The ethical actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with social Progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of social capital in the process of Progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ethical actions (behavior) have on the formation of social Progress? How do moral actions generate social capital and influence Progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and Progressive in the development of social interactions have been socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are necessary for Progress.

The discipline of literature in the prestigious universities of the world is Progressing with up-to-date and practical topics. In the new era, the university has become an entrepreneurial institution that focuses on the production of thought, innovation, idea-centeredness and creativity, the use of interdisciplinary capacities and having thinking in interaction with the world. Meanwhile, the academic field of literature in many advanced universities is trying to address the new approaches of university, a topic that is reflected in the study of literature topics in this university. Nevertheless, these universities continue to seek greater academic legitimacy. The debates that began 150 years ago in areas such as the definition of literature as an academic discipline and the scientific nature of literary research are still ongoing. Stein Haugham Olsen is a professor of English literature and the author of many books and articles in world-renowned journals on the philosophy of literature, literary aesthetics, and so on. In this article, he seeks to examine the evolution of "literary studies" and traces this discussion from the discussions that began in the 1880s at the universities of Oxford and Cambridge on the academic nature of literature and literary criticism to recent decades. Olsen's article emphasizes that literary studies, if it seeks to discover the meaning of literary works, to obtain that meaning in any way with any theory, is ultimately what any good reader can do.

There has always been a serious ques tion among researchers and politicians on whatthe Progress is and what its components are. Various research works have been carriedout for finding logical answers to the above ques tions, each picturing an ideal society andProgress in some way. "Clean life" is perhaps the mos t important picture that has beencreated as inspired by the Holy Quran. This picture, too, is so general that practicallyleaves no image before the researchers and proponents of Progress. This paper intendsto find a proper answer to the ques tion of Progress in view of Allameh MohammadTaqi Ja’ fari through a descriptive and analytical method. Results of the s tudy indicatethat Ja’ fari’ s "rational life" to the s trength of a theory is the bes t answer to the ques tionof Progress, thanks to its intentional and extensional relations with clean life and idealsociety. Rational life gives us both logic of social order leading to Progress and properinteraction for realizing this goal. Rational life is a theory where religion, philosophy andhuman experience meet, from among them the role of religion in picturing and realizingthe Progress is quite outs tanding.

Surfing on the wings of time, days turned into weeks. Weeks turned into months. And, I found myself at a point to write you again—three months after the first is­sue of The IJOEM. Since then, many things happened: the Journal was welcomed by various healthcare professionals so that its Web site (www.theijoem.com and www. theijoem.org), received more than 60 000 hits almost three weeks after it was launched on late December 2009. Most of the visits were from Iran and the United States. The articles published in the first issue have been well received and downloaded between 109 and 195 times by the end of February 2010. Our Journal is now well-known by robots of various Web search engines including Google and Yahoo. It is now indexed by Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and by the Index Medicus for the Eastern Mediter­ranean Region (IMEMR). The IJOEM has also entered into an electronic licensing rela­tionship with EBSCO Publishing, the world’s most prolific aggregator of full text journals, magazines and other sources. The full text of the Journal will shortly be found on EBSCO Publishing’s databases. We will endeavor to have the Journal indexed by other services over the next year.

Judicial case management system of justice with the aim of expediting the litigation and increasing its efficiency in line with economic analysis and evaluation of litigation and procedure effectiveness as a kind of result oriented logic has been accepted in many countries including our country. Iran's legal system in this emerging is field and still advanced. Reduction of procedure’s formalities has also two forms: “legal deformalisation” and “material deformalisation”. The later aims the elimination of hard tools in judicial system. In fact, the second one uses soft tools instead of hard and paper devices in order to improve the efficiency of Justice. It should observe some limits in reduction of the material as a result of judicial case management. Although we have some dispositions and regulations but they are not seem to be adequate.
