This paper attempts to introduce one of,the scholars of Isfahan--AbuMoslem Mohammad Ibn Baht Isfahani--whosename and ideas have been mentioned in the famous and important Shiite and Sunnite commentaries. However, even after eleven centuries, there is yet not enough information available concerning his life, professors and pupils. Even those who are involved in commentaries have no more information about him rather than his name. He was a writer, poet, and a great scholar in commentaryon the Koran and the Arabic literature as well as philology. Among the Islamic commentators, he was the only one who did not accept the abrogation in the Koranic verses.

There are several meanings for the term hermeneutics on the basis of its application.The uses of the word should be precisely clarified their meaning and the amis by using this term. Criticism domain of artwork has had the most damage due to the peculiar application of the word hermeneutics and its different equivalents such as interpretation, analysis of critics and rhetoricians and thinkers in their written works. If the meaning of the words in their applications and the users intention of the words is not clarified there would happen no immediate and clear action would be at hand, moreover the written works readers would be mislead in understanding the have wrong interpretation to that of the authors. Interpretation and understanding a phenomenon is impossible as for as some thinkers take understanding and interpretation as a unique entity. Human mental capabilities are in form that allows making meaning for every phenomenon or seek to discover the meaning. Such capacity is called as interpretive capacity. Texts are unveiled through interpretation.The aim of text interpretation and understanding is to get its meaning, meaning is the fruit of understanding.Dasani is an interpret or that has heaven and innately interprets the phenomenon. In order to interpret a text it is necessary to have a method. The text direct the interpreters in finding the methods of interpretation, in other words texts are direction of interpreters for interpretation. Studying the definitions of hermeneutics and analyzing the interpretation process nature is necessary for any researcher. Because interpretation, cognition and cosmology have innate relation and in addition to this, interpretation in art domain appears in the form of art critics. The question of what is hermeneutics and studying the general problems related to interpretation is the gist of this article.

In this article, the writer makes an attempt to explain the use of linguisticand literary questions such as vocabulary, syntax, poetry and rhetoric in interpreting the Qur"an. The revelation of the Qur"an in clear Arabic was followed by the efforts of literarymen and interpretersto express its subtle points; the increasingreferenceto lexical, syntacticand rhetoricalquestions in the interpretationof the Qur"anprovides proof to this claim. There are few theological, philosophical, mysticand jurisprudential interpretationsof the Qur"an which have not made extensiveuse of linguistic and literary questions. Great men of letters such as AbdolghaherGeorgani, Ragheb Isfahani, Zamakhshari, Sakkaki and Zarkeshi haveemphasizedthe fact that a knowledge of literaryand rhetorical issues is a mustfor every INTERPRETOR and that it would not be possible to interpret the Qur"anwithoutpaying attentionto these fundamentals.

The history of research about the lauded beings in Hafez poetry and trying to match its historic character and interpret his poetry goes back to the tenth century. This article tries to protect the re-investigate the true nature of his desire through the following lyric of his:The one person who has sweetness of the world with himThe fair eye, the laughing lip, the joyous heart is with himThe main issue of research is whether it can be established from the signs of the desired person described in the poetry, that the promised Mahdi would match the characteristics. Findings are based on the achievements of science principles and methods of text interpretation and the interpretation of literary hermeneutics and INTERPRETOR-orineted approach. Adaptation of the historical characters in his reference is impossible in many cases due to quality and the inherent ambiguity and opacity of many poems of Hafez. However, the nature of interpretation in the undeniable signs and gestures the sonnets as the central idea in the plan of Hafiz on the one hand and aligns with the crux of Mahdism thought on the other hand. It is not very inaccessible to assume a relation between the real face of a desired person drawn by Hafez with a desired historical character.

From the specialities of Henry Corbain is his familiarity with the Iranaian Islam, and this attention toward the thoughts and spirituality of the Western hemisphere. By considering his application of the academic researchse, his viewpoints and thoughts are distinguished among the orientalists.mysticism is a fundamental theory to Corbain. In his view the doctrine of "Imamat" in Shia school provides the most comprehensive explanation of the spiritual life. To Corbain, the highest level of understanding of the divine Book(s) in its interpretation. While the descendence and inspiration of the divine words through the Prophet(s) would end, yet explanations would continue.According to Corbain for presentation of any lengthwise interpretation, the existance and presence of an infallible INTERPRETOR (explanator) is necessary.Corbian also distinguishes between the "philosophy of history" and "wisdom of history", and "the mystical language" and "metaphorical language". Corbain cansidered the "Divine word of inspiration" as a mystical one.

For many times, studying the unlinguistic context of text has been the focus of scientists and literates in text perception and it can be said that giving importance to it like linguistic studies has historical antiquity but the validity of unliguistic context shows itself important when we have a relegious text like Qoran. The reason may be that the INTERPRETORs after descending Qoran and didn’ t percieving it concidered unlinguistic context of Qoran as a major factor for determining the meaning of words and phrases and prerequisate for a Qoran INTERPRETOR. Because the main aim of perceiving religious text summerized in deserving it and undoubtdly achieving this goal will not be possible without realizing all aspects effective in text perception. Zamaxshari didn’ t limited meaning to the linguistic superficial context and devoted major parts of his reasoning to unlinguistic context. So this article by discriptive and analytical methods and using Qoran evidence of Kashaf interpretation is going to analyze Zamaxshari perspectives of unlinguistic context in Al-Hemran The results affirm the above claim and hypothesis and the evidence shows that unlinguistic context has complied linguistic context for the prospect of restricting meaning.
