Abstract: 

Background: Entrococci is a clinically important pathogenic bacterium in UTIs. CHROMagar ORIENTATION is a recently method for rapid, easy and economic isolation and identification of entrococci. This study compares the chromogenic media with traditional methods for presumptive identification of entrococci from urine specimen. Materials and Methods: We evaluated 240 gram positive cocci from urine specimens. These isolated microorganisms were inoculated on CHROMagar ORIENTATION and were presumptively identified according to manufacturer instruction. The identity of all isolated microorganisms was then confirmed by conventional identification tests and compared with the results obtained from CHROMagar ORIENTATION. Results: In this study, the sensitivity and specificity of CHROMagar ORIENTATION to identify entrococci, solely, were 100% and 40.8%, respectively. Conclusion: Although CHROMagar ORIENTATION was rapid and sensitive method for identification of entrococci in urine culture, CHROMagar ORIENTATION alone appeared not to be very specific for entrococci and needed to be combined with other tests for greater exclusivity. So, CHROMagar ORIENTATION media is not recommended for routine usages in medical laboratories in Iran.

Abstract: 

One of the emerging research areas in the strategic ORIENTATION is how to transfer different ORIENTATIONs from the commercial sector to the non-profit sector. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine the mediating effect of Learning ORIENTATION on the Market ORIENTATION, Social Entrepreneurial ORIENTATION, and Organizational Performance in the non-profit sector. The data from more than 300 employees of the non-profit organizations was collected through snowball sampling method from different parts of Pakistan and was analyzed using Smart PLS software to perform Structural Equation Modeling. The findings indicate that acquiring strategic resources is also relevant for non-profit sector, but these resources are useless if they can be easily imitated. Therefore, an organization should develop such capabilities to make resources imperfectly imitable. Research also shows that Market ORIENTATION and Social Entrepreneurial ORIENTATION are key strategic resources, but in the presence of Learning ORIENTATION, an organization can exploit these resources more effectively. The study also discusses practical implications, limitations, and future directions.

Abstract: 

Content analysis is the process of qualities' transforming to the quantities and then converting the same quantity to the quality. This method is more used in research process, combinative research /consolidated research, review of facts ‘image and examining the conformity rate of programs with the features as well as the structure and content characteristics. Content analysis method is based on the assumption that the meanings discovery, preferences, attitudes, ways of understanding and organizing the world can be achieved by analyzing the verbal messages. This method that is applied in different subjects of social sciences such as communication, sociology, political science and psychology, the researchers (as a flexible way for data analysis) have particular attention in relation to it. The content analysis method is placed between the two subjective and objective poles. In other words, the combinative approach of content analysis could be more applicable today than the merequantity-ORIENTATION or quality-ORIENTATION.

Abstract: 

ACQUIRING A SPECIAL POSITION IN THE MARKET HAS BECOME A SERIOUS CHALLENGE FOR BUSINESS OWNERS. STRATEGIC ORIENTATION SHOWS HOW MANAGERS ASSESS THEIR ORGANIZATION'S INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT TO FIND AN APPROPRIATE STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE OPPORTUNITIES AND MARKET ORIENTATION IS MAINLY THE BASIS FOR PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIES WHOSE AIMS IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND ACHIEVING AND MAINTAINING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE. THEREFORE, IN THIS STUDY, IT IS TRIED TO EXAMINE THE ROLE OF STRATEGIC ORIENTATION IN DETERMINING THE DIRECTION OF THE MARKET IN ACTIVE COMPANIES PRODUCING PASTA AND OTHER RELATED PRODUCTS. BY EXPLAINING THE CONCEPTUAL MODEL, EIGHT HYPOTHESES WERE RAISED. THROUGH DATA COLLECTED BY QUESTIONNAIRES FROM THE POPULATION OF COMPANIES OPERATING IN THE COUNTRY PASTA INDUSTRY AS THE SAMPLE AND USING STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING AND FACTOR ANALYSIS, SOME RESULTS WERE OBTAINED THAT REFLECTS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AGGRESSION STRATEGIC ORIENTATION AND CUSTOMER ORIENTATION WITH COMPETITOR ORIENTATION, AND ALSO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STRATEGIC ORIENTATION OF WILLINGNESS TO TAKE RISKS AS WELL AS CUSTOMER ORIENTATION AND COMPETITORS.

Abstract: 

Cities attract plenty of tourists because they have many attractions and historical places. So strengthening and recognition of attractions and sources in first place and then analysis and prioritize in the other step and then introducing the places are necessary. There are many attractions and places in Sari that can improve this city. So the purpose of this study is tourist attraction of old places in Sari. Method of this study in the first part is descriptive -analytic and study on the basis of nature and subject and purpose that is anticipated is practical research. In analysis of information, we use AHP to Design old sari tourism ORIENTATION. in this model after forming this group and determination of purposes and identification of criterion and choices cause hierarchy of structures and with respect to statistic and data and study field and opinion of group decision making score to criterion and choices. They use expert choice software and analysis and hierarchy of tourist attraction of Sari. In continuing of ranking obtained: 4 group attractions with the title of 10 first attractions and second 10 attractions and third ten attractions are formed. Expert of cultural heritage and hall city of Sari and manager of agency and citizenry are axis that each group design them in the way that design axis pass all the attraction of this group. In this stage for selecting the best choice axis in each group again we use analytic ranking method. Different axis of with respect to attraction of length of way and cost of performance and isolated tourist and city and time and features of comparison and ranking and at the end for each group the best axis is selected.
