background: the big wars with its plentiful victims, not only don’t human life to calmness and security but also caused hospitals facing with a great deal of applicants and every day it increased the mental disorders and abnormalities.Purpose: according to special condition of devotee’s SPOUSES, the purpose of this research is comparing the mental health of normal person’s SPOUSES and devotees SPOUSES.Materials and methods: the method of research is casual-comparative. Research sample were 300 persons (150 devotee SPOUSES and 150 normal persons spouse) and were selected by systematic random sampling to collect data by mental health questionnaire (SCL-90-R) and demographic characteristics.Results: data are analyzed by Manova the analyzing of data shown that there is a meaningful difference between mental health of devotees SPOUSES and normal persons SPOUSES (p<0.0001).Discussion: the war, as a serious mental pressure factor has a widespread mental, social, cultural, and personal consequences and during different generation it affect the members of society. According to these research findings, we can conclude that devotee’s SPOUSES in comparison with normal person’s SPOUSES have more phobia, depression, paranoid, psychotics, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, and aggression.

Background: 8 years of war undoubtedly have made different opportunity to research and study and recording its scientific effects is done by researchers. Family is an important factor of society and to gain a safe society is only available by having good communication between family members.Purpose: regarding to war problems and effects of its pressure on communication patterns of family specially SPOUSES, the purpose of this research is comparison between communication patterns of devotee SPOUSES and normal person’s SPOUSES.Materials and methods: the method of research is casual-comparative. Research sample is 300 person (150 devotee spouse and 150 normal spouse) and were selected by systematic random sampling to collect data by the communication pattern questionnaire (CPQ) and demographic characteristics.Results: data are analyzed by Manova and T test. Analyzing the data showed that there is a significant difference between the communication patterns (mutual constructive, mutual avoidance and demand/ withdraw) of devotee SPOUSES and normal person’s SPOUSES (p<0.0001).Conclusion: from this point that devotee SPOUSES are faced by pressure of different problems, their communication statue is also influenced by these conditions. Findings this research show that devotee SPOUSES use mutual constructive communication pattern less than normal SPOUSES And use mutual avoidance and demand/ withdraw communication patterns more than normal SPOUSES.

Based on Quran, close and healthy relationship of SPOUSES, within the boundaries of the family, is one of the necessities of reaching individual and social perfection. Thus, one of the crucial researches is to identify positive and negative elements in the relationship of couples. We assume Quranic tails on relationships and verses on the descriptions of heavenly SPOUSES are practical benchmarks. Initially, we discuss the ideal Islamic basis for relationships. Secondly, we infer practical strategies for close healthy relationships based on Quran.

The family is one of the most important social institutions which play an important role in the perfection and improvement of individuals and society.Although attempts have been made in Islam to preserve and survive the family, divorce is allowed when the continuation of the family life causes damages, and harms to the married couples and even to children.As Islam has passed certain laws and obligatins for the family members since the very beginning, it has imposed certain duties on the family members to follow throughout their life time.Thus, the SPOUSES have two kinds of obligations toward each other after divorce, including the financial rights and non-financial affairs. The financial rights after the divorce embraces inheritance maintenance, which in case of wife returning to matrimonial life should be paid and if the divorce arises on the dissolution promise and if the husband dies while the wife is pregnant, she is entitled to maintenance and should benefit from inheritance when returning after the divorce state.The non-financial rights that includes the right of fostering and returning is the fact that the exertion of these righs in some cases for some reasons are invalid and the SPOUSES may not gain them.

Introduction: The burden of taking care of patients with psychotic disorders can increase stress and reduce mental health, quality of life and marital satisfaction. Aim: The purpose of this study was to compare mental health, resilience and marital satisfaction in women with schizophrenia and mood disorder with SPOUSES. Method: The research method was descriptive-analytic and the statistical population consisted of the SPOUSES of all male patients admitted in Rasht psychiatric hospital in Rasht, Iran during the period from 1394 to 1395. They were diagnosed with psychotic disorders. 187 women were selected using purposeful sampling and 187 normal-wife women were selected and completed three questionnaires including mental health check list, Enrique's Conner, Davidson and marital satisfaction questionnaires. SPSS-22 software and multivariate analysis of covariance analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: The research showed that there was a significant difference between two groups in terms of mental health (t = 4. 387). Women with psychosis SPOUSES had more symptoms than those with healthy husbands under the mental health components. The survival rate of women with menopausal psychosis was lower than normal group (t = 3. 231) (P = 0. 001). The components of marital satisfaction were significant at the level of 0. 05. This indicates a low level of marital satisfaction among the women compared to the peer group. Conclusion: Responsibility for living among women with schizophrenic wife has been more than bipolar disorder due to a severe decline in these patients' performance. These psychological stresses have led to a decrease in quality of life, persistence and dissatisfaction with marital life, which led to a decrease in mental health they will be.

Each member of family, which represents a small society, has to observe his/her duties. A wife and husband (SPOUSES), who represent the main pillars of family, have more important duties, and their commitment to these duties has a key role in the marital relations and in their relations with the other members of the family. Sociability and observing chastity are considered as the most important moral duties.Religious and educational teachings give special attention to these two duties which have an important role in the welfare of family. Using an analytical-descriptive approach, the present paper deals with the moral duties of SPOUSES, concentrating on sociability and chastity. It seeks to study these two fundamental duties from a religious, an educational, and a psychological perspective.
