Background & Purpose: Selection and evaluation of people and managers has always been one of the concerns of organizations. In recent years, the employment administrative organization of the country formulated a model to evaluate professional managers, but this model was encountered with weaknesses. Accordingly, the general goal of this research is to design a performance evaluation tool in evaluation centers using cognitive Tools.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of approach. In this research, the meta-synthesis method was used. Therefore, the period from 2015 to 2023 was determined for the review of researches. The articles in this period were screened and confirmed using experts’ opinions and Glynn's evaluation tool. Among the 608 articles found, 50 articles were selected from scientific references such as Elsevier, Emerald, Springer, etc. The collected studies were analyzed using content analysis based on the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Russo (2007). The results of meta-synthesis method were evaluated and screened by experts using fuzzy Delphi technique. In this technique, the fuzzy triangle method was used to evaluate and analyze the experts’ opinions. Finally, using the results, the native model was prepared and developed.Findings: The results of this research included six dimensions, 20 components, and 115 indicators. According to the findings, the identified dimensions included decision-making, cognitive abilities, cognitive processes, problem solving, and interactive and behavioral cognition.Conclusion: The use of cognitive factors in evaluation centers can evaluate managers more accurately and provide a better understanding of their performance.

Objectives: Ahawzas one of the metropolises of Iran in classified among lowland plains with low slope in terms of topography. In this city, unsystematic construction and immediate rainfalls and showers are the mainsources of flooded street.Method: The present study has a descriptive-analytical approach and is based on causality method. using geographic information system software (GIS) and River Tools techniques, this study seeks to identify and manage of surface waters and urban floods in District 1 of Ahwaz during rainfalls and then the maps of slope, their direction and areas with flooding potentials are prepared.Findings/ Results: given the low slope of the area, the gravity drainage and pumping of water to Karoon River is impossible due tohighcosts. However, using GIS analysis, the natural routes are determined for water drainage and finally, the map of proposed surface water disposal system in the study area is presented.Conclusion and Suggestion: In District 1 of Ahwaz, the tree orhierarchical surface water collection network has been predicted based on urban streets and alleys. The collected wateris directed to the channels and then transferred to Karoon River.

Main purpose of the present research is to invent some Tools for confirming hypotheses in Analytic-reasoning researches. For this regard, the Analytic research is used. The present Tools, Weighting to Reasons Tool (WRT) and Repeat Reasoning Tool (RRT) are used for evaluating hypotheses of the current research. The results of the WRT shows that Reasons Weight (RW) for the first hypothesis is 8 and for the second hypothesis is 4. Also, the RRT shows that favor reasons of the first hypothesis obtained 4.25 advantages more than its opposite reasons and in the second hypothesis, favor reasons obtained 6.25 advantages more than the opposite reasons by the experts that preferred the research hypotheses. Accordingly, the RW that support of a hypothesis and preference of referees is offered as superiority of a hypothesis in comparing with the similar hypotheses. Therefore it is suggested that for evaluating a hypothesis in the analytic research such as philosophy and Mathematics these Tools be used.

The art Tools are effective intermediates in emergence of the meaning of a work of art. The types and production techniques of these Tools are affected by the artists’ ontology. The art Tools and artistic manners are influential factors on the resulting work of art. The way materials are selected for making Tools and the commitment to the manners of the work, reinforce the spiritual aspect of Islamic art. Using library sources and comparative analysis of samples of artworks from the world’s history and art Tools used in them, in comparison to examples from Islamic art, this paper attempts to indicate the extent of the influence world’s artists’ ontology have had on the selection of types of the art Tools.The results indicate that the use of art Tools in every phase of the history is in direct relation to the prevalent thinking of that period. Also in comparison to the art Tools in non-religious art, these Tools have two material and spiritual dimensions which artists cared about in the Islamic art. Besides the commitment to the specific manners of artistic act was regarded as guarantee for the realization of the final goal and the expression of the Muslim artists’ servitude to God through art.

Landscape architecture is a multidimensional approach that experts definit various aspects for it. Also, it is a interdisciplinary profession that find its way by interaction with different sciences. Cultural and natural environment, leisure times, visual arts, humanities sciences, technical sciences that are related to the nature understanding, plant species, infrastructures and many other fields are used in a target and arranged process for achieving the theory of landscape architecture. because of involving numerous variables parameters, academic review of this field has so many complexities. Despite of existing of researches that have been done in related to the landscape architecture dimentions and its qualities, there is a few specific methods and frameworks for checking the studies of this field yet. So this article is codified in the same line with this issue and the aim of it, is recognition of major Tools that are related to analysing of different dimentions of landscape. It wants to make regular and arranged the studies of landscape field approximately. Analysis Tools mentioned in the article are collected with reference to previous studies and then are catogorized based on their studing subject in the framework of mentioned objects for the landscape architecture. After a brief introduction of some Tools, finally five case of them inclusive of LAA, VIA, EIA, SEA, SIA with aesthetics, environmental and sociocultural subjects and are more comprehensive are studied more. Characteristics of each tool in terms of methods and techniques to advance the process are described. finally we have an comparative checking between Tools of an object to better understanding and ease selection. The conclusion of this article is determiner of a framework for classifing and introduction of existing methods of landscape analysing based on objects, Tools and analysis techniques and can be a base article in the field of different dimentions of landscape studies.

2Dervishes of Iran are considered Sufis in the Jirga, who use axes and hatchets in their religious rituals. The reasons for the use of this tool by Dervish are in an aura of ambiguity. Therefore, in this essay, in order to clarify the reasons and the type of operation of this weapon by Dervish, its existential philosophy from the pre- and post-Islamic periods has been discussed by citing documentary information. And by the library method and by the analytical-historical research method, the historical background of the emergence of metal tabrizin in the plateau of Iran has been evaluated first. And with reference to historical documents, the origin and place of the spiritual value of the ax in Dervish culture and belief have been investigated And we are looking to verify this hypothesis that it seems that the ax is a military and ritual tool that was used by the horsemen in the Sassanid era and then by the Sufis in the Islamic era. The result is that dervishes are among the ancient sects and the ax is a sign and evidence of the ancient relationship between dervishes and ancient Iranian rituals.
