Abstract: 

TODAY, THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF ALL POLITICAL SYSTEMS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE CRUCIAL ISSUES AND EACH OF THE SCHOOLS AND POLITICAL SYSTEMS ACCORDING TO THEIR BELIEFS AND IDEAS OF THEIR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO DEFINE AND DELINEATE AND MANAGEMENT PATTERNS ARE INTRODUCED AND THEIR MILITARY IN ISLAMIC THOUGHT, LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT OF VERY HIGH STANDING ISLAM'S VIEW OF INTEREST AND CORRUPTION OF SOCIETY DEPENDS ON THE RULERS, COMMUNITY LEADERS AND AS IMPLEMENTERS AND OPERATORS OF THEIR POLICIES, STRATEGIES AND MACRO-MANAGEMENT AN ESSENTIAL ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OR DEGENERATION OF SOCIETY. Abstract: 

THE MAIN AIM OF THIS STUDY IS TO INVESTIGATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PLAY GROUP THERAPY ON CONTROLLING THE IMPULSIVITY, REDUCING THE AGGRESSION AND INCREASING THE INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS. FOR THIS REASON, A QUASI-EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH METHOD WITH TWO GROUPS WITH PRE- AND POST-TEST WAS USED. THE STATISTICAL POPULATION OF THE STUDY INCLUDED ALL PRIMARY SCHOOL ORPHANED MALE CHILDREN IN WELFARE CENTERS IN RASHT. RESEARCH SAMPLE INCLUDED 20 PEOPLE (7-11 YEARS OLD) WHO WERE SELECTED BASED ON THE CONVENIENT SAMPLING METHOD AND BY CONSIDERING THE LIMITATIONS FOR ENTERING THE ORPHAN WELFARE CENTERS. THEY WERE RANDOMLY DIVIDED INTO TWO GROUPS OF EXPERIMENTAL (NARRATIVE THERAPY) AND CONTROL, EACH OF 10. THE COUNSELORS AND PSYCHOLOGISTS OF WELFARE CENTERS IN RASHT HAD DIAGNOSED THAT THESE CHILDREN HAD SOME DISORDERS SUCH AS AGGRESSION AND HAD NO INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS. THESE CHILDREN ALSO HAD THERAPY AND CLINICAL RECORDS IN PRIVATE CLINICS BASED ON THIS DIAGNOSIS. RELATIONAL AND OVERT AGGRESSION QUESTIONNAIRE OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN, HIRSCHFIELD IMPULSIVITY SCALE, AND SELF-EFFICACY SCALE IN INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE PEERS USED AS THE RESEARCH TOOLS. RESULTS SHOWED THAT PLAY GROUP THERAPY WAS EFFECTIVE ON CONTROLLING THE IMPULSIVITY, REDUCING THE AGGRESSION AND INCREASING INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS.

Abstract: 

THE EFFECT OF CYBERSPACE ON PERSONAL AND OR SOCIAL ASPECTS IS INEVITABLE. THE CRIMINAL ACTS NOURISHED BY CYBERSPACE CONSTITUTE ONE OF THE MAJOR INTRICATE PROBLEMS BEING ADDRESSED BY MANY CRIMINOLOGISTS, SOCIOLOGISTS AND PSYCHOLOGISTS WORLDWIDE. THE CONTRIBUTION OF THIS ISSUE TO CRIME IS ONE OF THE MOST COMPLEX SOCIAL DEVIATIONS, SUBJECT TO DISCUSSION. THERE EXIST MANY IDEAS EMERGED FROM MANY STUDIES IN THIS CONTEXT CHANNELED TO TEEN AND YOUTH CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. THE CONSENT IS THE ONE: THE ANTI-SOCIAL AND UNETHICAL PROGRAMS OF SUCH MEDIA DO HAVE ITS NEGATIVE INFLUENCE ON THE SUBJECT GROUPS. AS TO THE MANNER THAT CRIME WITHIN THESE REPUGNANT AGE GROUPS IS BEING PROMOTED AT SOCIAL LEVEL THERE EXIST NO CONSENT. UP TO THIS POINT THOUGH THE PROVOCATION ASSUMPTION IN RELATION TO DISCHARGING EXCITEMENT ASSUMPTION IS MORE FAVORABLE AMONG CRIMINOLOGISTS, THE ISSUE IS A MAJOR MATTER OF CONFLICT. IT SEEMS THAT A COMPLETE CONTROL OF CYBERSPACE IS IMPOSSIBLE IF NOT ACCOMPLISHABLE. THE LIBRARY STUDIES AND DOCUMENTATION METHOD IS ADOPTED HERE. SOME SPECIFIC MEASURES ARE PRESCRIBED ON THIS CONTEXT IN PRINCIPLE 156 OF CONSTITUTION, BUT NO SERIOUS ATTEMPT IS MADE IN THEIR IMPLEMENTATION. ATTEMPT IS MADE IN THIS STUDY TO FOCUS ON THIS TOPIC IN ORDER TO DEVELOP APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS WHICH MIGHT COORDINATE THE APPROACHES AND MEASURES IN CONTROLLING THIS ISSUE WITH OTHER INSTITUTIONS, THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTIVE OBJECTIVE.

