Gender socialization, as one of the most basic types of socialization, affects a person's individual and social life, including the stability of his or her marital life. The aim of this study was to explain the relationship between gender socialization and divorce between 178 divorced women and 222 women with emotional divorce, which was conducted by survey method in Bandar Abbas. This study used biological and social theories to explain gender socialization and theories of structural functionalism and the love triangle to explain divorce. In the present study, simple and stratified random sampling proportional to volume was used for women with emotional divorce and chain sampling was used for divorced women. Questionnaire data were collected through interviews and face validity was confirmed through literature review and expert judgment, structural validity was confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The results showed that gender socialization of 29.4% of divorced women and 70.6% of women with emotional divorce is traditional, and on the other hand 60.2% of divorced women and 39.8% of women with emotional divorce, Had a modern gender socialization. According to the results of Chi-square test, there is a significant relationship between the type of gender socialization of women, gender values, gender inequality and power relations with the type of divorce. Accordingly, women with emotional divorce have a more traditional outlook than divorced women.

One the one hand, he suggests five Shiite-supported reasons of invalidation for suspended divorce, and on the other hand discusses three reasons to defend this kind of divorce.In the next part of essay, swearing to divorce the spouse is illustrated, and then refers to the proofs that agree and disagree with suspended divorce. Finally, he reviews the proofs which examine the correctness of this kind of divorce.

Matrimony is a conventional phenomenon leading to a legal relation, which is established between the woman and the man when the marriage contract is concluded. The contract is ensued by rights and obligations that are explained on the basis of the principle of justice. Therefore, some researchers argue that "the key to marriage dissolution has been given to 'man' by the nature." It is also true that according to article 1133 of the Civil Rights "the man may divorce his wife whenever he wishes." But when the man refuses to perform his obligations (duties), and when the continuation of the common life becomes intolerable for the women, is it still the case that the woman has to put up with the oppression [injustice] until she is driven to death? Is it the case that such a view, as illustrated above, is in accord with Islam? There is no doubt that such a view is inconsistent with indisputable Islamic principles. Thus, considering the credible principles extracted from the Islamic jurisprudence, in such cases the woman may resort to a court asking for a divorce, and the magistrate would grant her the plea. It is the purpose of this article to expound the issue and discuss it in some detail.

From long ago divorce has been accepted in laws and cultures with certain limits and constraints. Also in Islam divorce has got specific sentences and conditions and religious scholars have spent centuries to investigate and explain it. The fact that civil laws are derived from religious orders has not been ignored on the matter of divorce and includes those orders derives from jurisprudence scripts, although we sometimes observe silence and legal gaps or ambiguity in legal acts and this fact is seen throughout some cases of divorce, including mandatory divorce and minor divorce which their nature and orders have been clearly described, but the law has kept silence on determining its origin and type. For that matter and to solve problems and commentary on legal acts on this subject, reviewing from jurisprudence way and its implementation to the low has been a big help and has short its similarities and differences. This article has been edited for that purpose and acknowledges mandatory divorce as revocable and minor divorce as irrevocable.

Objective: To study the qualification of divorce main factors so that it would be clarified proper consultation-intervention solutions to decrease it by counseling methods in the courts and counseling clinics. The divorce is categorized as the most tragic of social phenomenon, the damages and problems of which undergone by the couple and their families before and after divorce and the effective factors of this phenomenon incidence have been studied for many years. divorce has different factors and it can never clarify a specific one as the main factor of divorce.Materials and methods: This survey studied the divorce creating factors in divorce applicants in Tehran Family courts (Shahid Mahalati-Vanak) during 2010-2011. The applicants of sampling group were including 300 referred ones from the courts, and the research method was descriptive and crosssectional accomplishing by structured interview. Findings were shown as frequency and percent.Results: The results showed that the important factors of divorce request are including in order of psychic factors (93.3%), social and cultural factors (87.3%), sexual factors (88%), economical factors (80.3%), and violence (84.3%), and it may be multi-factors as well.Conclusion: In addition to recommendation for more study in these fields, the results of this survey suggest to apply the necessary programming in teaching and counseling before the marriage as well as the necessity of informing the couple in receiving professional consults in time of problem incidence and proceeding for divorce in order to prevent from divorce incidence.

divorce is one of the social problems whose rate has been increasing in recent years. The purpose of this research is to study the social causes of divorce among the couples demanding the consensual divorce. Hence, 369 the couple were chosen in Kermanshah. Data collection instrument is the researcher made questionnaire. Results indicate that dating before marriage and duration of nomination were low in these people: among them, 18.7% of men who demanded the consensual divorce had the addiction experience. Another result was that the greatest causes of consensual divorce were the relatives’ intervention (12.5%), assault and physical violence (10.3%), Lying (9.2%), suspicion (8.1%), addiction (6.2%), neglect (5.7%), hating and lack of interest (3.5%) and betray (3.5%). Results offer important information about the consensual divorce and attention to the causes of the consensual divorce is very important.
