Abstract:

IntroductionGeopolitical knowledge, through its field of study, which is a combination of geography and political science, examines the role of geographical sources of power and the use of these sources in the relations between actors. In fact, geopolitical knowledge is based on the two pillars of the geographical sources of power and the relations of the actors. Therefore, in geopolitical knowledge, the relations between the actors are realized based on the geographical sources of their power (Janparvar, 1396). Life and survival are the highest values of creation. Habitat and habitat all make sense in connection with water. But the challenge is that only 2.5 percent of the world's fresh water and only half of this amount is available to humans (Kaviani-Rad et al., 1399: 86). This small amount is also very heterogeneously distributed in the world. On the other hand, the expansion of urbanization, population growth and the expansion of inefficient agriculture have led to the threat of existing freshwater resources (Araqchi, 2014: 93). In the last hundred years, per capita global water consumption has grown 9-fold (Dellapenna, 2001: 209). Despite unprecedented changes in the political geography of the world, in most parts of the world, water has always been a key element in the foreign policy of countries. Numerous examples of conflicts between countries can be cited, including the issue of restricting water resources (for example, Turkey, Iraq and Syria with surface and groundwater pollution of the Danube River in Europe). research methodThe main method of this research is descriptive-analytical due to its theoretical nature. Accordingly, in this research, an attempt has been made to provide a general picture of the concept and nature of hydropolitics and on the other hand to explain the dimensions of hydropolitics. In this research, library and internet information has been used to collect information.Research FindingsThe concept of hydropoliticsAmong the important issues in the field of hydropolitics are numerous and sometimes non-transparent conceptualizations. Studies on the conceptualizations that have been made of hydropolitics seem to be such that, while lacking transparency and comprehensibility, it has not been able to show the relationship between hydropolitics and geopolitics in a logical way. Based on this, it seems that if we consider the relationship between geopolitics and hydropolitics in general, the definition of hydropolitics should be in a way that is consistent with the definition of geopolitics and on the other hand is in a way. Which, while being transparent, can also be understood. If we consider the definition of geopolitics as geopolitics is the knowledge, acquisition, productivity and preservation of geographical sources of power in transnational, national, regional and global relations; In other words, geopolitics is the knowledge of designing and reviewing the strategies of actors to achieve benefits and goals based on geographical sources of power (Janparvar, 1396: 28). Based on the relationship between geopolitics and hydropolitics, hydropolitics should be conceptualized as follows:Hydropolitics is the knowledge, acquisition, efficiency and conservation of water and related issues as a geographical source of power in transnational, national, regional and global relations; In other words, hydropolitics is the knowledge of designing and reviewing actors' strategies to achieve water-based interests and goals and related issues as a geographical source of power.Hydropolitical dimensionsAs a rule, there are different views and perceptions in the field of hydropolitical forms, some of which were mentioned above and analyzed. It seems that in order to have a systematic and complete hydropolitical attitude, studies in the field of hydropolitics can be conducted in the form of three dimensions. The first dimension: water as a geographical source of powerIn the first dimension of hydropolitical studies, water should be studied as a geographical source of power in the form of four sections as follows. The second dimension: water-based relationshipsIn the second dimension of hydropolitical studies, water as a geographical source of power in the form of four sections should be studied as follows.Dimension 3: Water-based strategiesIn the third dimension of hydropolitical studies, water as a geographical source of power in the form of two parts should be studied as follows.ConclusionThe purpose of this research, which is fundamental in nature, is to provide a favorable and appropriate approach for institutionalizing the concept of hydropolitics. Therefore, in this research, using a descriptive-analytical method, a new model and attitude to the concept and dimensions of hydropolitics have been presented. Among the important issues in the field of hydropolitics are numerous and sometimes opaque conceptualizations. Studies on the conceptualizations of hydropolitics show that most of what has been written, while lacking transparency and comprehensibility, has not been able to logically show the relationship between hydropolitics and geopolitics. Based on this, it seems that if we consider the relationship between geopolitics and hydropolitics in general, the definition of hydropolitics should be in a way that is consistent with the definition of geopolitics and on the other hand is in a way. Which, while being transparent, can also be understood. If we consider the definition of geopolitics as geopolitics is the knowledge, acquisition, productivity and preservation of geographical sources of power in transnational, national, regional and global relations; In other words, geopolitics is the knowledge of designing and reviewing the strategies of actors to achieve interests and goals based on geographical sources of power (Janparvar, 1396: 28). Based on the relationship between geopolitics and hydropolitics, hydropolitics should be conceptualized as follows: Hydropolitics is the knowledge, acquisition, efficiency and conservation of water and related issues as geographical source of power in transnational, national, regional and global relations; In other words, hydropolitics is the knowledge of designing and reviewing actors' strategies to achieve water-based interests and goals and related issues as a geographical source of power.