MOST PEOPLE FROM THE EARLY CHILDHOOD FIND HIS GENDER IDENTITY, BUT IN THE MEANTIME PEOPLE WHO FROM CHILDHOOD DESIRES AND BEHAVIORS ARE SHOWING THE OPPOSITE SEX THAT PROBLEMS FOR THEM MARKS. THE PRESENT STUDY COMPARED THE PREVALENCE OF MENTAL DISORDERS IN PEOPLE WITH AND WITHOUT GENDER DYSPHORIA WAS DONE. THIS STUDY WAS FUNDAMENTAL RESEARCH AND POST-EVENT THAT 45 PEOPLE WHIT GENDER DYSPHORIA (17 MALE TO FEMALE AND 28 FEMALE TO MALE) THAT GENDER DYSPHORIA DIAGNOSIS CONFIRMED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC MEDICINE AND FROM JANUARY 2016 TO OCTOBER 2016 HAVE REFERRED TO NAVIDBAKHSH CLINIC IN ISFAHAN CITY THAT WERE SELECTED BY CONVENIENCE SAMPLING.45 PEOPLE WITHOUT GENDER DISPHORIA (20 MALE AND 25 FEMALE) FOR UNAFFECTED GROUP WERE SELECTED BY VOLUNTARY. ALL GROUPS RESPONDED TO THE SCL-90-R QUESTIONNAIRE. TO ANALYZE THE DATA, MULTIVARIATE ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE AND SCHEFFE POST HOC TEST WAS USED. EXCEPT PSYCHOTISMIN MOST COMPONENTS ARE SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES WERE FOUND BETWEEN THE FOUR GROUPS OF PARTICIPANTS THAT ACCORDING TO THE AVERAGE SCORES OF GROUPS, GROUP OF MALE TO FEMALE GENDER DYSPHORIC PATIENTS IN COMPONENTS SOMATIZATION, OBSEESIVE-COMPULSIVE, INTERPERSONAL SENSITIVITY, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND PHOBIC ANXIETY, AND GROUP OF FEMALE TO MALE GENDER DYSPHORIC PATIENTS IN HOSTILITY COMPONENT, AND GROUP OF MEN IN PARANOID THOUGHTS, GAINED THE HIGHEST SCORES. THE STUDY SHOWED THAT THE PREVALENCE OF MENTAL DISORDERS IS MORE IN MALE TO FEMALE GENDER DYSPHORIC PATIENTS.

Abstract: 

THE PURPOSE OR THE RESEARCH WAS TO COMPARISON OF STRESS, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT BETWEEN ORPHAN HIGH SCHOOL BOYS WITH NORMAL BOYS. THE RESEARCH WAS CASUAL COMPARATIVE DESIGN. THE SAMPLE WAS 30 ORPHAN BOYS THAT THEY WERE VOLUNTEER SELECTED. THE STATISTICAL POPULATION WAS ALL ORPHAN HIGH SCHOOL BOYS IN MOBAREKEH CITY. THE NORMAL STUDENTS WERE MATCHED WITH ORPHAN STUDENTS. THE MEASUREMENTS WERE STRESS SCALE OF BERN (2007), SPENCE CHILDREN'S ANXIETY SCALE (1997), CHUTCHER DEPRESSION SCALE (2002) AND THE MEAN OF ACADEMIC SCORES. GATHERED DATA WAS ANALYZED BY DESCRIPTIVE STATISTIC (MEAN AND STANDARD DEVIATION) AND INFERENTIAL STATISTIC (MANCOVA). THE RESULTS SHOWED THERE ARE NO SIGNIFICANT DEFERENT BETWEEN TWO GROUPS IN RESEARCH VARIABLES EXCEPTION ACADEMIC. AS REGARD TO THE RESULT CAN CONCLUDED BEING ORPHAN CANNOT CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENT IN STRESS, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY BUT IT CAN CAUSE DECRASING ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT.

