The contemporary world is changing very fast. Companies, as one of the most obvious characteristics of societies, are changing and evolving at a high speed. In the current situation, improving customer-oriented behavior is one of the goals of active companies. As a result, examining the factors affecting it can be a guide for managers in improving the company. Therefore, in this research, we seek to investigate the effect of personality dimensions on customer-oriented behavior with the mediating role of job experience and organizational commitment. This research is exploratory and descriptive-analytical in nature, and applied in terms of purpose, and the method of data collection is field and survey (questionnaire) and hypothesis testing. In this research, the model extracted from the literature has been tested using a sample of 93 people and using the partial least squares method. The findings show the positive and significant effect of personality dimensions on job experience. Among the personality dimensions, the three dimensions of extroversion, adaptability and conscientiousness have a positive and significant effect on job experience. Also, job experience has a significant effect on customer-oriented behavior directly and indirectly (through the mediating variable of organizational commitment).

The use of technology is one of the solutions that have been used in different parts of the world to solve the problems of irrigation of agricultural lands. This technology requires a platform and an environment for emergence, prosperity and effectiveness, which is referred to as a technological innovation system. Although the study of the structures of the technological innovation system has become widespread in recent years, But in these studies, less attention has been paid to the village as a specific geographical space. The premise of the current research is that the previous structural framework is not suitable for the development of technological innovation in villages. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to develop and propose a new structural framework for the technological innovation system in villages. This research is of fundamental type and qualitative methods are used to analyze the structure of rural technological innovation systems. For this purpose, grounded theory was chosen as the main research method and MAXQDA-18 software was used for data analysis. At first, the structure of the technological innovation system was extracted through a comprehensive review of the literature and then based on the opinions of 15 experts in the form of semi-structured interviews, it was evaluated and modified. Then, by using the technique of systematic grounded theory practice model, the paradigmatic model of the development of the structural framework of the rural technological innovation system was presented.

The pharmaceutical industry is one of the most important and strategic industries in the world as well as in our country. According to the latest information published in the pharmaceutical statistics by the Food and Drug Organization, in 1402 with 299 supplier companies, 39 distribution companies, 1083 emergency licenses, 2027 generic drugs, 10219 licensed drugs and 387 licensed licenses, this industry has a turnover of 1593. 3 It was a thousand rials. Therefore, the effective leadership of the drug value chain and the discovery of its main links as one of the most important and challenging industries in production and competition, as well as paying attention to the innovative value links in order to accelerate the production and development of new technologies, are of particular importance. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing key factors to improve innovative value in knowledge-based and technological companies, considering the establishment of more than 90 pharmaceutical companies and 60 knowledge-based companies in Alborz province and having the second rank in the country in this field, has been studied in this article. The research method of this research is mixed and applied. The statistical population of the research includes all knowledge-based and technological companies located in Alborz province, and 73 companies were selected as a sample using Morgan's table and purposeful sampling method.

Today, with the transition from the primary goal of creating companies, i. e. profit maximization, and the introduction of a more comprehensive goal i. e. wealth maximization, an important category known as sustainability has emerged. And sustainable financing, as one of the new aspects of this field, has been receiving more and more attention from the academic and professional side, and many studies have been done in this field and it is evolving. considering the increasing importance of knowledge-based companies and their significant impact on the economic growth of developed and developing countries, it is very important to pay attention to the financing mechanisms of these institutions. Surveys show that the concept of sustainable financing has not received the attention as it should, Therefore, in this article, an attempt has been made to explain the concept and its evolutionary process by using a review of domestic and foreign articles related to this field. In this research, the evolutionary process of the concept of sustainable financing, the concept of financing knowledge-based companies and its limitations, as well as the theoretical relationship between sustainable financing and innovation have been investigated, and attempted to outline the future direction of this concept and its role in the future of the country, and to explain the need to use it in the prevention of future crises. The results show that there are relatively suitable legal bases for the expansion of sustainable financing. However, factors such as political issues and the lack of database infrastructure have caused that no serious action has been taken in this direction in terms of academic research and in practice. Considering the emergence of this concept in the field of financing and corporate literature of the new millennium, this research can be the beginning of a broad academic and practical study path.

The Promotional events play an important role in creating culture and expanding various scientific and industrial fields. In particular, events that are "innovative" in terms of issue and approach are doubly important. In this article, the implementation of the "nature-oriented technology and innovation event" in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces and its functional dimensions, importance, goals and achievements are explained. The meaning of nature-oriented event is the implementation of an event in mixed formats, thematic axes of which are based on the natural capacities of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces. The priority topics considered for the nature-oriented technology and innovation event based on the natural and indigenous capacities of the province include four main topics: 1. Technology of natural resources, water resources, agriculture and bio-technology, 2. Health technology, herbal medicines, health and food industries, 3. Creative industries, tourism and soft and cultural technologies, 4. Energy technology and mineral industries. The importance of the implementation of this event is especially considered in these cases: attention to the problems and damages related to the nature of the province and the technological and innovative solutions to overcome them, Cultivating the knowledge-based economy in the field of nature by using the opportunity of the event, Reducing the damage and preventing the destruction of nature in different regions of the province by using innovative technologies and activities, the special opportunity of the event to raise the level of community awareness and encourage the talented at different levels and strata towards entrepreneurship and starting a business. Technological and innovative works in the field of nature. This explained approach and executive criteria can be a model for holding similar technology and innovation events based on the diverse potential of different regions in Iran.

