Based on the principle that the Qur'an is a book of guidance and not a jurisprudential book, it can be expected that it has included educational teachings and goals in each of its subjects. This article examines the case study of educational approaches to the jurisprudential VERSES of marriage, dowry and alimony and after coding, categorizing, describing and analyzing the data, it is found that the following items are present in these VERSES: Physical, spiritual, economic, sexual and moral educational dimensions,The educational goals to create a spirit of cooperation, to prevent moral vices, to fight against false beliefs and customs, and to strengthen the spirit of gratitude,Educational principles of observing the natural and financial constraints of the educator, continuous supervision of his actions, freedom and authority of the educator, preservation of human dignity,And educational methods such as: encouragement and reward, deprivation, avoidance of specification in sexual matters and comparison and stimulation of human emotions. Accordingly, the Qur'an intended to educate family members by preserving their dignity and by their own free will.

Each poet may emphasize certain topics and concepts.Nasser Khosrow Qobadiani is one of the first poets of Persian language who made her poetry to promote and explain her religious and political beliefs. Therefore, there is a special intensity in his expression, which he recorded through the use of emphasis methods.Emphasis is a subject that has two grammatical and rhetorical aspects, and it is presented in two parts: general and specific emphasis.In this article, the methods of emphasis in Nasser Khosrow's poetry have been extracted, categorized, described and analyzed by the induction method of both parts.The general emphasis in her poems includes repetition of the same word, synonyms, descriptions, inflections, connections, exaggerations, contrasts, and shortness.Also, special emphasis includes methods of emphasizing nouns, pronouns, adjectives, adverbs, verbs, and sentences.The main purpose of her emphasis is to explain and highlight the issues and concepts that are considered true in her opinion, and by using those methods, she wants to provide the basis for persuasion and acceptance of the audience.In terms of the frequency of emphasis through repetition, especially with puns and puns, it is seen more among novel arrays.In the special emphasis, the emphasis of the verb and sentence has a special place in her poetry.

The punitive VERSES of the Quran, especially the Qiṣāṣ VERSES, are intertwined with ethical teachings. The allegations of those who cast doubt on the ethical and just nature of Sharia’s penal teachings are completely unfounded when confronted with the content of these VERSES. The present study, employing a descriptive-analytical method, adopting a problem-oriented approach, and referring to library resources, is designed to provide an accurate explanation of the ethical nature of the “aḥkām” (rulings) VERSES, especially those pertaining to Qiṣāṣ. The research reveals that ethical teachings in Qiṣāṣ VERSES point to a proportionality between crime and punishment. Furthermore, divine teachings, by legislating Qiṣāṣ alongside forgiveness, firstly, are life-giving, both socially and individually,and secondly, by referring to the relationship between the killer and the victim as “Brotherhood, ” there is a subtle and ethical indication to encourage the victim’s family to forgive and show compassion. Therefore, it can be stated that what is prominently observed in the Qiṣāṣ VERSES is that ethics and human values are emphasized, and God has explicitly stated that choosing the path of forgiveness will bring divine satisfaction.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: The written heritage of the past is one of the most important components of culture and civilization in human societies and until this heritage is not accurately and scientifically corrected and published, the cultural face of any nation will be fully revealed. It is not possible. Therefore, the correction and revival of manuscripts, which, like strong chains, connect yesterday and today, is one of the priorities of literary scholars. One of the examples of such works of Divan Ansari is the queen of poets in the court of Mahmoud Ghaznavi and one of the greatest praisers of Persian poetry. Although this divan has been corrected and published twice by Yahya Gharib and Mohammad Dabirsiyaghi, but because the copies available to them are not authentic copies, there are problems in both editions. METHODOLOGY: In this theoretical research that has been done in a library style, with a descriptive-analytical method and relying on the printing of the secretary and the manuscripts that we have obtained, correcting VERSES from the elemental divan far from taste and The personal taste is based on the stylistic characteristics of the poet and his contemporaries. FINDINGS: Elementary poems have been corrected twice so far by Yahya Gharib and Mohammad Dabirsiyaghi, both of which are accompanied by problems that prevent the reader from receiving the exact meaning of his poems, and this is due to the fact that these two proofreaders They have not seen any elements of the elemental court. CONCLUSION: By referring to the numerous manuscripts that we have obtained and considering some elements of the elemental style and his contemporaries, it was concluded that the defects in the corrections made from the elemental poems, or due to the mistakes of the scribes or proofreaders.

