CCD PHOTOMETRY IS A NEW WAY THAT TODAY IS USED IN ASTRONOMICAL MEASUREMENTS FAIRLY EXTENSIVELY. PHOTOMETERS BASED ON CCD TECHNOLOGY CAN BE REPLACED WITH PHOTOELECTRIC PHOTOMETERS. THESE PHOTOMETERS HAVE VARIOUS ADVANTAGES TO PHOTOELECTRIC PHOTOMETERS. IN THE MEASUREMENTS MADE BY CCD, IT RESPONSE TO DIFFERENT INTENSITIES, IS CONSIDERED TO BE LINEAR. IN THE SATURATION STATE BECAUSE OF THE OVERLOADING FROM THE NEXT PIXELS, THE RESPONSE IS NOT LINEAR. PHOTOGRAPHY FROM DIFFERENT STARS SO BECAUSE OF THAT NO PIXEL IS SATURATED WILL BE DIFFICULT. SPECIALLY FOR SHINY OBJECTS, THE PIXELS WILL BE SATURATED. IN THIS PAPER, WE HAVE TRIED TO IDENTIFY THE NONLINEAR EFFECTS OF SATURATION. THE SENSITIVITY CURVE OF THE INTENSITY OF SBIG ST6 CCD CAMERA WITH DIFFERENT OBSERVATIONS, AND CALCULATIONS IS CONSIDERED, THAT THE CURVE IS NOT LINEAR. IN THE PRESENTED SOLUTION, WE CAN REDUCE THE EFFECT OF STARLIGHT AND THE EXPOSURE TIME ON THE MEASUREMENTS. ALL OF THE CALCULATIONS ARE MADE IN MATLAB 6.5.