THE AIM OF PRESENT STUDY WAS COMPARISON OF MENTAL HEALTH IN ATHLETES AND NON-ATHLETES POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN.METHODS: THIS COMPARATIVE STUDY WAS CAUSAL FROM TYPE OF- DISANPTIUES STUDIES. THE SAMPLE OF THIS STUDY INCLUDED ALL 49-59 YEAR OLD ATHLETES AND NON-ATHLETES POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN OF DEZFUL. THE 100 ATHLETES AND NONATHLETIC POSTMENOPAUSAL WERE SELECTED BY CLUSTER SAMPLING METHOD AND THIS WOMEN COMPLETED GENERAL HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE (GHQ) INCLUDED FOUR SUBSCALES: SOMATIC SYMPTOMS ANXIETY AND INSOMNIA, DEPRESSION, SOCIAL DISFUNCTION.RESULTS: FINDINGS SHOWED THAT ATHLETES POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN WERE. ATHLETES IN ALL OF GHQ SUBSCALE. SIGNIFICANTLY (P<0.05) BETTER THAN NON-ATHLETES IN ALL OF GHQ SUBSCALE.CONCLUSION: IT SEEM THAT REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY HAVE DESIRABLE EFFECTION POSTMENOPASAL WOMEN. THIS WOMEN CAN DECREASED MENTAL SIDE EFFECT OF POSTMENOPAUSAL BY REGULAR PHYSICAL PRACTICE.

ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS OF RESEARCH POSITIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY IS EFFECTIVE ON PHYSICAL RESILIENCE. POSITIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY IS EFFECTIVE IN REDUCING THE TENDENCY OF ANGER AND INCREASE THE SIZE OF ANGER CONTROL.

THIS STUDY AIMED TO INVESTIGATE THE DIRECT AND INDIRECT RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN MINDFULNESS, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND MARITAL SATISFACTION WITH MEDIATING ROLE OF ATTACHMENT STYLES IN A SAMPLE OF WOMEN. THE STUDY WAS A DESCRIPTIVE AND CORRELATIONAL STUDY. THE STATISTICAL POPULATION INCLUDED ALL THE MARRIED FEMALE EMPLOYEES IN INSTITUTE FOR THE INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS IN AHVAZ IN 2015. DUE TO THE LIMITED STATISTICAL POPULATION, ALL 58 EMPLOYEES WERE SELECTED AS THE SAMPLE USING THE CONSENSUS. FOR DATA COLLECTION, FIVE FACET MINDFULNESS QUESTIONNAIRE (FFMQ), SHORT FORM OF EXPERIENCES IN CLOSE RELATIONSHIPS, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE QUESTIONNAIRE AND MARITAL SATISFACTION SCALE WERE USED. TO TEST THE PROPOSED MODEL, STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING USING AMOS-18 SOFTWARE WAS USED. MEDIATING RELATIONSHIPS OF THE FINAL MODEL WERE TESTED USING BOOTSTRAP (BOOTSTRAP TEST) OF AMOS-18 SOFTWARE. THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT MINDFULNESS AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE HAVE A DIRECT EFFECT ON MARITAL SATISFACTION IN WOMEN, THE RESULTS ALSO SHOWED THAT MINDFULNESS AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE HAVE AN INDIRECT EFFECT ON MARITAL SATISFACTION OF WOMEN THROUGH ANXIETY AND AVOIDANCE ATTACHMENT STYLES. ACCORDINGLY, IT CAN BE CONCLUDED THAT MINDFULNESS AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE VARIABLES CAN PREDICT MARITAL SATISFACTION DIRECTLY AND THROUGH ATTACHMENT STYLES INDIRECTLY.