One of the important features of Hafez VERSES is their very solid structure and deliberate geometry. In this structure words and constituants are selected so skillfully and are sitting with each others so deliberately that dont accept modification and rarely comes forward that dont be injured from repair and change for better and displacement. In this essay we discussed the structure, language structure and artistic structure and then tried to reveal the above mentioned particular feature of Hafez poems, by using and considering a number of samples and models of Hafez poems

This article considers and reviews those VERSES that the Shia traditional texts attributes them to Imam Mahdi (A. T. F. SH) In the article 54 VERSES of Quran, and 56 Traditions from the infallible Imams have been classified by the author in 4 categories of commentary of the words of the VERSES, i.e. paraphraze of the interior of VERSES, nominating of evidence, citing a proverb, and testimonials. Enclosed is an statistical index which includes the information of this article and the two last articles published in the 10th and 11th vols of Safineh.

Hakim Sanai is among the few major poets and mystics and is one of the Persian-language primers, whose works created modern developments of the Persian poetry’s content. He was also, in the true sense of the word, “like a thunder that lightened and like a sun that shined,” brightening the road of such poets as Attar and Rumi. The significance of Sanai’s position in literature and mysticism, as well as the position of his poetry has still not been explored as it should be. While examining Sanai’s VERSES in the prose works, his VERSES were found in the prose texts of the 6th to 9th century AH/12th to 15th century AD, which do not exist among the popular edited works of this great poet. This article introduces the sources and investigates 43 confirmed VERSES attributed to Sanai, based on nineteen ancient Persian prose texts, whose authors attribute them to Sanai, or are attributed to him due to coming in the same text with his other VERSES. This may prove useful for the future edited works of Sanai.

The Article Semantical Interpretation of the Decisive and Allegorical VERSES of the Quran authored by the learned scholar Dr. Ja'far Nekounam was published in No.16 of Pazhuhesh-e Dini Journal. The article concluded that fetneh (sedition) refers to the otherworldly torment, the allegorical VERSES are exclusive to the Resurrection VERSES and ta'vil (esoteric interpretation) of these VERSES is their external realization. The article further concluded that rasekhoon fil-ilm (those firmly rooted in knowledge) are believers in the Revealed Book and zaeghan (heretics) are the idolaters of Mecca.The conclusion of the present paper is that fetneh does not refer to the otherworldly torment, the allegorical VERSES are not exclusive to the Resurrection VERSES and ta'vil of these VERSES is not their external realization. The paper also concludes that zaeghan (heretics) are not the idolaters of Mecca, but rather they are the hypocrites, some of the believers in a Revealed Book, the misled scholars and the cruel caliphs.

Blank verse has a special structure. Although the structuralist theoreticians have proposed various theories for the critical analysis of blank VERSES, but a complete and applicable pattern is not available. In this way, this article aims to propose a structural applicable pattern for analysis of blank VERSES based on the patterns of Persian literature. To do this, blank VERSES are studied from the two angles of formal and semantic structures. In the area of formal structure, phonemes, sounds, silences, rhymes and rhythms are considered. Symbols, myths, Ironies and metaphors are considered in the area of semantic structure. At the end of the article, a poem by Shamloo is analyzed based on the above mentioned pattern.

One of very important social discussion which is protector of physical, financial, chastity and prestige security of individual and society, is penal and criminal judgments. These judgments has principally been customary in all societies and nations of world from long time ago and has been executed and is also of necessary and undeniable judgments in human life except that juridical officials of nations have done differently in the quality of discerning crime and its scale and also quality of its execution and did not have a single practice - the reason for this nonconformity is that the penal and criminal laws of non-Islamic nations has been mainly originated from the opinions and thoughts of their jurists, in other words, it is a product of human research and human compiling-innovating laws are not capable to understand facts of crimes and conform scale of penalty with its crime due to limitation of human mind and mixed with tribal and ethnic grudges for this reason it can not have a productive, punitive and preventive effect, there fore it is proper to know the best or the only penal and criminal judgments for repelling and removing crime and purifying society is Islamic penal judgments originated from spiritual inspiration and revelation. So we decided to prepare and compile a scheme under named penal judgments of Quran VERSES that is the source of Islamic penal and criminal judgments and in addition to a brief comparison between western penal judgments with Islamic one, those VERSES which require to consider and inquire, we intends to give them to researchers and seekers of knowledge. It is hoped that we have done service in respect of accessing to luminous judgments of Quran.