This article examines the relationships among innovation ambidexterity and resilience in the sustainable growth and development of science and technology parks(STPs). Innovation ambidexterity, which refers to the ability to manage both exploratory and exploitative innovations concurrently, plays a crucial role in the success of STPs. Resilience, defined as the ability to adapt and recover in the face of changes and crises, also contributes to the sustainable growth of these STPs. Based on a review of research literature and analysis of various models, this article demonstrates a significant correlation between innovation ambidexterity and resilience. STPs that excel in balancing exploratory and exploitative innovations can effectively navigate through changes and crises, thus maintaining sustainable growth. Additionally, flexible organizational structures and supportive cultures aid in strengthening these concepts. Research findings indicate that proficiency in managing innovation ambidexterity can enhance resilience, and conversely, higher resilience can improve innovation ambidexterity capabilities. Recommendations for STPs managers include enhancing organizational structures, fostering innovation culture, implementing stronger supportive policies, adopting management approaches suited to complex environments and implementing integrated management strategies to improve innovation ambidexterity and resilience capabilities.

Rural tourism is one of the most important economic activities. In fact, many opportunities and possibilities are created through rural tourism, Therefore, the main goal of this research is to analyze and evaluate the role of tourism entrepreneurship in rural development. In order to conduct the present research, qualitative and meta-analytical research methods were used. The results of evaluating the content of the evaluations showed that among the important foundations of the formation of a successful entrepreneurship are the existence of a good workforce with appropriate efficiency, the existence of suitable economic and financial conditions, insurance and advisory support, along with having personality and social characteristics and A person with a suitable entrepreneurial spirit and along with it the provision of institutional and environmental conditions can improve the villagers who are interested and have a high spirit of entrepreneurship, To be able to use their potential and ability for tourism entrepreneurship.

In this research, an attempt has been made to present a picture of the technological complexity of the registered patents by the provinces of the country using the data related to the patents registered in the country. For this purpose, by using the data related to 70 countries in about 600 invention codes in the four-digit classification of IPC in the period from 2019 to 2022, a map of the technology space was drawn and then the status of each of the provinces of the country in the period from 1397 to 1401 in this map. drawn and discussed. The results related to the technology space map of the country show the existence of a wide range of provinces with high diversity or low diversity, for example Tehran, Isfahan, Razavi Khorasan, East Azerbaijan and Fars provinces have a diverse technology space map, which can indicate the capacity Above these provinces to develop diverse technological capabilities in patented areas. This is despite the fact that there are provinces in the country such as Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad, Chaharmahal Bakhtiari or Sistan and Baluchistan, which instead of diversity have a greater focus on registered inventions than other provinces of the country, and therefore the map of their technological space shows concentrated capabilities. These provinces are in line with their technological development with the view of patents. The results confirm that the use of technology complexity level analysis will have more accurate economic policy implications based on provincial capacities.

Nowadays, the role of brokers as the main facilitators and accelerators of innovation and technology development processes has become more significant than ever. These brokers, leveraging their experience and specialized knowledge in various functional areas, act as reliable advisors, helping to solve problems and meet the demands of technologists by facilitating communication between technology owners and experts from both the private and public sectors. This research focuses on utilizing the potential of brokers to advance the goals of the West Azerbaijan Science and Technology Park. To select effective brokers, the services provided by different brokers nationwide were comprehensively collected and categorized. Based on a needs assessment and feasibility study about the park, these services were categorized into four fields. For evaluation criteria weighting, expert opinions and technology units' feedback were gathered through questionnaires, and a pairwise comparison matrix and Expert Choice software were used. Finally, using multiple attribute decision-making methods methods, including the ELECTRE I model, brokers were prioritized based on the goals and vision of the West Azerbaijan Science and Technology Park's strategic plan and the province's knowledge-based economy development document. The results indicated that prioritizing agents for investment services, marketing and domestic market development, acceptance and evaluation services, export services, and specialized services in electrical engineering can, by creating a suitable platform for networking, knowledge transfer, and support for technologists, contribute to the sustainable development and realization of the park's innovative goals.

Over the past decade, science and technology parks have gained significant importance with the growth and development of the technology and innovation ecosystem in the country, as well as the increasing tendency of technologists to settle in these parks. Naturally, one of the key operations and tasks of these parks is the attraction and admission of technology cores and units. Given the numerous requests from applicants and the limited space, facilities, and resources of the parks, selecting the most appropriate and attractive projects has become one of the main challenges. To address this challenge, previous data analysis methods must be utilized, among which recommender systems are the most prominent. Recommender systems analyze user behavior and collect information to offer recommendations that match the users' needs. One of the most important algorithms used in these systems is the collaborative filtering method. This algorithm works by using the opinions of others. The most critical part of the collaborative filtering algorithm is determining the similarity between users. In this research, by using the collected data from successful and unsuccessful admissions and exits in Alborz Science and Technology Park, we aim to predict and provide recommendations regarding the prioritization of the admission or rejection process for cores, technology units, knowledge-based, and creative companies through the integration of a collaborative recommender system.