Abstract: 

OBJECTIVE: THIS STUDY EXAMINED THE MEDIATING ROLE OF THE ACHIEVEMENT EMOTIONS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACADEMIC RESILIENCY AND COGNITIVE APPRAISAL PROCESSES WITH ACADEMIC SELF-HANDICAPPING AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS. METHOD: ON A SAMPLE CONSISTING OF 300 STUDENTS (128 MALE 178 FEMALE), THE ACADEMIC RESILIENCE SCALE (ARS), THE STRESS APPRAISAL MEASURE-REVISED (SAM-R), ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE- REVISED (AAQ-R) AND THE ACADEMIC SELF-HANDICAPPING SCALE (ASS) WERE ADMINISTRATED. STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING WAS USED TO ASSESS MEDIATING ROLE OF THE ACHIEVEMENT EMOTIONS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACADEMIC RESILIENCY AND COGNITIVE APPRAISAL PROCESSES WITH ACADEMIC SELF-HANDICAPPING AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS.RESULTS: RESULTS SHOWED THAT PARTIALLY MEDIATED MODEL OF ACHIVEMENT AEMOTIONS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACADEMIC RESILIENCY AND COGNITIVE APPRAISALS WITH ACADEMIC SELF-HANDICAPPING HAD GOOD FIT TO DATA. IN THE HYPOTHESIZED MODEL, ALL OF THE REGRESSION WEIGHTS WERE STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT. ALSO, IN THE MEDIATING MODEL OF POSITIVE EMOTIONS AND ACADEMIC STRESS, MODEL PREDICTOR’S EMPHASES ACCOUNTED FOR 33% OF THE VARIANCE IN ACADEMIC SELF-HANDICAPPING.CONCLUSION: THESE FINDINGS SHOW THAT THE PART OF COVARIANCE BETWEEN CONCEPTUAL LOOPS OF ACADEMIC RESILIENCY AND COGNITIVE APPRAISALS WITH ACADEMIC SELF-HANDICAPPING IS ACCOUNTED FOR BY ACHIEVEMENT EMOTION.

TEACHER’S AFFECTION CAN EXTREMELY AFFECTS THE STUDENTS’ LEARNING EXPERIENCES AND IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT IN EDUCATION; NEVERTHELESS, IN ISLAM, EVERY ACTION PRACTICED WITHOUT MODERATION CAN PRESENT CONSIDERABLE DRAWBACKS TO THOSE AFFECTED.THUS, THE EMOTIONAL DOMAIN PLAYS A PROMINENT ROLE AND AFFECTS THE COGNITION TO A GREAT EXTENT. AFFECTION BASED INSTRUCTION ENCOURAGES THE LEARNERS TO PARTICIPATE DYNAMICALLY AND TO COOPERATE EAGERLY IN THE LEARNING EXPERIENCES. THEREFORE, ITS IMPORTANCE IS MAINTAINED PRIOR TO AND ALONG THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF LEARNING.

Abstract: 

INTRODUCTION: THE HOT SUMMER OF 2015 MARKED AN IMPORTANT TURNING POINT IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, ESPECIALLY BETWEEN COUNTRIES THAT UNTIL THEN HAD DECIDED TO REPLACE THE WEAPON OF DIPLOMACY AND DIALOGUE WITH THE WEAPON OF CONFRONTATION AND CONFLICT. IN 2015 A PART OF THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY DECIDED TO PUT AN END TO THE PROBLEM OF IRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM WITH THE SO-CALLED VIENNA AGREEMENT, BY WHICH THE 5+1 (US, UK, FRANCE, RUSSIA, CHINA AND GERMANY) PUT BLACK ON WHITE, AND SIGNED A HISTORIC LEGAL TEXT WITH THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN. THAT AGREEMENT WOULD PUT AN END, GRADUALLY, TO THE SANCTIONS AGAINST THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC, ECONOMIC RESTRICTIONS DUE TO THE NUCLEAR PROGRAM OF THE AYATOLLAH, ACCUSED OF TRYING TO DESIGN A NUCLEAR WEAPON. ON THE OTHER HAND, THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC THROUGH HIS SIGNATURE AND HIS CONSENT PROMISED TO DRASTICALLY DOWNSIZE ITS ATOMIC PROJECT, BUT RESTATED THAT THE PROJECT HAD AND HAS ONLY CIVILIAN PURPOSES. WITHOUT WANTING TO REDUCE THE ROLE OF THE OTHER ACTORS AND THE OTHER CONTRACTING PARTIES, IN THE VIENNA AGREEMENT OF 2015, THE MULTILATERAL INTERNATIONAL TREATY THEN RATIFIED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE PARLIAMENTS, CONFIRMING WHAT IS THE CLASSIC PROCESS FOR THE SIGNING OF INTERNATIONAL TREATIES1, THE MAIN ROLES HAS BEEN OCCUPIED BY THE US GOVERNMENT AND THE IRANIAN GOVERNMENT. FROM THE DAY IN WHICH THE VIENNA AGREEMENT ENTRY INTO FORCE, THE TWO MAIN PARTIES HAVE ACCUSED EACH OTHER REPEATEDLY OF HAVING BETRAYED THE PACT, BUT THAT HAS NEVER HAD THE EFFECT OF DAMAGING THE MAIN POINTS OF THIS AGREEMENT: THOUGH THE CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT IN WASHINGTON AND THE RISE TO POWER OF THE CHARISMATIC REPUBLICAN LEADER, DONALD TRUMP, WITH HIS STATEMENTS CONTRARY TO ANY KIND OF AGREEMENT WITH THE IRANIANS, WE MAY HAVE SEVERAL PROBLEMS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE JOINT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF ACTION (JCPOA), THE OFFICIAL NAME OF THE VIENNA AGREEMENT OF JULY 20152.

