WE APPLY A LINEAR PERTURBATION ANALYSIS TO INVESTIGATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOLITON OSCILLATIONS AND THE INTEGRALITY OF NONLINEAR PDES IN BI-DIMENSIONAL SPACE TIME. FOR THIS PURPOSE, WE CONSIDER A LOCALIZED SOLUTION OF THE NONLINEAR DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION, AND STUDY SMALL AMPLITUDE FLUCTUATIONS AROUND IT. THE LINEARIZED EQUATION IS A SCHRODINGER-LIKE, EIGENVALUE PROBLEM. BY CONSIDERING SEVERAL NONLINEAR PDES WHICH ARE KNOWN TO HAVE SOLITON AND SOLITARY WAVE SOLUTIONS, WE FIND THAT IN SYSTEMS WHICH ARE INTEGRABLE, THIS EIGENVALUE EQUATION HAS ONE AND ONLY ONE BOUND STATE WITH ZERO FREQUENCY. NON-INTEGRABLE EQUATIONS- IN CONTRAST – SHOW EXTRA BOUND STATES. THE TIME EVOLUTION OF OSCILLATINS ARE ALSO CALCULATED, USING A NUMERICAL PROGRAM TO INTEGRATE THE TIME-DEPENDENT EQUATION. THE BEHAVIOR OF THE modes ARE STUDIED USING THE FOURIER TRANSFORM OF THE EVOLVING SOLUTIONS.

In this paper, we investigated the corrected plasmon dispersion relation for graphene in presence of a constant magnetic field which it includes a quantum term arising from the collective electron density wave interference effects. By using quantum hydrodynamic plasma model which incorporates the important quantum statistical pressure and electron diffraction force, the longitudinal plasmons are the electrostatic collective excitations of the solid electron gas. It shows the importance of quantum term from the collective electron density wave interference effects. By plotting the dispersion relation derived, it has been found that dispersion relation of surface modes depends significantly on Bohm’s potential and statistical terms and it should be taken into account in the case of magnetized or unmagnetized plasma; we have noticed successful description of the quantum hydrodynamic model. So, the quantum corrected hydrodynamic model can effectively describe the Plasmon dispersion spectrum in degenerate plasmas, since it takes into account the full picture of collective electron-wave interference via the quantum Bohm’s potential. By plotting the dispersion relation, the behavior of different wave types was predicted. It was found that one of them should not be propagated to the specific wave number. By drawing of contour curve of these modes, the areas that modes can be propagated were obtained.

چکیده: 

با استفاده از نظریه تابعی چگالی اختلالی، بارهای موثر بورن، بسامدهای فونونی مرکز ناحیه بریلوئن و طیف بازتاب مادون قرمز در فرود عمود بر سطوح [100] و [001] برای بلور BaWO4 به دست آمده اند. اختلاف زیاد بارهای موثر بورن به دست آمده با بارهای یونی اسمی بیانگر پیوندهای شیمیایی با طبیعت یونی-کوالانسی آمیخته است. با استفاده از نظریه گروه و جدول مشخصه گروه نقطه ای C4h، مدهای فونونی برحسب گونه های تقارنی شناسایی شدند. بسامدهای فونونی به دست آمده تطابق خوبی را با مقادیر تجربی گزارش شده نشان می دهند. نتایج به دست آمده، بسامد یک مد فعال رامان از گونه تقارنی Bg که به طور تجربی مشاهده نشده است را پیش بینی می کنند.

The fundamental frequency of a rectangular orthotropic plate having an arbitrary thickness variation is computed by using the method of Modified Vibrational Mode (MVM) shapes. The change of thickness within a plate is characterized by introducing a tapering index. It is shown that the vibrational mode shapes of a tapered plate is in fact a linear combination of various mode shapes of intact plates. This phenomenon is used to estimate the vibrational mode shapes of stepped plates. In turn, these mode shapes are incorporated to evaluate their fundamental frequency. Many numerical analyses are carried out to represent the accuracy and robustness of the proposed method by comparing the results to the works presented by other researchers. The major advantage of the present method over the existing ones is its simplicity for handling the problem of force vibration of tapered plates.

Background: The distribution of medical resources in China has long been in an unbalanced state. Since 2009, the government has initiated the planning and construction of a sound grass-roots medical and health service system, increased investment in grass-roots medical and health institutions, but it has not received the expected results. In order to solve the problem, the medical consortium— with a full-featured, hierarchical and resource-sharing structure has been proposed. Methods: Overall, 1000 Electronic questionnaires about cognitive status of residents on medical alliance were randomly distributed in 50 community health service centers in 10 cities including Xuzhou, Nanjing, Hefei, Jinan, Zhengzhou, Changsha, Wuhan, Xi'an, Nanchang and Chengdu, China. Results: 94. 84% of the respondents responded they had heard about the construction of medical alliance, but they did not know the specific content. When asked about the preferred medical institution after illness, 93. 50% participants preferred third-tier general hospital or specialist hospital. 62. 58% of the respondents be-lieve that the establishment of the medical alliance has not yet played a role and they are concerned that it can-not be effectively implemented. 62. 27% of respondents were attracted by the convenience of medical alliance, 20. 72% of respondents thought that they could easily get to famous doctors when they were in need, and 5. 46% of respondents thought that there was no advantage in medical alliance. Conclusion: The establishment of the medical alliance is an effective means to promote the optimal allocation of medical and health resources. Government should perform its functions, and medical institutions and the whole society should all participate.
