A HIGH-ORDER PASSIVE SWITCHED CAPACITOR FILTER IS PROPOSED WHICH CAN IMPLEMENT COMPLEX CONJUGATE POLES IN ITS TRANSFER FUNCTION. A PREVIOUSLY PROPOSED STRUCTURE, CALLED TIMESHARING CHARGE-TRAVELING ARCHITECTURE IS MODIFIED INTUITIVELY BY EMPLOYING A DIFFERENTIAL STRUCTURE AND ADDITIONAL CLOCK PHASES. A PROTOTYPE FOURTH ORDER FILTER IS DESIGNED IN SAMPLING RATE OF 400MHZ AND SIMULATED USING VERIFIED DISCRETE-TIME MODELS IN SIMULINK. SIMULATION RESULTS SHOW THAT THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE ACHIEVES HIGHER OUT OF BAND REJECTION COMPARED TO THE TRADITIONAL CHARGE-TRAVELING ARCHITECTURE, WHILE CAPACITOR VALUES ARE FURTHER PRACTICAL FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
