Abstract: 

Purpose – This study tries to examine how Perceived Instrumentality Organizational (The extent to which employees feel that their display of OCB will help in contributing to organizational operations and achievement of organizational objectives) and Perceived Instrumentality Individual (the extent to which employees perceive that their display of OCB will help in achieving Individual Objectives and benefits) are related to employees display of OCB and how these perceptions mediate the relationships between Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction, Justice Perceptions and OCB.Design/methodology/approach – A structured questionnaire was filled by a sample of 542 respondents from the pharmaceutical organizations located in Rawalpindi – Islamabad region of Pakistan. The data was analyzed with the help of SPSS and complete model testing was done with the help of AMOS.Findings – Results show that Perceived Instrumentalities Organizational and Individual partially mediate the relationships between Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support, Justice Perceptions and OCB. It was found out further that the mediating effect by Perceived Instrumentality Individual is more than that of Perceived Instrumentality Organizational. That leads us to conclude that the employees of the sector under study perceive individual benefits as more important than the organizational benefits.Practical implications – Effective Organizational Justice, Support and Job satisfaction can contribute to the development of stronger perceptions of Instrumentalities (Organizational and Individual), that in result can lead to a greater OCB. As it is known that beliefs and perceptions change with the time and experiences so a longitudinal or experimental research in future may be conducted to bring a definitive conclusion on the casual directions suggested in this study.Originality/value – The use of OCB specific meanings as mediators over the relationship between OCB and JS, JP and POS is unique to this study. The sector considered –Pharmaceutical- also adds to its originality and value.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to explain the model of strategic organizational citizenship behavior based on its dark sides. Therefore, it has been tried to help reduce the theoretical gap of organizational citizenship behavior by examining the dark sides of OCB and, by identifying them at different levels, the conceptual model of the identified harmful effects has been presented along with practical solutions for avoiding these dark sides. Thus, organizational citizenship behavior has been developed by introducing strategies based on the presented solutions. By doing so, a set of the existing body of knowledge was developed, which was considered as a fundamental research of a qualitative type. Therefore, a hybrid model was applied as a research strategy and a qualitative method of content analysis along with expert interviews were extracted the concepts and to modify the model. The findings present three categories of prescriptive strategies by the side of the main OCB model to avoid the dark sides that formed the concept of Strategic Organizational Citizenship Behavior or OCB+S.

Abstract: 

This article investigated the Isfahan university employees OCR The research method was descriptive-survey type. The population of study included formal employee during the year 2008. Sampling was conducted through stratified random sampling. Data was analyzed through t and F tests. Its reliability coefficient computed 0.89. Findings showed that exception altruism, the total of OCB of employee's, civic virtue, Sportsmanship and courtesy were more than average. There was significant difference on sportsmanship in the kind of task. There was significant positive relationship between OCB indices exception Sportsmanship.

Abstract: 

معنویت سازمانی از جمله دریچه های نوینی است که در حوزه رفتار سازمانی گشوده شده و می تواند مشتمل بر دیدگاه دینی باشد. معنویت می تواند مشتمل بر دیدگاه دینی باشد. در هر صورت از لحاظ تاریخی علاقه به معنویت ریشه در مذاهب و ادیان سنتی داشته است. از طرفی، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی شامل مجموعه ای از رفتارهای بصیرتی و اختیاری می باشد که موجب بهبود بهره وری سازمان می شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی معناداری رابطه معنویت سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، کاربردی و توصیفی/ پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه کارکنان شهرداری زاهدان می باشند که از بین آن ها 127 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه است، که داده های آن از طریق مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته های این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که رابطه معناداری بین معنویت سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان وجود داشته و تمام مولفه های معنویت سازمانی در بروز رفتارهای شهروندی موثر هستند. از این میان، دینداری و معنویت فردی بیشترین همبستگی را با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی داشته است.

Abstract: 

Authenticated encryption schemes provide both confidentiality and integrity services simultaneously. To design such schemes, the CAESAR competition was being held with six winners. One of the criteria for evaluation theses ciphers, besides general security, is the security against side-channel attacks, which has been studied less so far. The OCB authenticated cipher, one of the CAESAR’ s winners, has special security properties such as a tweakable block cipher based construction that makes the side-channel attacks challenging. In this paper, for the first time, a 7-stage correlation power analysis (CPA) attack on nonce processing time is presented to indicate its vulnerability. For this purpose, OCB cipher is implemented on a SAKURA-G board. By measuring and collecting the power traces on S-box, a successful CPA attack with a zero-value power model is mounted and all bytes of the key are recovered.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Organizational Reputation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). In other words, we study that can the positive perception of the background of an organization and the present ability of the organization for meeting the demands of stackeholders facilitate the behaviors that are volunteer and don’t do with the purpose of gaining rewards.Population of this research is the staff in the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. 168 persons were selected through random sampling. Data gathering has been done based on standard questionnaire. The gathered data was analyzed based on structural equation modeling. The results show that organizational reputation has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and our model is a proper model for studying the impact of organizational reputation on organizational citizenship behavior.
