E-commerce has facilitated all commercial activities using computer communication networks, especially internet shopping, and the use of this electronic phenomenon can facilitate exchanges and business transactions at different international levels, in this regard, In this article, the factors affecting the use of e-commerce in the field of export development are identified and ranked. This research is exploratory from the point of view of practical purpose and descriptive data collection. The statistical sample is targeted and accessible from among 10business owners and entrepreneurs in different industries. The data were identified through thematic analysis method and their ranking was done using TOPSIS method, the results of the research showed that, in the order of information security, proper design of e-commerce platforms, compliance of business systems with the implementation Electronic and development of required standards have more priority.
