Abstract: 

در روش های نوین تولید، مدیریت ها جهت بازسازی سیستم های سازمان، بهبود مستمر فرآیندها و توانمند کردن سازمان برای رقابت با بازارهای پویا متوجه برنامه های مدیریت کیفیت (Quality Management=QM) برنامه های، نظام به هنگام،(Just–in–Time=JIT) برنامه های مشارکت کارکنان(Total Employee Involvement=TEI) (نگهداری و تعمیرات بهر ه ور فراگیر،(Total Productive Maintenace=TPM) و ... شده اند. وجه تمایز اساسی TPM با دیگر روندهایی که به نوعی با امر نگهداری و تعمیرات ارتباط دارند، این است که همواره در TPM نگهداری و تعمیرات بهره ور فراگیر، خود را روندی دایمی به حساب می آورد، به عبارت دیگر حرکتهای جهت بهبود و جایگزین شدن آنها با حرکتهای کارآمدتری درحال تغییر است. یکی از ویژگیهای شناسایی TPM که در این مقاله مورد بحث و بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت مشارکت کارکنان از طریق فعالیت گروه های کوچک کاری میباشد. در این مقاله ابتدا مشخصات گرو هها و دوایر PM پس از آن، رهنمودهای معینی که می تواند باعث مشارکت موثر، در گروه های کوچک شود بررسی می گردد. این رهنمودها همچنین اصول مشارکت را فرامی خواند. در این زمینه، هم چنین نقش مدیریت در ترویج TPM و توسعه فعالیت گرو ههای کوچک کاری در یک سازمان و ارزیابی پیشرفت گروههایPM بررسی میگردد.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Air quality in industrial workshops is affected by various harmful chemical agents. Purpose of this study was to compare work environment air quality in a number of industrial workshops based on the mass concentration and number of suspended particles in air and application of Kriging geostatistical method in industries. Materials and Methods: This observational study was carried out in four workshops including cuprous waste separation works, rolling and cutting, casting and copper smelting, manufacturing aluminum products and double-glazed glass production. Using particle mass counter sampler of Tes 5200 model, mass concentration and number concentration of suspended particles in row of different diameters were measured. The spatial distribution map of PM2. 5 and PM10 in each of workshops was prepared using Kriging geostatistic method in GIS environment Version 10. 5. Results: The highest mass concentration (8. 42 mg/m 3 ) and number concentration (445058 Particle/lit in differential mode and 885446 Particle/lit in cumulative mode) were measured in the manufacturing aluminum products workshop. The highest mass concentration and number concentration of suspended particles were obtained for row diameters of 10 µ m and 0. 5 µ m, respectively. Interpretation of Kriging maps showed that various areas of the industries such as radiation furnace, scrap press, aluminum smelter, sieve, diamond machine, glass furnace and ingot molds had the highest frequency of PM2. 5 and PM10. Conclusion: Engineering control actions such as installation of ventilation systems in halls and design and installation of a local hood in the entrance sections of the aluminum smelting furnace and sieve in manufacture of aluminum products workshop and copper ingot molds in casting and smelting workshop is essential for improved air quality.

Abstract: 

The Vernier PM (VPM) machine is known as a high-torque and low-speed drive solution suitable for direct-drive applications such as electric vehicles and wind turbines. The Consequent-Pole VPM (CP-VPM) machine is a special structure of VPM that introduces high-torque density as the conventional VPM by incorporating the significantly lower volume of PM materials. Despite the large body of recent research and many experiments concerning the conventional structure, the CP-VPM machine has received attention only by few publications. The paper presented the electromagnetic principles of flux modulation in the CP-VPM machine. The quantities of machine operation were evaluated using analytical equations and the performance of the mentioned machine was compared with that of the conventional machine. It was concluded that the torque density and back EMF of the proposed machine were much larger than those of the conventional machine and the torque pulsation magnitude was lower. However, the power factor was undesirably reduced due to higher spatial harmonic distortion of the CP rotor magnetic field and the presence of magnetic field components, which would not contribute to the flux modulation. Based on the spatial harmonic analysis, design modifications made for enhancing the operational characteristics of the CP-VPM machine were proposed and their effectiveness was verified by comparing the 2D-FE results with those of the conventional VPM machines.

Abstract: 

Eating disorders are debilitating, life-threatening, and costly mental disorders that significantly impair physical health and adversely affect psychosocial functioning. Nowadays, six main feeding and eating disorders are identified in diagnostic systems, and Bulimia nervosa is one of them. The aim of this paper is twofold: First, it seeks to shed light on the concept of bulimia as understood by the Persian school of medicine. This study has attempted to consider the roots of this disease within this tradition. It will compare the concept of bulimia nervosa in conventional medicine with that of Canine appetite disease in Persian medicine in the Islamic Golden Era (9th-12th centuries). Secondly, it will analyze and show the evolution of the term bulimia throughout history. For this purpose, Avicenna’s Canon of Medicine, primary PM resources, and important databases were reviewed using the related keywords. Although these diseases are in the category of emerging mental illness, evidence suggests that its roots can be found in Persian medicine. The comparison made between the definition of Canine appetite in this school and modern definitions of Bulimia nervosa shows striking similarities between the two diseases, suggesting that both are the same disease.
