The Tether )USDT( rate. considered equivalent to the US dollar. is a key factor for those seeking to preserve asset value against extreme fluctuations and inflation. This study examines whether changes in Tether’s rate can impact USD rates in the Iranian market. or vice versa. Using data from February 2، 2024، to May 14، 2024، and applying the VAR model and Granger Causality test. the research analyzes the causal relationships between the Herat USD rate. Sulaimaniyah USD rate. and Tether in the digital exchanges of Nobitex and Wallex. The results show that Tether follows USD rates during business hours. but outside of working hours. Tether can influence USD. especially in short-term intervals. This insight suggests that Tether can help stabilize exchange rates in non-active hours. allowing policymakers to use digital exchanges. for currency management

This research was done with the aim of identifying and analyzing the basics of management and leadership in command, especially focusing on Malik Ashtar's agreement as one of the most important sources in this field. The main research question is what are the key indicators of management and leadership in command based on the teachings of Malik Ashtar's covenant? To answer this question, the descriptive method and content analysis were used, and the opinions of 100employees and clerics in the organizations were collected using a questionnaire containing 10items. The results show that the basics of management and leadership in command based on Malik Ashtar's agreement can be established in four aspects, meritocracy, motivation and justice. A total of 10indicators have been identified to evaluate management and leadership in the command based on this agreement. By providing a comprehensive framework for evaluating management and leadership in Islamic command, this research can be used as a useful tool for managers and researchers in this field.