Abstract: 

GIVEN THE IMPORTANCE OF CORRECT DIAGNOSIS OF MENTAL DISORDERS, PARTICULARLY PERSONALITY DISORDERS THAT PERSON'S LIFE AND HIS CHIEFS, OVERSHADOWED, CONSTRUCTION AND EVALUATE THE PSYCHOMETRIC PROPERTIES OF THE BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER QUESTIONNAIRE WAS CONSIDERED IN THIS STUDY. FOR THIS PURPOSE, 112 STUDENTS OF PAYAM NOOR UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH TEHRAN ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER QUESTIONNAIRE BASED ON LITERATURE REVIEWS AND UNTERVIEWS WHIT 16 PEPOLE WITH BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER TOOK PLACE, WAS BUILT, RESPONDED. THE RESULT OF PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS SHOWED THAT THE BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER QUESTIONNAIRE, WITH 21 QUESTIONS BASED ON (67.368%) OF THE TOTAL VARIANCE, HAVE THREE UNDERLYING FACTORS IN THE NAMES OF (IMPULSIVITY AND EXCITED), (DESPAIR AND CONFUSION), AND (PARANOID AND DISSOCIATION). CRONBACH’S ALPHA COEFFICIENT (0.902), INDICATING HIGH INTERNAL CONSISTENCY OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE. THE FINDING SUGGEST THAT CURRENT QUESTIONNAIRE AS BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER QUESTIONNAIRE WITH 21 QUESTION, THE VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY IS APPROPRIATE, THAT PROFESSIONALS (CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS AND PSYCHIATRISTS) CAN BE USED TO ACCELERATE AND COMPLETE THE PROCESS OF DIAGNOSIS USING IT.

Abstract: 

ACADEMIC BURNOUT OF THE MOST IMPORTANT TOPICS OF RESEARCH AT THE UNIVERSITY AND ITS DETECTION IS VERY IMPORTANT PREDICTOR VARIABLES. THE AIM OF THIS STUDY WAS TO DETERMINE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOCIAL SUPPORT AND PERCEIVED STRESS AMONG STUDENTS WITH ACADEMIC BURNOUT. IN THIS DESCRIPTIVE STUDY, CROSS, 384 GRADUATE STUDENT AT ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY OF KERMANSHAH IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 1395-1394 STRATIFIED SAMPLING METHOD AMONG STUDENTS MALE AND FEMALE (200 FEMALES AND 184 MALES) WERE SELECTED. INSTRUMENTS INCLUDED SOCIAL SUPPORT QUESTIONNAIRE ZIMET AND COLLEGUES (1988), PERCEIVED STRESS COHEN ET AL. (1983) AND ACADEMIC BURNOUT QUESTIONNAIRE BRUSH AND COLLEAGUES (1997), DATA ANALYSIS WAS PERFORMED WITH SPSS 22 SOFTWARE. DATA WERE ANALYZED USING LINEAR REGRESSION. PEARSON CORRELATION TEST REVEALED THAT SOCIAL SUPPORT AND ACADEMIC BURNOUT INVERSE RELATIONSHIP AND ALSO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERCEIVED STRESS AND BURNOUT SIGNIFICANTLY POSITIVE, RESPECTIVELY, AS WELL AS TEST RESULTS SHOWED ACADEMIC BURNOUT 99% BY THE VARIABLES OF PERCEIVED STRESS AND SOCIAL SUPPORT OF FAMILY, FRIENDS AND SIGNIFICANT OTHERS, PREDICTABLE, AND THESE VARIABLES CAN PREDICT 20.88% OF ACADEMIC BURNOUT CHANGES.

