When we introduce information technology as a high technology we expect to do all we want more accurate, faster, easier and safer using this technology.These days’ cities are symbols of traffic and crowd that we should solve the providing urban services problem using information technology. Urban services should be in a way that make cities able to use them fast and with the best quality which considering all problems in cities is only possible using modern tools and knowledge.So in this article we evaluate Isfahan Electronic municipality–as one of the most important metropolitans of Iran–and at the end considering the result we suggest some ways to improve information technology.

Background: Nowadays, the municipality is one of the most important institutions of urban management in social and political structures which is influenced by the information and communication revolution. ICT is considered as a powerful tool for acceleration of and instant access to the e-municipality. The e-municipality and utilization of ICT by public sector can be coordinated in order for becoming exclusive service provider, encouraging the citizens to participate more in decision making and creating an increase in accountability, transparency and effectiveness components in government. Purpose: In this research, while the theoretical foundations of the e-municipality were being investigated, the proper establishment of ICT (along with solving the challenges and obstacles in this area) was considered as a powerful tool for access to the e-municipality. Method: Purpose wise, the study is classified as applied research and in terms of data collection the study is considered as descriptive research survey. Data collection method was cross sectional via questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of all of the employees and managers in Abyek among whom the questionnaire was distributed. In order for data analysis, SPSS and SmartPLS were utilized and measurement model was evaluated via partial least squares regression technique and SmartPLS. Results: Because the T value for the research paths is greater than 1. 96, It can be concluded that all of the paths were significant with error margin of 0. 05. Results indicates that the implementation of ICT (through solving the challenges and problems identified in the field of IT) has a positive impact on e-municipality with respect to employees and managers in the Abyek. In addition, all the indicators of the measurement model and the corresponding hypotheses paths were confirmed. Conclusion: Due to significant amount of problems identified in the field of IT in developing countries which have led to unresponsive implementation e-city models, these countries by solving these challenges are required to develop their own particular model for the implementation of e-city.

The study is to compare the motivations of the fans in Tabriz municipality and Urmia municipality volleyball clubs. The research method is descriptive comparative and the information was gathered by field method. The research population for each team separately included 384 cases and the total number of 700 which were randomly selected. The measuring instrument was a questionnaire (Nazari, 1391) which the face and content validity were confirmed by experts and its reliability through Cronbach’ s alpha test was %86. To analyze the data, U Mann-Whitney, U test and Friedman test were used. The results showed that there is a significant difference in fans support incentives of the two teams as the incentives of Urmia’ s team was more than of Tabriz. Besides, there is a significant difference in support incentives (Collective pride, team affiliation, depending on the player, depending on the sport, lawyers, aesthetic and ethnic identity) of the two teams as the collective pride and ethnic identity of fans of Tabriz municipality was more than that of Urmia municipality, but in other factors Urmia was higher. Support incentives of Tabriz fans from high to low are: Collective pride, ethnic identity, aesthetic, depending on the sport, lawyers, depending on the player and depending on the sport. Support incentives of Urmia fans from high to low are: lawyers, depending on the sport, aesthetic, depending on the player, team affiliation, Collective pride and ethnic identity.

Introduction: Information is one of the most important organizational resources and after human factor is considered to be the most important source of management. The management information system is an organized system that provides accurate information to the organization's decision-makers in a timely manner, and provides correct decision for decision-makers of organizations. Due to the various types of cultural activities, cultural services, and cultural information that is provided daily in the country, we need organizations or departments for the maintenance and management of cultural documents in accordance with professional standards. Cultural information management is prerequisite for cultural engineering. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cultural information management role in Tehran municipality on four dimensions, namely, information identification, organization and storage of information, dissemination and application of information, and documentation of information. Method: After preparing and editing the questionnaire, 120 people were randomly selected from cultural managers of Tehran municipality. Questionnaires were distributed among them. Data analysis was done using SPSS software. Results: The results of this study showed that cultural information management is effective in all aspects of cultural management of Tehran municipality (P <0. 05) and the dominant response to all of them is "high". Organizing and storing information with a mean of 2. 67 is in the first place and has the most impact. Also, the average of responses to each of the four dimensions is ˷ 4 (medium. ) Discussion: In this study, the information and storage of information in the Tehran municipality is of the highest importance, and it seems that the establishment of a suitable database in organizing and storing information has a significant impact.
