The submission of useful and methodical research papers is subject to the strict observance of common rules and criteria, the violation of which leads to the production of defective and undesirable research works. Criticism of writings that have been provided without considering the accepted scientific criteria in writing research articles and revealing their errors and shortcomings undoubtedly has an effect on improving the quality of research and writings of the researchers. Therefore, in the present article, by reviewing a number of writings by one of the prolific authors, some of the anomalous research methods and sources in writing scientific articles are evaluated and criticized, including, large adaptations of the works of other researchers and combining authorship and translation, vague and inaccurate citations and plagiarism due to improper citations, recycling of previously published material in new articles or self-citations, repeated republishing of an article or book in various forms (essay making and bookmaking), providing inaccurate translations and applying excessive free translation; having Improper role of authorship for himself in providing research works and ignoring the rights of the original owners of ideas, as well as disorganized composition and hasty writing with immature and inadequate style.

Introduction: Forgiveness to Others as a moral virtue is emphasized by Islam. In strengthening the preservation of human dignity and altruism and empathy emphasized in nursing ethics codes for nurses، forgiveness has a special place. The aim of this study was to investigate nurses' lived experiences of forgiveness to Others in workplace. Method: This study was conducted based on the qualitative approach and interpretive phenomenological method، which aimed to explore the outcomes of forgiveness based on nurses’ lived experiences. Participants in this study were 25 nurses working in hospitals of Tabriz City، Iran، who were selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected via in-depth and semi-structured interviews. The transcribed interviews were analyzed based on the hermeneutic approach using the analysis method proposed by Diekelmann، Allen، and Tanner. The mentioned interviews continued until no new meanings emerged and until the researchers were satisfied with the depth of their understanding. The extracted meanings were mental solace، spirituality and career. Results: The nurses in lived experiences of forgiveness to Others had achieved mental، spiritual and professional career consequences. Conclusion: Forgiveness as an important moral act and as one of the factors in nursing ethics codes can play a major role in giving a sense of calm، nearness to god، and positive engagement in the work environment.

Aims: Recent research suggests that in some conditions people process Others’ perspective without any necessity. Also, some studies indicate that we compute our perspective initially during mindreading. The automatic mindreading led to some dispute and the processes involved in mindreading are these days the focus of attention of researchers. This study aimed at determining the limitations of automatic mindreading with respect to Others’ perspective.Method: For this purpose, a within subject project was performed. By accessible sampling method, 25 high school students were selected from Sahand City in 2013-2014 academic year. The Participants were tested by an instrument made by authors that measured the speed and accuracy of mind reading.Results: The results from repeated measure revealed that the main effects of perspective type (P=0.007), judgment type (P=0.001) and the interactive effect of these two (P=0.001) are significant.Furthermore, the results of pair wise comparisons showed that judgments in equal perspective situation are faster than similar (P=0.02) and incomplete (P=0.005) situations.Conclusion: According to the results, it seems that equal perspective is an optimized situation for mindreading. The results have some challenges for Apply’s theory.