Abstract: 

THIS STUDY MAINLY EVALUATES THE EFFECTIVENESS OF NARRATIVE GROUP THERAPY AND PLAY THERAPY ON REDUCING AGGRESSION AND ENHANCING THE INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS. TO THIS END, A QUASI-EXPERIMENTAL STUDY WITH PRE- AND POST-TEST WAS CONDUCTED. THE STATISTICAL POPULATION CONSISTED OF ALL PRIMARY SCHOOL ORPHANED MALE CHILDREN IN WELFARE CENTERS IN RASHT, OF WHOM, 20 PEOPLE (7-11 YEARS OLD) WERE SELECTED AS THE RESEARCH SAMPLE. THESE CHILDREN WERE DIAGNOSED WITH SOME DISORDERS SUCH AS AGGRESSION AND THE LACK OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS BY THE COUNSELORS AND PSYCHOLOGISTS OF WELFARE CENTERS IN RASHT AND THEY HAD THERAPY AND CLINICAL RECORDS IN PRIVATE CLINICS BASED ON THIS DIAGNOSIS. SAMPLES WERE SELECTED USING THE CONVENIENT SAMPLING METHOD WITH RESPECT TO THE LIMITATIONS FOR ENTERING THE ORPHAN WELFARE CENTERS AND WERE RANDOMLY DIVIDED INTO TWO GROUPS OF TREATMENT (NARRATIVE THERAPY) AND CONTROL, EACH OF 10. RESEARCH TOOLS INCLUDED OVERT AND RELATIONAL AGGRESSION QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN AND CHILDREN SELF-EFFICACY SCALE IN INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE PEERS. RESULTS SHOWED THAT NARRATIVE GROUP THERAPY WAS EFFECTIVE ON REDUCING AGGRESSION AND INCREASING INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT HAS BEEN NOTED AS ONE OF THE REASONS OF TERMINATION OF CONTRACT BY REFERRING TO ARTICLE 264 OF CIVIL CODE, AND AGAIN BY REFERRING TO ARTICLES 286 TO 288, EVERYBODY CAN ELIMINATE THE EFFECT OF HIS/HER CONTRACT BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT. THERE ARE SOME RULES, FUNCTIONS AND EFFECTS ON TERMINATING A VALID CONTRACT BY IT. AS IT IS COMPLICATED, THERE ARE A LARGE QUANTITY OF CRITICAL DISAGREEMENTS AMONG COMMENTATORS. A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE ISSUE OF ANNULMENT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE HAS BEEN NOT PAID IN A LUMP SUM TO THE QUESTIONS AND AMBIGUITIES ABOUT THE ANNULMENT HAVEN’T PAID. THEREFORE IT IS A MUST TO STUDY PRECISELY AND COMPARATIVELY IN ISLAMIC JURISPRUDENCE WHICH IS RULING IN ISLAMIC COUNTRIES.IT’S BEEN STUDIED IN THE ARTICLE THE VARIOUS TYPES OF ANNULMENT IN IRAN’S LEGAL SYSTEM, AT FIVE ISLAMIC SCHOOLS ESPECIALLY AND SHI’AH JURISPRUDENCE WHICH IRANIAN LAW IS DERIVED FROM. SIMILARLY THE U.S. AND ENGLISH LEGAL SYSTEM IS DERIVED FROM COMMON LAW. AN ASTONISHING NUMBER OF SIMILARITIES AND DISCREPANCIES HAS BEEN STUDIED. A DESCRIPTIVE, COMPARATIVE AND CONCLUSIVE RESEARCH ON TOPICS SUCH AS GOING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE ANNULMENT, THE ANNULMENT OF THE THIRD BUY-BACK OR CANCELLATION, PRE-EMPTION IN ANNULMENT, THE CADENCE OF THE ANNULMENT, THE INTENTION OF THE PARTIES OF AN ANNULMENT, LONG-TERM THE ANNULMENT, A CONDITION TO MAKE THE CONSIDERATION LOWER, THE IMPACT OF DAMAGES WHICH THE COSTUMER MADE ON ANNULMENT IS STUDIED.
