MULTI OBJECTIVE LINEAR PROGRAMMING OR GOAL PROGRAMMING TECHNIQUE WAS USED IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE OPTIMAL FOREST PLANTATION IN NORTH OF IRAN. THE OBJECTIVE WAS MAXIMIZING NET PRESENT VALUE, NUMBER OF LABOR AND CARBON SEQUESTRATION. REQUIRED DATA INCLUDING GROWTH, STUMPAGE PRICE, CARBON SEQUESTRATION AND NUMBER OF LABOR WAS COLLECTED. REGRESSION ANALYSIS WAS USED TO DERIVE GROWTH MODELS. EXPECTED MEAN PRICE WAS ESTIMATED USING WOOD PRICE AND VARIABLE HARVESTING COSTS. LINGO SOFTWARE WAS USED FOR ANALYSIS. RESULTS INDICATED THAT THE OPTIMAL PLANTATION FOR OAK, ASH AND LOBLOLLY PINE ARE 149.37, 136.72 AND 206.20 HA, RESPECTIVELY.

In sciences and industries such as signal optimization, traffic assignment, economic market and etc, many problems have been modeled by bilevel PROGRAMMING (BLP) problems, where in each level one must optimize some OBJECTIVE functions. There are so many algorithms in order to find the global optimum of the LINEAR version of BLP problems. This paper addresses multi-OBJECTIVE LINEAR bilevel multi-follower PROGRAMMING (MOLBMFP) problems in which there is no sharing information among followers. It presents a new method for solving these problems.

In this paper, we establish a proof for a necessary condition for MULTIPLE OBJECTIVE fractional pro-gramming. In order to derive the set of necessary conditions, we employ an equivalent parametric problem. Also, we present the related semi parametric model.

چکیده: 

در این مقاله مسائل برنامه ریزی خطی چند هدفه با ضرایب بازه ای در توابع هدف بررسی می شوند. با به کارگیری شاخص پذیرش، مفاهیم جواب های مختلفی متناظر با چنین مسائلی ارائه می گردد. به منظور دستیابی به چنین جواب هایی، روش حل جدیدی معرفی می شود. ویژگی هایی پیرامون جواب/جواب های حاصل از روش حل جدید نیز بیان می شود. برای نمونه، جواب بهینه یکتای حاصل از روش حل جدید، یک جواب A-کارای اکید مسئله برنامه ریزی خطی چندهدفه با ضرایب بازه ای در توابع هدف است. به منظور درک بهتر مفاهیم و روش حل ارائه شده، مثال هایی عددی نیز مورد بررسی قرار می گیرند.

WE CONSIDER BILEVEL LINEAR MULTI-OBJECTIVE PROGRAMMING PROBLEMS (BLMPP) IN WHICH THEDECISION MAKER HAS MULTIPLE OBJECTIVE FUNCTIONS CONFLICTING WITH EACH OTHER AT EACH LEVEL. WE SHOW HOW TO CONSTRUCT TWO ARTIFICIAL MULTI-OBJECTIVE PROGRAMMING PROBLEMS SUCH THAT ANY POINTTHAT IS EFFICIENT FOR BOTH PROBLEMS IS AN EFFICIENT SOLUTION OF THE BLMPP. A NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENTCONDITION WHICH IS APPLICABLE FOR THE OBTAINED RESULT IS PROVIDED. THEN, BASED ON THESE RESULTS, THE ALGORITHM IS PRESENTED. FINALLY, WE GIVE AN EXAMPLE TO SHOW THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ALGORITHM.

MULTIPLE OBJECTIVE PROGRAMMING (MOP) problems have become famous among many researchers due to more practical and realistic implementations. There have been a lot of methods proposed especially during the past four decades. In this paper, we develop a new algorithm based on a new approach to solve MOP problems by starting from a utopian point (which is usually infeasible) and moving towards the feasible region via stepwise movements and a plain continuous interaction with Decision Maker (DM). We consider the case where all OBJECTIVE functions and constraints are LINEAR. The implementation of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated with two numerical examples.