Abstract:

Patriotism and nationalism make up the two sides of the spectrum of national attachment, but with different meanings, tendencies, and outcomes. This article, based on the current theories about national attachment, tries to study this subject from a different point of view. The main goal of this article is to explain national attachment in the context of the positive feeling of people toward their national identity and conceptualizing it in its two forms of nationalism and patriotism. The nationalistic form of national attachment shows the positive feeling of people along with judgments and non-critical and emotional points of view toward the country. On the other hand, there is the patriotic form of national attachment with the positive feeling of people without early judgments towards other groups and nationalities whiche brings with it the adoption of critical points of view and wise orientations in assessing the country. We have used the documental and analytical method and have explained the subject of discussion using valid books and documents. In addition, in order to document the subjects discussed, based on the theory that national attachment can be expressed in two forms, we have studied the theories relevant in this area in three theoretical approaches of nationalism, patriotism, and viewpoints that include both forms.

Abstract:

In Islam, faith is regarded to be a positive response to divine revelation, it is essential for it, therefore, to be studied semantically. This paper has studied Motahari's view point in the field critically. For him, faith is considered as both tendency and knowledge. In this regard, standing in distance from reductionism, he has presented a complete definition of faith. As he has known revelation to be an object for faith, his conceptualization of faith is based upon his view on Divine revelation. For Motahari, Divine revelation includes theoretical and practical knowledge addressing human reason as well as a kind of relation to his hearth. Such a definition given by Motahari is due to his belief on analogical nature of faith. He believes in faith as something of analogcity. In his definition of the faith, just like the majority of Shiite public theologians, he believes in a kind of semantic relation between faith and action and never dose he deny their existing relations in the external world.

Abstract:

Action is the perquisite for entrepreneurial action; however, the scholarly field of entrepreneurship has focused on studying individuals and situations. As the inefficiencies of these traditions became evident, there has been an increasing attention to the entrepreneurial process and action but these studies either have not defined it or have defined it based on their own theoretical perspective. As having clear and comprehensive definition and construct clarity is the perquisite for making progress in theorizing and generalizing findings, the present study, using systematic literature review and thematic analysis, aims at investigating the definitions proposed for entrepreneurial action and offer a definition based on an integrative approach. This article intends to offer a conceptual definition of entrepreneurial action based on the literature and so is a fundamental research and from the research method point of view is a theme analysis-qualitative research. To identify articles in Scopus database, we consider some criteria that lead us to 256 article in international leading journals. After studying the abstracts, 27 articles were selected for content analysis. Elements and aspects of entrepreneurial action provided in these articles were coded and categorized in the following 7 major classes: preliminaries and causal conditions, context, logics and strategies of entrepreneurial action, behavioral and mental aspects and their outcomes. Based on these categories of concepts, a definition is provided for entrepreneurial action with integrating approach which includes the identified elements and categories.

