descriptive and analytical method, which is the category of "hermeneutic interpretation" of words, especially the most influential idea of interpretation & that is the view of the "spirit of meaning" of Ghazali. After Ghazali, Ibn Arabi used this theory of Ghazali regarding the development of meaning in creating his new idea, and by re-reading Ghazali's idea with a mystical approach, he presented his own theory regarding the expansion of meaning. While accepting the argument of the focal point of the theory of the spirit of meaning, he removes it from the exclusivity to the "linear", and for this purpose, he brought up arguments as well as the Conditions of Hermeneutic Interpretation in this regard. Ibn Arabi's arguments on transversal interpretation include new formulations in the argument, which after him, this theory was favored and accepted by Mulla Sadra, and then it was accepted by his students.

Objective: In many countries, the advancements in information technologies and the decentralized computing method has inspired hope to take advantage of modern information technologies, such as artificial intelligence, in order to overcome the unique challenges in global health including the coronavirus crisis. The following study tries to examine the possible future scenarios in the industry, with the aim of discovering new opportunities to increase health and quality of life.Findings: Considering the research literature, seventeen drivers, which had affected the research in three dimensions, were identified and the Delphi method was used for the accuracy of confirmation, their rankings and for the calculation of their certainty. The relationships between the drivers and the identified dimensions were measured and confirmed in the form of hypotheses and model presentations by structural equation methods. Using the cross-matrix method, five drivers were identified as risk and goal. Finally, through the identification of uncertainty and risk and goal drivers, four scenarios were developed.Conclusion: Conclusion: The treatment structure and medical equipment influenced by COVID-19 pandemic conditions and due to the growth rate, optimal and intelligent application of modern digital technologies creates a wide-ranging evolution in this field and illustrates the possibility of achieving a desired future by taking advantage of the scenario of the formation of an interconnected global society and the realization of global health in the interaction of artificial intelligence drivers, novel production demands, sanctions, internet of things (IoT) and blockchain.

Knowing the approaches of the commentators (the scholars who interpret the Holy Book of Quran) of Quranic researching provides the basis for understanding, analyzing and criticizing their views and opinions, because tafsīr (Arabic: تفسیر, exegesis) texts are influenced by the commentator’s worldview and mental ideas, as well as a reflection of the cultural and social requirements of his era. One of the issues that has recently become a subject in the field of understanding and interpreting the Holy Book of Quran is the effect of gender element in the understanding of religious texts. Therefore, this research, using descriptive-analytical method in a comparative context, has investigated the tendency, Fundamentals and exegetical methods of “Āmina Wadud” (Arabic: آمنة ودود) and “ʿĀʾisha Bint al-Shāṭi” (عائشة بِنت الشاطئ) two of the Quran researchers. The obtained results indicate that the interpretative tendency of Āmina Wadud is social, transsexual and justice-oriented. She has used the hermeneutic method and philosophical analysis in explaining the discourses of the Qur'an in this regard. The tendency of the fundamentals and methods in the Quranic understanding of Āmina Wadud in her social commentary leads her to Islamic rulings in the field of women in order to present a new and modern reading of them. But Bint al-Shāṭi’s exegesis tendency is theological literary in line with the Quran’s verbal inimitability (Arabic: الإِعجاز البیانیّ, Romanized: al-Iʾjāz) of the Holy Book of Quran. She is trying to put Emphasis and style (the methods used in written language) on the verbal inimitability of the Holy Book of Quran by a linguistic point of view in line with the method of verbal exegesis.

1- Introduction:The Emphasis is one of the important subjects which have a serious effect in speech’s eloquence. The speech will be effective when it is proportional with situation of the addressee. The addressee has sometime empty mind, sometime is uncertain, and sometime is denying. The eloquent should give a lecture effectively and the translator should translate the lecture without decrease these effects as he can. So that the true reflection of Emphasis methods is very important in translation, and addressee’s effect is changed, if it is no equivalents of Emphasis methods in basis and destination languages and this is a challenge that the translator faces in the translation process.