Rapid advancements in emerging technologies have significantly transformed the global innovation ecosystem in recent decades. Technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), biotechnology, blockchain, and robotic automation are recognized as the pillars of these transformations. These technologies have improved processes and increased efficiency and contributed to creating new business models and developing innovative enterprises. Consequently, by facilitating access to data, enhancing decision-making processes, and increasing organizational flexibility, these technologies have helped countries strengthen their position in the global economy and gain greater competitiveness in international markets. Iran has not been exempt from this trend, and by focusing on emerging technologies such as AI and IoT, the country seeks to strengthen its innovation ecosystem. Developing these technologies, especially in the country's economic and industrial sectors, presents new opportunities for innovation and entry into global markets. Iranian startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can also leverage these technologies to compete in domestic and international markets. This paper examines the role and impact of emerging technologies on Iran's innovation ecosystem and, through an analysis of existing evidence, provides recommendations for optimizing the use of these technologies. Furthermore, by comparing global experiences and analyzing the current situation in Iran, this study aims to present a clear vision of the future of innovation in the country and offers practical solutions to improve innovation and technology conditions in Iran.

This study examines the effects of focus management techniques on productivity and development of companies located in the Kermanshah Science and Technology Park. The results show that the use of focus techniques such as the Pomodoro technique, meditation, and task management positively impacts reducing distractions, enhancing mental efficiency, and improving time management. Additionally, a significant relationship was found between the use of these techniques and increased job satisfaction among employees. Senior managers tend to use more advanced techniques, while younger employees focus on modern and scientific methods. The findings suggest that employing focus management techniques can lead to reduced stress, increased motivation, and improved decision-making in the workplace. However, it is crucial to combine different techniques to meet the diverse needs of employees and improve organizational performance. The study recommends that managers and decision-makers provide necessary training and appropriate tools to create an environment where focus techniques can be effectively utilized to maximize organizational productivity.

Limited access to assistive technology (AT) is a well-recognized global challenge. Emerging technologies have potential to develop new assistive products and bridge some of the gaps in access to AT. However, limited analyses exist on the potential of these technologies in the AT field. This paper describes a study that aimed to provide an overview of emerging technological developments and their potential for the AT field. It involved conducting a gray literature review and patent analysis to create an overview of the emerging enabling technologies that may foster the development of new AT products and services and identify emerging AT applications. The analysis identified seven enabling technologies that are relevant to the AT field. These are artificial intelligence, emerging human-computer interfaces, sensor technology, robotics, advances in connectivity and computing, additive manufacturing and new materials. Whilst there are over 3. 7 million patents related to these enabling technologies, only a fraction of them – 11, 000 patents were identified in the analysis specifically related to AT (0. 3%). The paper presents some of the promising examples. Overall, the results indicate that there is an enormous potential for new AT solutions that capitalize on emerging technological advances.

Science and Technology Parks (STPs) are governmental, commercial, or public-private organisations that collaborate to improve innovation and entrepreneurial activity by bringing together various institutions such as governments, universities, and private firms. STP may also play a leadership role in building a favourable climate for local community technopreneurship. STPs foster entrepreneurship, talent, and economic competitiveness, and they are critical components of the infrastructure that supports the growth of today's rising knowledge economy. STPs provide the essential infrastructure for research and are expected to generate favourable conditions for informal interactions among enterprises. STPs can offer additional services and assistance to local businesses. Spin-offs and SMEs can typically find broader support services at scientific parks, allowing them to focus more on their core business and research for innovation development. At the same time, they promote more interactions between diverse actors. These can range from administrative issues (particularly if the park contains an incubator) to managerial help, technology brokering, or assistance with intellectual property rights. In this aspect, the park provides significant benefits to hosted firms by lowering overhead expenses for these facilities. New technology-based enterprises located within STPs exhibit stronger R&D productivity and efficiency than those located outside of STPs. Furthermore, new technology-based enterprises within STPs outperform their counterparts in terms of growth rates. It is also evident how important STPs are to the development and application of intelligent specialization strategies. STPs might offer a sufficient innovation ecosystem for the growth of pilot projects, perfectly aligned with the process of entrepreneurial discovery that ought to propel the local economies toward novel, differentiating, and competitive sectors of endeavor. Furthermore, it can play a significant role as one of the relevant stakeholders forming the quadruple helix of innovation actors creating smart specialisation strategies.

Research results have a great role in increasing the quality of life of societies and the development of human well-being and international economic and social developments, but these results will not have the necessary importance until they find a practical aspect and enter the market or are not available to applicants and they will not compensate research expenses. And they will not compensate the research costs. In this research, the role of science and technology parks in the commercialization of emerging technologies was discussed. In general, science and technology parks play a key role in accelerating the development and commercialization of emerging technologies and can contribute to economic growth and social progress by creating a supportive and dynamic environment, according to the services they provide to startups and companies.
