Abstract: 

مدیریت زنجیره تامین در نیمه دوم قرن گذشته توسعه فراوانی یافته و در قرن حاضر نیز این توسعه ادامه داشته است. یکی از زمینه هایی که امروزه مورد توجه فراوان قرار گرفته است، توسعه و انطباق روش های کنترل تولید و موجودی با فلسفه تولید بهنگام در سطح خطوط تولیدی و به منظور کنترل مناسب جریان مواد و محصولات در سطح زنجیره تامین است. به همین منظور در این مقاله سعی میشود تا سیاست کششی- فشاری کار در جریان ثابت(CONWIP)  با شرایط زنجیره تامین تطبیق داده شده و در انتها مدل فوق بهینه سازی گردد. در فرآیند بهینه سازی نیز با توجه به ماهیت پیچیده زنجیره تامین، از روش بهینه سازی شبیه سازی و الگوریتمهای ژنتیک و جستجوی محلی هدایت شده استفاده خواهد شد که انعطاف پذیری فراوانی را به منظور حل مساله دارا می باشند. در انتها نیز نتایج اجرای مدل مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار خواهد گرفت.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, progressive and degenerative myelin sheath of the central nervous system. Manifestation and side effect of this disease drastically impress patient’s body image and destruct self concept. The objective of the implementation of this study was to evaluate the effect of Orem self- care program on multiple sclerosis patients’ self concept.Materials and Methods: This quesi-experimental study was done on 34 MS patients referred to Ayatollah Kashani hospital in Shahrekord – Iran, during 2008. The patients were selected by convenience sampling. 8 sessions educational program based on patients needs and Orem self care frame Work during 3 months were carried out and with self reporting sheets program was pursued. After 3 months self concept questionnaire completed and data were analyzed by using SPSS-11.5 software and paired T, will kakson and kruskal wallis tests.Results: Mean of self concept, prior and post intervention was 60.67±4.20, 118.26±3.53, respectively (P<0.05). No significant correlation was found between age, gender, educational level, marriage status, number of children, occupation, level of income, duration of outbreak, times of hospitalized with self esteem.Conclusion: This study showed that self care program based on the Orem frame Work has positive effects on self esteem in multiple sclerosis patients. Therefore this program is recommended in MS patients.

Abstract: 

Introduction: As the traffic is one of the most common social troubles in big cities, widen the roads; culture and using the intelligent methods are using to control the traffic. Therefore, the traffic control systems are innovated. These system operators have to do many cognitive jobs to manage these systems. CWA as a frameWork to improve the design of these systems has introduced in this paper to analyze them.Material and Methods: CTA recognizes the restrictions of system throughout the 5 phases that begin with Work domain analysis and ends in necessary personal qualification. Task analysis, strategy analysis and investigating the cooperation and organizations are between paces, respect.Results: the results of this investigation consist of outline of the technique CWA, Work domain analysis, decision ladders, details of relevant indicators, strategies, Information Flow Map (IFM), to frame the social organization and cooperation, and Worker qualification analysis.Conclusion: The results of this study may used in selection and training the mentioned systems operators. The main reason is to use the experienced staff with high cognitive abilities in Working with these systems. Otherwise, it can result in waste the organization money and energy. The operator decision making is more dependent on the information process, the operator also needs to have higher cognitive abilities. Strong visual search, timing and problem solving are perquisites of this job opportunity.

Abstract: 

Human resource and Work factor consider as an important factor in society development. Attention to this factor causes that organization and society's goals come closer to each other. One of the tasks of managers and experts is to recognize factors influencing the quality of human resources and consequently create Work commitment of personnel. This article is an attempt to investigate the factors affecting personnel's Work commitment. The given model in this paper consists of Work identity, Work justice, Work satisfaction and background variables which influence Work commitment. data is collected through questionnaires distributed among 296 personnel who Worked in governorship and are selected thru stratified sampling. The results of regression indicate that Work satisfaction (STD=0/46) affecting the Work commitment more than the others, then Work identity (STD=0/33) is the next one. R2 = 0/45 means that %45 of changes in Work commitment is explained by the given variables.

Abstract: 

This paper aims at studying the effects of Work/family conflict and family/ Work conflict as a result of Work alienation. Some theories of Goffman, Duxbury and Higgins, Kirchmeyer and Cohen, Merton, Inglehart and Faunce are applied in the study. The research is conducted through a survey method. Stratified random sampling has been used for selection of the samples. Main data collection method for was questionnaire. A sample of 386 people was selected from the married female employees of government in Ahvaz. Work alienation with respect to two aspects of Work/family conflict, family/Work conflict was the subject of study. In order to analyze data, the paper used froms of descriptive statistics, significant test, variance analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. The results indicated that Work/family conflict and family/Work conflict variables directly affect Work alienation. Also, the results showed that social-economic status (objective aspect) variable, through Work/family conflict and family/Work variables, indirectly affect the Work alienation. Also, perception of individual about social-economic status (subjective aspect) directly affect the Work alienation. The results further showed that there is a significant inverse relationship between age, Work experience, career position, urban/rural background variables and Work alienation.
