The purpose of this article is to explain the relationship between Islamic Fundamentalism and Modernity through ontological and philosophical point of view. It seems in the first look that they are contradictory but it is really not so, because both use the discourse method to prove their viewpoint. Modernity has negated the traditionalists and it’s related customs to proof itself and Islamic Fundamentalism has negated tyranny and colonialism. Both apply science and knowledge to expand their influence in all over the world. Both are accepting the Shariah and disregard Tarighat and essence of the religion.

The contemporary philosopher Jean Baudrillard, one of the postmodernism theorists, considers representation in the contemporary world as a factor in the disappearance of reality. In his view, the main feature of new arts is not the expression of artistic beauty, but communication with the audience and expression of the artist’s ideas. In Interactive art, the presence and role of the audience in the completion of artwork, creates a common sense between the audience and the artwork. In this research, we have tried to answer questions such as how audience underestand an Interactive work and how reproducing and interpreting signs in Interactive art form the Baudrillard’s concept of Hyper reality. Also we try to answer the question of which factors convert the Interactive art audience experience to hyper reality one? To achieve this goal, the present study uses descriptive-analytical methods and data collection using written and digital sources. We have examined some Interactive art implemented in the prestigious Artech house and Flutter galleries in recent years to achieve concept of hyper reality in Interactive arts. The results show that Interactive art can create an example of hyper reality experience for the audience and factors such as interaction, imagination, sense, subject and object, provide a common border between Interactive art and Baudrillard’s theory of hyper reality. The lack of reference to the real world in these works demonstrates Baudrillard’s creation of the hyper reality in Interactive art. The Interactive art traps the subject and directs his thought to the subject, to create an imaginary world. The audience considers the hyper reality world as their main goal. The audience is exposed to responding and expressing the work rather than trying to underestand and judge, and the audience becomes a part of artwork and becomes an art object. It immerses the audience in hyper reality world.

Steel Supply Chain (SSC) is a interpretative segment in Steel's value-creation process for ensuring on-time delivery of the right quality of raw materials, Work In Process (WIP), other goods and services to manufacturing sites, and finished products to the ultimate consumers. Graph theory provides a real-time, end-to-end view of the Steel supply chain, from suppliers to customers. By representing the supply chain as a network of interconnected nodes, graph theory provides a visual representation of the relationships between nodes including: suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. The main purpose of this study is to focus on Iran’s Steel Supply Chain (ISSC) based on complex adaptive network analysis and graph theory. Data collection performed by steel industry monitoring reports produced by relevant organizations. By mapping the Iranian SSC to the network in the Gephi environment (0.9.2), the graph theory applied to analyze node-level and network-level indices. This hypothesis tested that the corresponding network of the target SSC contained a Complex Adaptive System (CAS) which is an inception to combining social science insights to develop systems-level models and insights that allow for phase transitions and emergent behavior.

Virtues have the main rule in managing Social and Political Life; hence, the following question is important: If there be an opposition between different Virtues, which one should-or could-be preferred? In this paper, author tries to analyze the relationship between Liberty and Security, and suggest two models in this regard. This two models developed by Islamic-Iranian discourse can be labeled Negative and positive.Security is the main virtue in Negative Model but Liberty is the major one, in the Positive Model. Therefore, author has designed a complex model which is biased on two different principles: Power (in negative model) and Satisfaction (in positive model).

Culture and communication are coexistent in relationships, and inseparable in practice. Every cultural behavior is a communicative event, and every communicative action is a cultural event. Media is the gateway through which culture is transmitted to individuals because media content is considered a cultural element. Today, it is not possible to achieve a complete and comprehensive understanding of the relationship between media and culture without conducting multicultural research and interdisciplinary studies. The media is regarded as the place for laying the cultural groundwork, and deep reflection about the importance of meaning and thinking given the cultural context and social realm, which strengthens and reconstructs a coherent model of meaning and establishes a value center. The garden, the domesticated nature, as a cultural landscape, is the result of a complex historical interaction that has formed over time and at the same time has aesthetic, transcendent and useful values, and through its multiple values engages all five senses. On the one side of this interaction is always “ human” as a social being who is able to build a culture, and at the other end of the spectrum is everything that human being has encountered at various times. His first encounter is “ nature. ” In subsequent encounters, man has established a connection with his environment, and the achievement of this connection has created a culture. Therefore, the Persian Garden is a historical phenomenon as a medium that, in addition to what is mentioned in the tradition, has themes that are related to the world of new media and the patterns that exist in the media to convey concepts in a special way.

Dodders are parasitic flowering plants and accurate identification is very important. Using a software programming with VB.net named as "Dodders of Iran" was designed and developed. This application provides information in text, numerical and descriptive 34 ID contains 18 species, two subspecies and 14 varieties along with their distribution points were set based on Interactive identification keys. The common operating systems such as Windows for this software is applicable and learn more and download a provisional version especially since the results of this paper are introduced. Thus, given the importance of the diversity and distribution of dodders, such as the ability to update information facilities, the possibility of use in field conditions, applicable even for non-experts, the possibility of combining morphological and molecular characteristics, technical reports, extension and localization of technical knowledge for weed identification and can be extended to identify even for quarantine species, is noteworthy in this application.
