Abstract: 

غشای سنتزی اصطلاحا به موادی از جنس پلیمر یا سرامیک و یا فلز گفته می شود که به صورت احتمالی اجازه عبور طیفی از مواد را می دهد. جداسازی در غشاء می تواند به علت اختلاف اندازه و یا اختلاف سرعت نفوذ و حلالیت باشد. در طرح انجام شده که برای اولین بار در واحد مجری صورت گرفت ضمن بررسی انواع غشاء و کاربردهای آن، روش های مختلف ساخت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در نهایت با توجه به امکانات موجود و مواد در دسترس ساخت غشای استات سلولز به عنوان هدف مدنطر قرار گرفت. به منظور ساخت غشاهای پلیمری روش های مختلفی وجود دارند که با توجه به خواص پلیمر مدنظر و شکل غشای مورد استفاده می توان از آن بهره گرفت. با توجه به میزان حلالیت مطلوب استات سلولز در حلال استات، روش جدایش فازی phase inversion جهت ساخت این غشاء مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. روش جدایش فازی به سه صورت تبخیر حلال، افزودن بخار ضدحلال و افزودن ضدحلال (روش مرطوب) صورت می گیرد. در این طرح روش خشک یا همان تبخیر حلال مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و اثر پارامترهایی چون درصد پلیمر، نسبت حلال به ضد حلال مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفت. اثر هر کدام از این پارامترها به دو روش آنالیز و تحلیل می باشد. فرایند تبخیر حلال و ضد حلال (استن و آب) با ثبت تغییرات جرم نمونه حین تبخیر، رهگیری شده و نمودارهای حاصل مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. از سوی دیگر نمونه غشاهای حاصل با استفاده از آنالیزSEM  و منحنی های حاصل از تغییرات جرم نمونه حین تبخیر نتایج قابل توجهی حاصل شد.

Sa'adi's ghazals are based upon the idea of mystical love. In the following ghazal, explained here, Sa'sdi speaks of the love that accompanied his soul in Eternity and will remain with him until he returns to the eternal life. As in all Persian Sufi love poetry, the most predominant metaphor used for this love is wine. Having been inebriated from this wine in pre-eternity, the human soul seeks to drink from it once again in this world. However, this wine is not offered as a reward for one's struggles and strives. It is only given to those who come with humbleness, ready to sacrifice their ego for the Beloved.

Abstract: 

Research on recycling waste printed circuit boards is at the forefront of preventing environmental pollution and finding ways to recycle resources. A wet process for reclaiming metals from printed circuit boards applying a tapered diameter separation bed is described, and the separation mechanism of the device is proposed. The motion of a particle in the tapered diameter fluid flow field and particle separation within this field were studied. As the material passes through the fluid field, along with the water, differences in particle density, granularity, and shape cause particles to follow at different trajectories. A tapered diameter separation bed was used to process 1-0.074 mm-sized crushed material from discarded printed circuit boards. The separation efficiency of 91.77 % and the recovery rate of 95.79 % for recovered metal were achieved with a discharge water flow rate of 4.5m3/h, a material feed rate of 300 g/min, and an obliquity of 30o. For -0.074 mm printed circuit boards, the metal recovery is 93.42 % and the separation efficiency is 77.63 % when the water discharge is 2 m3/h, the obliquity is 35o, and the material feed rate is 450 g/min. The superfine products in a size range of -0.074 mm can be recovered effectively under suitable operating condition using the tapered diameter separation bed. It indicates that the lower separation limit of the tapered diameter separation bed can be close to zero. The technique will prevent environmental pollution from waste printed circuit boards and allow efficient recovery.

Abstract: 

In this paper, the extraction of iron and vanadium from titanomagnetite sources was studied by a reduction roasting process. Titanomagnetite has a spinel structure, and roasting facilitates its decomposition, making it easier to separate iron and titanium. In the roasting stage, several key parameters including temperature, particle size, and oxidation roasting were investigated for the iron separation, and a magnetic separator was used at a field intensity of 800 G to enrich the roasted product. For iron extraction, decreasing the particle size resulted in an increase in grade, and increasing temperature and oxidation did not have a positive effect on increase in grade. The highest iron grade and recovery were 65.32% and 65.77%, respectively, and were obtained with a particle size less than 38µm and a temperature of 550°C. The tailings from the magnetic separation stage contain titanium and vanadium, so the separation of vanadium was investigated using salt roasting at a temperature of 900°C and a roasting time of 2 h followed by leaching with water. The highest grade and recovery of vanadium oxide were obtained at 67.51% and 69.4%, respectively.

Abstract: 

This paper is about the extension of some classical separation axioms Hausdorffness, regularity and complete regularity to topoframes. We show that they agree with those in frames except perhaps for complete regularity. The interesting results are about complete regularity, in particular when and how these differ from the frame results. These together with the results about B- , filters are the focus of the paper.

WE GIVE A BRIEF SURVEY OF IMAGE SPACE ANALYSIS AND ITS APPLICATIONS TO CONSTRAINED OPTIMIZATION PROBLEMS. SOME OPEN PROBLEMS FOR THE VECTOR VARIATIONAL INEQUALITIES WITH CONSTRAINTS ARE MENTIONED.

Abstract: 

Electrostatic separation (induction & contac charging) of minerals (conductors and insultors) was investigated experimentally. The results showed that if a mixture of insulator materials of 0.2 t 0.4 mm size contacted with each other, different materials acquired different charges and when they fall in an electrical or gravitational field, they separate from each other. The charge that different materials acquired was in agreement with other's finding. separation of coductors was not effective by contact charging but was feasible with induction method. The experiment showed that the time of contact had an appreciable role in separation, but the type of metal had no effective role in separation. separation of particles less than 0.1 mm size was not effective due to their coagulation. Humidity prevented. Charuing and separating of materials, the process was better in dry condition.

Abstract: 

Although the mean of combine losses is about 4-5% in advanced countries, unfortunately in Iran is about 20% and higher. In order to obtain little loss it is necessary that product processes such as cutting, transporting, threshing, separation, … would be optimized expressing the equation of different parts of harvesting is the first step. Threshing is one of these processes which has more effect on combine performance. It is desire to maximize the separation of grain from concave meshes. Because of increasing the separation of grains from concave meshes, because it will decrease load of separation and cleaning mechanisms which lead to reduction of separation system’s losses. Therefore, efficiency of separation and cleaning mechanisms would have been increased when separation efficiency of threshing mechanism was increased. Stem height, feed rate, threshing clearance rate and cylinder speed are parameters which were used in combine design and evaluating of its performance. In order to evaluating of these parameters effect on separation efficiency of threshing cylinder, an experiment was conducted in 4×3×3 factorial pattern with Randomized Blocks design. Independent variables in these experiments were stem height, feed rate, threshing clearance ratio and rotational velocity of threshing cylinder as dependent variables had significant effect on separation efficiency but interaction effects of them were not significant (P<0.01). separation of grains from concave opening was increased when stem height, feed rate and threshing clearance decreased. As rotational speed of threshing cylinder increased separation of grains in threshing mechanism increased. Multiple regression was used to express relation between dependent and independent parameters. The most compatible model for threshing of materials (y1), separation (y2) and MOG passing (y3) were y2= b0 e(b1c1+b2c2+b3c3+b4c4). Which x1, x2, x3 and x4 were stem height, feed rate, threshing clearance rate and speed of threshing cylinder respectively and b0, b1, b2, b3 and b4 were constants.
