Not only enhance the attractiveness of e-service quality, and extended free choice, and compare product information display is Safe and secure environment but also enhance customer loyality and customer satisfaction and therefore loyalty is to the company. Today, banks are trying for attract customers and maintain their market share by delivering the innovative services using e-banking. Banks always increase new electronic channels into their current services. Because of the loyal customers is the main factor of organizational success, obtaining Loyalty is the concept that in today's business has been considered by organizations. In this study different parts of customer experience management that include functional, mechanic and humanic Clues are evaluated also its relationship with customer loyalty in e-banking services examined. The result showed there is positive correlation between different parts of CEM and Continuous use in e-banking services. In this study, questionnaires were used for data collection. Respectively, to identify and prioritize determinative factors, correlation analysis and artificial neural networks were used. Results showed that in order of importance, Quality of service, loyalty, trust, satisfaction, customer expectations, attractiveness, competence of staff, ease of use are factors that determine customers’ repeat patronage of e-banking services.

Mutual fund persistence is well documented in the finance literature, but not well explained. The purpose of this paper is to examine the performance persistence of a large sample ofmutual funds over time. Specifically do mutual fund managers show positive (negative) performanceyear after year?Accordingly in light of random walk, strong form of efficiency can be tested through the study of the persistence in mutual funds performance. In this paper, the performance consistency for 62 mutual funds, from April 2008 to March 2014, is examined. Our findings indicate the strong form of efficiency from evidence Tehran Stock Exchange.

An intricate debate has developed between those who hold the body view (animalism) and those who hold the psychological view (memory) on the question of who we are. The two groups will eventually become so firmly set in their views that they will be unable to compromise. Hylomorphic animalism, or the view that humans are rational animals, living bodies made of prime matter and a rational soul, is an alternative answer to this divisive question that I propose in this study, following in the footsteps of Aristotle and Aquinas. This paper studies the relation between earning volatility of firms and the future operating income predictability to define the effect of operating income volatility on investors’ expectations concerning future incomes. In other words, is there any possibility to predict future income using current volatility incomes? Logically it seems the present trend of companies will continue in future.For this purpose we considered the data of 120 companies which were admitted in Tehran Security Exchange Organization between 2003-2008. The examination was made based on regression analysis.The results indicate the meaningful and reverse relation between current volatility incomes and future operating income predictability. It also signifies that operating income predictability will increase In consequence of deducting accrual items from operating profits.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relation between management bonus and earning persistence in a 10 years period from 2003 to 2012 in 108 listed firms on Tehran stock exchange. The research method is correlation and we use variable regression analysis for testing of hypothesis. The result is showing a direct relation between management bonus and earning persistence. On the other word, when management bonus increases, earning persistence also increases. Other evidences are showing that when a company ‘size increases, the management bonus increases as well. The accruals quality has negative and revers effect on management bonus. Debt ratio has no effect on the management bonus.
