QUARTERLY PRESS AGENCY ECHOED VILLAGE PROMOTION MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AGRICULTURE ORGANIZATION OF TEHRAN PROVINCE WITH THE AIM OF TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE EXTENSION AND ITS AUDIENCE ARE PUBLISHED AT THE PROVINCIAL LEVEL AND, AFTER 4 YEARS OF THE PUBLICATION OF FUNCTION AND THE IT IS NECESSARY.THE BASIC THEORIES OF COMMUNICATION USING MEDIA RULES EXTENSION OF THE FUNDAMENTAL ISSUES OF THIS PUBLICATION TO EXPLAIN THE EFFECT OF MEDIA, COMMUNICATIONS AND RULES OF THE SUBSTANTIVE ISSUES OF THIS PUBLICATION TO EXPLAIN THE EXTENSION AND ITS IMPACT ON PRACTICE AND RESEARCH WERE STUDIED.IT IS AN APPLIED RESEARCH SURVEY USING A QUESTIONNAIRE AFTER DETERMINING THE APPROPRIATE POPULATION SAMPLE THROUGH A PILOT EXPLORE IDEAS AND AUDIENCE VOTES WERE ANALYZED AND DETERMINE THE APPLICABILITY OF THE CURRENT PROCESS OF PAPER WITH THE OBJECTIVES OF THE STATUTE SPECIFIED PROBLEMS PROPOSALS SHOULD BE PRESENTED IN ORDER TO IMPROVE IT.THE RESULTS:1- ALL PARTS OF THE Magazine IS OF INTEREST.2- COLLEGE ADMINISTRATORS ARE RECOMMENDED TO MORE PRACTICAL ISSUES TO BE STRENGTHENED.3- REVIEWING AND REFORMING THE CURRENT PUBLICATION OF THE STUDIES WILL BE NECESSARY TO SHIFT CONSTANTLY.
