The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the ambivalence of the organization in Moheb Kausar Hospital in Tehran. This research is descriptive-exploratory in terms of the practical purpose and method of conducting the present research, considering the purpose and nature of the subject and its executive ability. The statistical population in the qualitative section is 20 managers and supervisors of Moheb Kausar Hospital in Tehran. The statistical population in the quantitative part of this research is all the employees of Moheb Kotsar Hospital, whose number is estimated to be 465. The statistical sample in the qualitative department of the managers and supervisors of Moheb Kausar Hospital in Tehran is 16 people. According to Cochran's limited formula, the sample size of employees in the quantitative department will be equal to 210 people. Library studies were used to collect data, and field methods, interview tools, and questionnaires were used to collect data. Data collection in the qualitative section has been done using the Delphi method. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been confirmed, and according to the tstatistics and path coefficients, the research results show that the component of human resource flexibility and human resource management has the first priority, transformational leadership and high-performance work system have the second priority. and it is effective on the ambivalence of the organization in Moheb Kausar Hospital in Tehran.