The culture of academic Emphasis is one of the cultures at school, where teachers put collaborative methods on the agenda. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that make and develop the culture of academic Emphasis culture in Tehran schools in school year of 2017-2018. This study was carried out in a qualitative method of phenomenological type. The sample for this study consisted of 24 experts and educators who were interviewed with semi-structured interviews, so that the data gathered based on theoretical saturation. In order to analyze the data, the “, NVivo 10”,software has been used. Findings of this study indicated that the four factors play the most role in academic Emphasis culture in schools. These factors were: "the quality of educational activities" had the highest score, and in the first place, "constructive feedback" in the second place, "the quality of educational environment" in the third place, "mental and job security" was in the fourth place. Therefore, in order to grow the culture of academic Emphasis in schools, all identified factors in schools must be developed in a coordinated way, since achieving a teacher's academic Emphasis culture requires the development of a system that needs to be carefully planned and should be compatible with the needs of the community.

Background & Purpose: Employing the principle of Emphasis in educational messages helps a lot to overcome reading disorders. the aim of This study was comparing visual Emphasis methods in computer assisted insruction on reading performance and phonological awareness of dyslexic children. Materials & Methods: The method of research was quasi-experimental with a pre-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population includes all 7 to 11-years-old dyslexic students of Malayer, who received services in learning disorders centers. 60 students were selected by random sampling and placed in four groups (3 experimental and 1 control group). The measurement tools were reading and phonological awareness tests. The intervention was a researcher-made presentation in the PowerPoint, that presented words in three forms: letter by letter and consecutive, with internal Emphasis, and with external Emphasis. After conducting the pre-test in all groups, the samples in 3 experimental groups received interventions for 5 weeks and in total 10 sessions along with other common trainings in centers. Then, post-test was performed for all groups and the means were analyzed using the multivariate covariance test. Results: The results revealed that there was no significant difference between the sequential presentation method, internal Emphasis, and external Emphasis on the reading accuracy of dyslexic children, while there was a significant difference on their reading speed and comprehension, as well as phonological awareness. Conclusion: It is recommended to use this method of presentation along with trainings of learning disability centers and to check the effectiveness of this method in presenting sentences.

Yet it may also sometimes be used in various other ways, i.e. for eulogy, blame, mercy, generalization, ambiguity, statement of details, exhortation of truth, discussion of nature, discovery, and Emphasis. This research has attempted to survey the virtual and rhetorical purposes of epithet on the basis of valid syntactic and rhetorical sources.

Language is the most important medium for communication among human beings to express their intensions and concepts; and all languages possess one or more specific styles through which the author(s) can influence the addressee's and audience's souls and minds. Accordingly, connoisseurs of oration arena have propounded criteria and styles to assess speech value, and they have enumerated the Quran, as the superior and best paradigm of this significant affair; and they have regarded all styles applied in it as the high paradigm of fluency and eloquence to which man's thought and meditation is not able to access.One of the considerable styles in the Quranic verses is that of Emphasis which has been expressed at the peak of expressiveness and beauty; and in this paper we are going to deal with the rhetorical aspects of this style.

Despite of discussion of “repetition”, which is simple and minor and, in the rhetoric, it is a disruptive factor of eloquence, but the rhetorical of speech is subject to repetition. The secret of repetition in Quran phrases and words is known due to forward and backward words. While in Quran, there is not any useless repetition. Although in Quran, some phrases are sometimes repeated, repetitions are not boring and are commensurate with the features of each chapter as if one can say in each chapter repeated parts have a new meaning. End goal of repeating is to emphasize on the subject and make it bigger to show its importance. Further, if we put repetition in Quran in this class, there will be not any disruptive in relation. If repetition is because of ordering and dividing such as «وجاء ربک والملک صفا صفا», the purpose is not emphasizing an hyperbole. Sometimes, from music point of view, its cause is also important, and contemporary definition of repeat is not different from ancients. However, if repetition is because of situation, rhetorical is the condition not because of disability.
