There are different methodologies in Centrality of Process approach to achieve productivity. Thesemethodologies could be divided into two categories under the name of “Process Improvement” methodologies and “Process Change” methodologies which is the same basic change of the process. Centrality of Process by presentation a new pattern of management, prepares the manner of leading in organizations for optimum usage of resources. Also with deletion the works with no added value, it causes to a better usage of energy and raw material and equipments and all of these factors will promote the productivity. Establishment of productivity management circle at Iran organizations causes the productivity issue and itsimprovement to be considered as a constant process and also the achievement to high economic growth which is gained fromproductivitypromotion of governmental and personal organizations as its source, to beconsidered as a responsibility of the managers. This article tries to explore and study the experience of establishment of Productivity Management Circle with an approach of amendment and improvement of process in the parsian bank.