Abstract:

The purpose of this article was to explaining Wisdom based Principals. The framework of methodology used, was qualitative a type of grounded theory with a systematic look. The informal conversational interview and document analysis was used to collect data from the media. Selection of research informants was done purposive sampling using sampling guide with a maximum variation sampling and theoretical sampling. The informants were compiled by contemporary philosophers and the philosophers of education and social sciences in and out of the country, and the 5 related documents on the subject. Data analysis was performed in three stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, and the final theory was formulated around the core category of “ Wisdom based Principals” . The theory was modified in several steps through member check, negative case analysis and triangulation of sources in term of credibility. Also in order to provide a measure of dependability the process of data analysis until the formation of the theory was described. Results show, wisdom based school management is redefined by relying on attitudes theoretical and organizational factors. The construct is also expandable influenced by environmental interventions, macro policies, and context, (cultural, spiritual and theoretical capabilities). Indeed, applying wisdom leadership strategies, promotes wisdom and cultural enlightenment in school, and fulfills the school’ s goals.

Abstract:

Seashores are highly valued as a meeting point between land and sea worldwide. Coastal areas are often referred to as economic gateways to international markets and are considered the frontline of economic prosperity. They are also seen as the entry point for development into previously underdeveloped areas. Despite their great distance from the geographical center of the mainland, the port functions and spatial effectiveness of ports can help to balance this. It is important to maintain a clear and concise writing style, avoiding sprawling descriptions and complex terminology. Ports are considered geostrategic places and supplements that increase the national power of countries. Nowadays, the development of ports and port competition has become a topic of interest in geopolitical studies. Using the descriptive-analytical approach, this article seeks to explain the concept of port competition and its dimensions. The findings of the article show that ports are exposed to geopolitical competition, which affects the global power network. In other words, the geopolitical role of ports is reflected in the global power structure with competitive functions. As a result, ports are constantly interconnected with their territorial neighbours and if possible to influence the process of competition and the positive continuation of this influence, they lead to the promotion of the port's position and the expansion of the sphere of influence.

Abstract:

In the last few decades, several studies have been conducted on the psychological constructs associated with the experience of crisis, the main focus of which was on the concept of resilience. Resilience is the ability to problem-solving and being adapted to critical situations. In other words, resilience is the extent to which an individual resists when encountering serious socio-economic and psychological problems and crises, and more importantly, the ability to overcome these difficult situations. Researchers have long explored the determinants of resilience, however, this research aimed to conceptualize cultural resilience. In this type of resilience, cultural-concerned abilities are studied to not suffer in difficult circumstances, to be adapted to, and to be able to properly behave as before. Methodologically, this was a systemic review study. The keywords of “, Resilience”, , “, Community”, , “, Culture”, , and “, Hardness”,were searched from Pubmed, Google Scholar, Science Direct, Magiran, and SID databases with “, AND”,index. Finally, 23 relevant articles were included. Given the interdisciplinary studies, a definition of this construct was obtained, cultural resilience is the capacity and ability to cope with the crisis with the help of historical methods, myths, customs, and group beliefs. In addition, its components include dependency, trust, commitment, the feeling of pride, and collectivism.

Abstract:

This study investigates the ways in which the concept of anger is conceptualized in Persian by means of metaphor, one of the most effective devices of conceptualization. First of all, the anger metaphors in Persian are gathered from the utterances of Persian speakers in Tehran during 1390-1391 [2011-2012], and then the determined source domains in Persian are compared with 13 source domains introduced by Kövecses. Anger metaphors in Persian are divided into 3 groups based on Kövecses model (2000). Analysis of 72 metaphorical expressions shows that breakdown /destruction with the highest frequency and fire /heat, physiological change, and animal behavior /reaction with equal frequency are the most common source domains of anger metaphors in Persian. After dividing these metaphors into three groups, most of them are placed within the first group. In other words, the great part of metaphors represents emotional responses out of anger. Moreover, results of the analysis indicate the effect of cultural beliefs on the selection of different source domains among different communities, even within one community.
