Abstract:

Abstract Intuition is one of the characteristics of entrepreneurs and an important factor in the decision-making processes of entrepreneurs. In recent years, at the same time as the development of entrepreneurship as an interdisciplinary science, intuition and providing different definitions of it have not been noticed by researchers and researchers in this field, and many researches have not been written in this field. This is despite the fact that in other fields of humanities, especially management (with which entrepreneurship is closely related), basic sciences and even medical sciences, there is a suitable background and theoretical literature about this. On the other hand, it seems that the theoretical and epistemological foundations of this concept have not been researched as much as necessary in the few researches that have been conducted, and very little research has been done in this field. In this article, firstly, the definitions and researches about intuition are reviewed, and secondly, the little researches that have been done in entrepreneurship and its relationship with other sciences are discussed.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to compare the technique of taking cephalometric radiographs in Natural Head POSITION (NHP) with slightly changing of the head in the direction of flexion and extension (In the amount of 5 degrees.) 40 Cephalometric head films of 20 cases, all of whom were dental students, were utilized in this study. The cephalograms were divided into two groups. At first lateral cephalometric radiographs in NHP were taken from all of the cases, then another radiograph was taken in extended head POSITION (the head changed 5 degrees upward from NHP POSITION) from cases of group one, and in flexion head POSITION (the head changed 5 degrees downward from NHP POSITION) from cases of the second group. In this study 24 landmarks and 36 variable were evaluated. All radiographs were twice and data captured with a digitizer and computer. Evaluation of the results, which are shown in table I, revealed that 9 of the variable among 36 showed significant differences compared to NHP POSITION, and two of the variable was common between the two groups. However, 27 of the measurments didn't show any significant differences. Considering the fact that one fourth of the landmark measurments which were evaluated in this study showed significant differences during slight extension or flexion of head, taking of lateral cephalometric headfilms in NHP is recommended specially when they are to be used in serial studies or ar taken for research purpose. However, because other 27 measurment (which comprise three fourth of all the measurments) showed no significant changes, we concluded that lateral cephlograms which are not taken in NHP may be used for diagnostic and treatment planning purpose.

Abstract:

Tumor detection and isolation in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a significant consideration, but when done manually by people, it is very time consuming and may not be accurate. Also, the appearance of the tumor tissue varies from patient to patient, and there are similarities between the tumor and the natural tissue of the brain. In this paper, we have tried to provide an automated method for diagnosing and displaying brain tumors in MRI images. Images of patients with glioblastoma were used after applying pre-processing and removing areas that have no useful information (such as eyes, scalp, etc.). We used a bounding box algorithm, to create a projection for to determining the initial range of the tumor in the next step, an artificial bee colony algorithm, to determine an initial point of the tumor area and then the Grow cut algorithm for, the exact boundary of the tumor area. Our method is automatic and extensively independent of the operator. comparison between results of 12 patients in our method with other similar methods indicate a high accuracy of the proposed method (about 98%) in comparison s.

Abstract:

Measuring the weight of trees is always possible after cutting trees and it is accompanied by many difficulties and problems. The current research is designed with the aim of providing a numerical model to estimate the weight of the tree trunk before cutting. In this regard, 400 trees were examined in the afforested areas in the west of Gilan province. Before cutting them, 11 variables were measured from each tree, which were considered as independent variables or inputs in modeling. After cutting the trees, the weight of the tree trunks was obtained by direct measurement through a scale. Pearson's correlation test showed that the variables of diameter at 1.30 meters height, diameter at 3 meters height, diameter at 4 meters height, collar diameter and trunk height are the most effective variables on tree trunk weight. Then, based on these 5 variables, the input combinations were arranged into the model and the Multiple Linear Regression model was tested and evaluated. The results showed that the presented model is able to estimate the weight of tree trunks with RMSE = 65.98 kg and R2 = 0.919 by only having two variables of 1.30 diameter and trunk height. According to the NS and NRMSE criteria, which were reported as 0.909 and 0.080, respectively, the quality of the estimations of this model is considered excellent. This achievement can provide the possibility for the managers, planners and users of the wood industry to estimate the trunk weight of each tree with an acceptable error before cutting the trees.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     TRANSLATE with x English Arabic Hebrew Polish Bulgarian Hindi Portuguese Catalan Hmong Daw Romanian Chinese Simplified Hungarian Russian Chinese Traditional Indonesian Slovak Czech Italian Slovenian Danish Japanese Spanish Dutch Klingon Swedish English Korean Thai Estonian Latvian Turkish Finnish Lithuanian Ukrainian French Malay Urdu German Maltese Vietnamese Greek Norwegian Welsh Haitian Creole Persian     TRANSLATE with COPY THE URL BELOW Back EMBED THE SNIPPET BELOW IN YOUR SITE Enable collaborative features and customize widget: Bing Webmaster Portal Back     This page is in English   Translate to Persian         Afrikaans Albanian Amharic Arabic Armenian Azerbaijani Bengali Bulgarian Catalan Croatian Czech Danish Dutch English Estonian Finnish French German Greek Gujarati Haitian Creole Hebrew Hindi Hungarian Icelandic Indonesian Italian Japanese Kannada Kazakh Khmer Korean Kurdish (Kurmanji) Lao Latvian Lithuanian Malagasy Malay Malayalam Maltese Maori Marathi Myanmar (Burmese) Nepali Norwegian Pashto Persian Polish Portuguese Punjabi Romanian Russian Samoan Simplified Chinese Slovak Slovenian Spanish Swedish Tamil Telugu Thai Traditional Chinese Turkish Ukrainian Urdu Vietnamese Welsh   Always translate English to Persian Never translate English Never translate center.sanad.iau.ir

Abstract:

The jurisprudential (fiqhi) instithtion of "the intelligents' POSITION Commonsense "(bina'e oqala'), as an expression of the source "reasonll(aql) in Imamiyya jurisprudence (fiqh), can in an age of globalization reconcile "stability" with "transformation" and keep the long-lasting Islamic law living and dynamic. The Crucial question is how Fiqh has confronted with the new POSITIONs of "the intelligents", and which viewpoints have been taken by Islamic jurists (fuqaha) about their authority (hujjiyya) and validity. Three main viewpoints will be investigated here, and it will be concluded that "the intelligents' POSITION" if some criteria and frameworks be observed, has a prominent capacity to ensure vividness of the Islamic Jurisprudence and to response to the contemporary demands.

Abstract:

Background: Esophageal cancer needs major surgery due to its anatomic POSITION, which is followed by high morbidity in most patients. Thoracotomy, a previously used method, was accompanied by high pulmonary complications, had physical limitations, and low tolerance of patients. Thoracoscopic esophagectomy is a new suitable method with less morbidity. Objectives: The present study aimed to investigate the results of performing three phases of esophagectomy through laparoscopy and thoracoscopy in supine POSITION without frequent changes in patients’ POSITION.Patients and Methods: This is a prospective study of 15 selected patients who underwent laparoscopic thoracoscopic esophagectomy and received preoperative radiotherapy between 2010 and 2011. At first, laparoscopic gastrolysis was carried out and then, trans hiatal esophageal release was performed (up to the upper region); thereafter the upper esophagus was exposed by thoracoscopy in supine POSITION and easily released. Results: The mean duration of esophagectomy was 70 minutes and the total operation 180 minutes. The mean amount of bleeding during surgery was 250 cc. Conversion to open approach occurred only in one patient out of 15. No cases of anastomotic leakage or pneumonia was observed. Also, no case of mortality was reported. Conclusions: Thoracoscopic esophagectomy can be easily performed in supine POSITION and in a short time.
